Consumer Complaint: Upon reviewing my recent consumer report, I discovered the presence of bankruptcies that should not be included. After conducting research on relevant laws, I have come to understand that your actions are in violation of 15 U.S Code 1681 a ( 4 ) - the Consumer Right to Privacy. It is my right as a consumer to have these bankruptcies removed from my credit report, as well as to have my personal information protected and not released without my consent. I find your actions completely unacceptable. I want to emphasize that I am a victim of identity theft, and your organization may be held criminally and civilly liable for its actions. I urge you to handle this complaint in a thorough and appropriate manner. If the situation is not resolved to my satisfaction, I want to make it clear that I will not hesitate to pursue legal action against your company. I expect immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a detailed plan of action to rectify the situation. Failure to comply will leave me with no choice but to take legal measures to protect my rights.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis continues to report erroneous information to my creditors and I don't know what else or who else they are reporting this " bogus '' information to but I've contacted them XXXX ( can't even count how many times over the last few years ) to try to get them to correct their " bogus '' information reporting. Again, I have " never, ever '' lived in XXXX and don't know why this address in XXXX keeps coming up on my information when I'm not aware of the exact addres they have on file nor have I any connection with anyone in XXXX, TX. Futhermore, I have " suppressed '' this due to the fact I could not seem to get anywhere with this " giant '' bureauocracy of more than 10,000 according to XXXX. They are illegally selling my information that is supposed to be " suppressed '' due to inaccuracy. What happened : I tried to get into my " XXXX '' membership today only to find they have gone to " verify '' online and evidently their " verify '' online is a tied to Lexis Nexis as they are the ones that I dealt with a few years ago and " suppressed '' or so I thought this erroneous data being sold off to other 3rd parties illegally. Either that or XXXX has " opted in '' to online data 3rd party furnishers that are getting their " bogus '' info from Lexis Nexis. They are illegally selling my information that is not eve " my '' information but is " bogus '' data that somehow ( probably a scammer ) ended up on my Lexis Nexis. I don't want a " lexis Nexis '' acct but there is " NO WAY '' to SUPPRESS their total disregard for accuracy @!!!
