Consumer Complaint: I have tried on numerous occasions to get Lexis Nexis to remove the security freeze from my XXXX Credit Report. Every single time, they send me a letter, wasting my time. Telling me that they can't read my driver 's License. This company is failing to comply with Federal Regulations that mandate that Credit Reporting agencies make it easy for consumers to freeze and unfreeze their reports. This is the final straw and the last bit of patience that I have with Lexis Nexis. Quit wasting my time and contact me. I want this report unfrozen and I never want to have to deal with your sorry organization again. You've been interfering with my ability to open a savings account with XXXX XXXX for 2 YEARS!
