Consumer Complaint: After numerous attempts to contact Lexis Nexis to resolve this issue, they are simply sending automated responses and closing my XXXX cases as well. So, now I am sending in my cease and desist letter to them. Lexis Nexis is improperly reporting information that is harming me from obtaining financial products. Lexis Nexis sends the same automated response that they obtained information about me from PACER or from the courthouse. I have verified with both the courthouse and PACER and each of them states that they don't provide information to third-party agencies or credit bureaus. I'm attaching proof as well. So, I am sending the cease and desist, since Lexis Nexis is continually misrepresenting me and causing me a great deal of financial distress. DO NOT CLOSE THIS AS A DUPLICATE CASE, AS THIS IS A CEASE AND DESIST. I have uploaded the CEASE AND DESIST letter, my license, power bill, and letters from PACER, and the courthouse. Lexis Nexis, you have enough information to identify me now. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
