Consumer Complaint: I recently reviewed my credit report and came upon an alleged XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy reporting on my consumer credit report. This is an error and LexisNexis has violated my federally protected privacy rights by reporting such false information on my consumer credit report. I have filed a notarized Affidavit with the United States Bankruptcy Court XXXX XXXX of Indiana notifying them of their potential violation of state and federal law by providing LexisNexis with my private court records. I received information back from the aforementioned Bankruptcy Court stating they do not report to or provide information to any credit reporting agencies. Pursuant to the Congressional Findings and Statement of Purpose of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), Congress states that there is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. I did not authorize or give anyone access to my private and confidential records, including the alleged BANKRUPTCY XXXX XXXX DOCKET # : XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Recently I found an incorrect Bankruptcy record reporting on my credit file. I filed a dispute in writing and went a step further and contacted the Bankruptcy court of record in an attempt to sort out this error. I was referred by the clerks to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX, whom I contacted several weeks ago. Last week I received a letter from your firm informing me that the Bankruptcy information was verified. Now, Today I received a call from an investigator in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, who informs me that the information YOU have verified as accurate was INCORRECT. Based on the information provided by the investigator it appears that YOUR firm never contacted the Bankruptcy court, never verified or validated the information disputed and is in violation of the FCRA. Since it now appears quite clear that your VERIFICATION is erroneous and you NEVER contacted the Bankruptcy court in the first place, I am making a direct demand under 15 U.S.C.A. 1692g ( b ), that your firm provide the following VALIDATION of information regarding HOW and WHAT you are reporting on my credit report in regards to this erroneous Bankruptcy. Please supply the information below so that I can be fully informed : The name and address of the Court Clerks office contacted for verification. The Phone and Fax numbers of the Individual or Department from whom you obtained this information. Provide standard procedure for verification and validation of disputes filed under the FDCPA and FCRA. Provide me with a COPY of the information that this Court of Record has provided to YOU in regards to this erroneous verification of the disputed Bankruptcy. You have 5 days to acknowledge in WRITING the receipt of this 15 U.S.C.A. 1692g ( b ) dispute and 30 days to provide the information requested above. If you can not or choose not to pursue this matter, provide me with a written notice of ITEM DELETION of the Bankruptcy Record in question within the next 14 days.

Consumer Complaint: All I know is this : XXXX XXXX, on the behalf of LexisNexis Risk Solutions is the biggest elephant in the room! Either most, some, and or all three major credit reporting agencies/matters are being advised, and determined by or with the help of these bad characters, and actors! In the past, and some yrs ago, it was LexisNexis Risk Solutions that done the following ; hinder, and prevented me from obtaining : an affordable, decent, livable, suitable, healthy, protective, comfortable, peaceful, and the most safest environment to live in! Which led to me, not being able to choose, and select that was in my best interest! All that played a part, in my overall health being : in the status, state, and unsatisfactory conditions! Because of their bad reporting, inaccurate submissions, advises, misconduct, failures, transparency, bias, overreach, carelessness, ignorance, and extremely bad practices in nature! Now, they're pretty much doing, the same thing in this matter! As a result of this, in most cases its leading to, unnecessary credit denials, and declination with future creditors! In my closing, its definitely having a lasting impact, on how I'm being treated, and ongoing troubles : with all three credit reporting agencies!
