Consumer Complaint: I have contacted LexisNexis since XX/XX/2022, and filed a dispute directly with them and they refuse to remove my information from their database and stop reporting legal case information on my credit report, which does not meet the reporting requirements or compliance with the reporting guidelines required and established by FCRA & the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, CFPB. Unfortunately, LexisNexis has continued to report the information to my credit every month even though I have provided them with an email response from the Courts in which they indicate that they do not provide legal case information to the credit bureaus or to any 3rd party companies. Because of them reporting my information to the credit bureaus, I have a stalker who has now found my address and where I live, so if my safety is endangered because Lexis Nexis refuses to stop reporting my personal information to the credit bureaus then who will be held liable if something were to happen to me now that my stalker has found me and found my address?

Consumer Complaint: There are 2 items on my credit report that do not belong to me. One is from XXXX XXXX, the other is from XXXX XXXX. The consumer reporting agencies and secondary data furnishers have violated my rights and continued to report these false accounts despite the fact that I notified them in XX/XX/2022. I also have provided them an identity theft report. According to The Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605 B, any consumer reporting agency must permanently remove and block any item from a consumers file that the consumer informs them is a result of identity theft. Also, my rights are being violated for the simple fact that the accounts are furnished on my report without my written permission. This is a violation of 15 US Code 1681 Section 604 a Section 2. XXXX XXXX is committing tax fraud by reporting this false account. The IRS considers charged off accounts to be income.

Consumer Complaint: Their is a US Bankruptcy Court XXXX XXXX on my credit file. In XXXX of XXXX, I asked XXXX to do a reasonable investigation. XXXX did not provide me with any results to the investigation. I recently submitted another request for a full and reasonable investigation. I asked XXXX to provide in writing the results of the investigation by us mail. I did not receive the results by us mail. What I did receive was a email with alarming information. XXXX receives it's verifiable bankruptcy information from a third party vendor. This violates my rights as a consumer. According to the FCRA, all credit bureaus must verify Bankruptcies from its original creditor. XXXX verifies its information with LexisNexis. Both, XXXX and LexisNexis admit to working in conjunction with each other. This why XXXX didn't provide me with a proper investigation as I requested. They can't provide a written proper investigation, because they must contact the original creditor. I have contacted the original creditor ( US Bankruptcy Courts of XXXX ) they do not report or verify information to the credit bureaus or any agency. I have a letter from the US Bankruptcy Courts of XXXX proving XXXX has been violating my rights as a consumer. I have a letter from XXXX stalling by sending me a letter to verify the information the already have, because I provided them with my request to investigate. I have a email from XXXX not providing proof of the investigation, but admitting to using a third party vendor for verification purposes. I also have a letter from LexisNexis proving they provide XXXX with information as a third party vendor for bankruptcies. XXXX XXXX did not provide a full and reasonable investigation. They have been refusing to provide upon request, how the information is proven to be accurate.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/22 I let the credit bureaus know that I am a victim of identity theft. There is an account from XXXX XXXX on my credit report. The account is still on my credit file. Section 605 b of the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that any information that I inform you is fraud has to be removed within 4 business days. Also, 15 USC 1681 section 604 a 2 says that you can not put anything on my credit file without me giving you permission in writing. I never gave you permission in writing. This account is listed on my file as a charge off. That means XXXX XXXX is committing tax fraud. They have sold the account and taken a tax write off.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. On XX/XX/22, I let the credit bureaus and the secondary reporting agencies know this. I also provided them with an identity theft report showing items that are inaccurate, fraudulent, unverifiable on my credit file. These items are supposed to be deleted within 4 days according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Also, none of these accounts should have been put on my credit file in the first place. I did not give written consent for these accounts to be furnished on my file!! I have in writing, letters from XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and US BKPT CT XXXX XXXX, stating that they do not report anything to any of the credit bureaus. I was informed that this information was furnished using XXXX, XXXX, LexisNexis and other secondary consumer reporting agencies. I have a right to privacy! You can not sell and provide false information about me. The defamation of my character and invasion of privacy has caused a lot of stress in my life. I am demanding that these fraudulent items be removed NOW!!

Consumer Complaint: have filed a dispute regarding public records that don't belong to me and they have refused to remove them. The courts don't verify accounts or report anything to the credit bureaus. The credit bureaus are getting this information via a third party who gets their information from public records that may have incorrect information, I have also disputed inquiries that t weren't permissible and the bureaus are refusing to do an investigation but yet want me to contact the reporting companies. According to the FCRA that isn't my job but the credit bureaus and if they can't be verified they must be deleted. The bankruptcy does't belong to me and any account reporting as such needs to be deleted. Lexisnexis is a third party reporting agency and obtains their information from public records and that information can't be verified and must be deleted.US BKPT CT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I will upload a letter from Lexisnexis that verifies that the bankrupcy should be deleted as they are a third-party and the courts don't provide any information and Lexisnexis has verified the information is not valid.
