Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I completed a CFPB complaint on Lexis Nexis regarding a XXXX public record that is showing on my credit report. This is inaccurate information. Lexis Nexis did not respond to a letter that I previously sent them in XXXX of 2022. So, I had to do a CFPB complaint to get some actual results and that still wasn't to my satisfaction as there was no method of true verification. On XX/XX/XXXX, I completed another CFPB complaint to Lexis Nexis regarding the same issue, a bankruptcy reporting to my report. They claimed that XXXX verified it and that is not true. I have contacted PACER and they do not provide information to third parties whatsoever. The following are the laws that were violated : 1. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) Infringed Upon a Consumers right to privacy 2. 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) No Permissible purpose/ No written instruction 3. 15 USC 1681a- ( e ) I did not give a Permissible purpose nor did they have my written instruction. I contacted the US XXXX Courts and they mailed me back a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached ) stating that they do not send information to the credit bureaus. This means that they did not provide Lexis Nexis with information to be reported. I also contacted XXXX, and XXXX also does not provide information to credit bureaus. A screenshot of this directly from their website will be attached. So, the claim that it was verified by the US XXXX Courts of XXXX, MD, and XXXX is not accurate. XXXX also states on its website that they do not provide information to third parties either. I will be attaching both of those to this complaint. I will be attaching my driver 's license and a copy of a power bill.

This has harmed me in obtaining any line of credit. They forced my hand at bankruptcy and even after that they still are reporting incorrect and outdated information.

Instead of deleting the accounts from my credit file the companys updated information on the accounts which is a failure to investigate and fraud.
