Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis makes it a hurdle for people who live or are XXXX XXXX to get their consumer report. Their online process - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to retrieve one 's consumer report only has the standard 50 states. It is missing 'states ' such as AE, AP , and AA. Which means my actual mailing address will never match what is on their site - since my mailing address isn't one of the 50 states they have available. And I'll continue to get a letter in the mail - that my information doesn't match what they have on file - which has recently happened. This affects overseas diplomatic members and people who work the Federal government - including military or civilians.

Consumer Complaint: Due to inaccurate information being reported on my consumer reports by other CRAs without my permission and the immense hardship and suffering being caused to me because of this false reporting, I requested a copy of my consumer report from Lexis Nexis online in XX/XX/2022 and was denied online access. I was then forced to request my report be sent via mail. I just received a response to my request from Lexis Nexis to which they refused to process my request due to the fact that they are " unable to authenticate my identity ''. Lexis Nexis is requesting personal information that I the consumer do NOT feel comfortable sharing. I find this to be very invasive and in violation of my privacy. I have the right to know what is being reported on my report and I do not consent to being coerced to get a copy of my report.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis is reporting false inaccurate information to credit bureaus. My report indicates that I have a bankruptcy from 2019. I am requesting Lexis Nexis to validate this information and send me proof of the accurateness of my report. I also want to know who reported this bankruptcy to you. Please remove this inaccurate and unverifiable information from my credit file. And please verify this information with the furnisher to be accurate.

Consumer Complaint: Wait a minute here. Lexisnexis you claim you had removed the bankruptcy from your files?? This is new to my eyes. In your response you were very quick to note that I had ( 48 ) complaint / disputes with your company In those 48 contacts that Ive had with you could you tell me which number that you indicated that the bankruptcy was removed? Please upload to CFPB. Also you never sent a updated credit report from your office again indicating that you had claimed to have had the bankruptcy removed Im just curious as to why not!. Secondly what was your reason for removing the account from your credit file?? Just curious you removed it but however XXXX XXXX and XXXX are very quick to say that they contact you when they receive a dispute! So you mean to tell me you remove it from your account but when they contact you. You tell them that the information is reporting as correctly? How is this possible Lexisnexis??? Review their reports thats exactly what these people are saying your company name is all over there report. Each and everyone of them. It is very clear that XXXX and XXXX and XXXX contact you to verify the public records. But you going to remove my public record from your report but still tell them its reporting as accurate Lexisnexis this is unlawfully and reckless credit reporting that you are doing on your behalf. I dont care what you sell or to whom you sell it too but you make sure youre reporting is accurate. I will need for you to remove the public record from XXXX XXXX and XXXX! You have the power to do this because if you are verifying it you can remove it. 10 business days Lexisnexis I will consider legal action. If you DO NOT On the 50 dispute/complaint. Will be a charm! Since you claim the bankruptcy was removed from your report section 609a ( 2 ) I request for you to provide me that the XXXXXXXX XXXX public record was in fact removed from the credit file of your company this will include a copy of the credit report the date that you removed why was removed. And 10 days you will need to contact the major 3 and have them remove the public records in its Entirety this false information I have supplied you everything that I have showing you that you are reporting and verifying false information.
