Consumer Complaint: LEXIS-NEXIS I have did more research and conducted my own investigation and right at the end of XXXX of your our complaints via CFPB your company present this!! of credit reports from the XXXX nationwide consumer reporting agencies- XXXX. XXXX, and XXXX - and follows the reinvestigation requirements outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( " FCRA '', 15 U.S.C. {$1600.00} et seq. ) for disputes of the information therein. LexisNexis must submit disputes to the originating consumer reporting agency and forward the results received from the nationwide consumer reporting agencies to the consumer when the nationwide consumer reporting agencies complete their reinvestigation Under the FCRA, XXXX XXXX 's has the right to : Request a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of disputed information, including the business name and address, and telephone number if reasonably available, of any furnisher of information contacted. Add a statement to his file disputing the accuracy or completeness of information. I have submitted proof of the wrong spelling of my name also fraud on my personal report by the name ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which is not my name. The spelling of my name is wrong associated along with the wrong addresses. I submitted my Identity Theft Affidavit from the IRS. with correct spell of my name XXXX XXXX XXXX I request that Lexis Nexis freeze my personal information and remove all inaccurate addresses associated with the wrong names as well as they are reporting this information to all three credit bureaus. If their findings are accurate please provide proof of a certified documentation.

As a reseller according to your previous respond, Congress, and FTC, my NPI ( Non-public personal information ) Personal identifiers which is Name, SSN, DOB should only be shared with my permission.
