Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX- Contains several errors and other sensitive information. This letter received today states- LexisNexis responded by saying they could not verify my identity completely verify my identity on XX/XX/XXXX but sent a full consumer disclosure report - to me - Apparently a stranger because as stated in their most recent response dated today XX/XX/XXXX, LexisNexis could not verify my identity. The request to opt-out was submitted on XX/XX/XXXX. A response was received - on XX/XX/XXXX Stating the burden of proof is on the consumer which is 100 % incorrect. Lexis Nexis as an entity is responsible for providing information on how the items collected in the consumer file have been validated. I requested a VALIDATION OF INFORMATION ON THE CONSUMER FILE AND LEXISNEXIS DID NOT PROVIDE VALIDATION OF INFORMATION AND HAS VIOLATED MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY by POSTING ITEMS ON A CONSUMER REPORT WITHOUT VALIDATION. THIS CAUSED ME REPUTATIONAL HARM. THE COMPANY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO WITH MY COMPLAINT Technically- All items should be deleted at this point. LexisNexis has not provided any information on how they were able to collect personal information. Instead, they have responded with nonsense.
