Consumer Complaint: Ive disputed a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Reference number XXXX with the credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXXWhich two of them ( XXXX AND XXXX XXXX confirmed the public record was verified by the court. I asked XXXX and XXXX to disclose their method of verification on the alleged bankruptcy they are reporting. They replied to me with the bankruptcy being verified. I then reached out to the courthouse and their correspondence to my letter was that they do not verify or validate information from consumers ' credit files. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.

Their phone number will not accept calls. Submitting a customer care request will not go through. Tried on several occasions. There are about 5 accidents that do NOT belong to me. I have obtained a consumer report from Lexisnexis. It does not state anywhere that I am involved in accidents.

They use my information regardless of federal law 15 US code 1692E 15 US code 1692c I have spoken with representatives in the fraud department there at XXXX. They continue to remove and then place items back on my consumer report. This is an omission of guilt. Consumer Complaint: I am stressed and displeased that I see there is a bankruptcy on my credit report. This is really damaging my credit worthiness. I am trying to buy a home and this is not fair. This is a defamation to my character and according to 15 U.S.C. 1681, you should be protecting my privacy and the accuracy of my report. This is not right and going against my federal consumer rights. Upon speaking to the bankruptcy court, they do NOT furnisher people 's information to 3rd party so this is illegal, neglect and fraud. You all can get sued for these damages. This is negatively effecting my livelihood. You all are a secondary bureau that houses consumers information. I feel your database is inaccurate and I am filing ligation against this.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to inform you that you are in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) for reporting information about my account without my consent. The specific laws that you are violating are listed below in this notarized letter, according to the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) laws, rules, and regulations. No one has received my written or oral consent to publish any transactions to my consumer credit report, which is a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ), which states that any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both. This has put me in a high risk insurance catagory and has inflated my insurance costs. My personal identifying information has been improperly used to furnish negative accounts on my consumer report. My credit file has suffered severe damage due to XXXX XXXX negligence and furnishing fraudulent inaccurate accounts, with no respect to the FCRA and fdcpa.
