Consumer Complaint: I requested a copy of my report on XX/XX/2023 using all my identifiable information that is on all of my credit reports. I received a letter stating they could not provide one as they were unable to verify my identity even though I provided my name, email, Social Security number and mailing Adress. I emailed on XX/XX/2023 and was never responded to. I believe this is an attempt to delay my report as my address that is listed is on all three of my credit reports as my mailing address. I provided my correct email, phone number and social security number.

Consumer Complaint: I am experiencing issues with LexisNexis inaccurately reporting items to credit reporting agencies regarding my credit file. It should be noted that LexisNexis is not my creditor and therefore lacks the authority to report erroneous information to credit reporting agencies about my credit file. I dispute any claims suggesting a creditor relationship with LexisNexis based on a contractual agreement to report such inaccurate and incorrect information. I demand a manual review of my dispute to rectify and eliminate the inaccurate and incorrect information, which violates FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( C ), FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ), and FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ). I urgently request an investigation into my concerns and the immediate removal of this inaccurate information from my credit file, as mandated by law. Moreover, there are addresses listed in my credit file report that contain incorrect and inaccurate information. According to FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( C ) and FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ), it is evident that this information is inaccurate, requiring immediate investigation and removal of such inaccuracies. In addition, I request that LexisNexis notify all credit reporting agencies about the inaccuracies and incorrect items that they have reported regarding my credit file. LexisNexis is not my creditor and therefore lacks the authority to report erroneous information to credit reporting agencies about my credit file. It is crucial for them to rectify this situation promptly and inform all relevant agencies of the necessary corrections to ensure the accuracy of my credit information.

This collection account is reported as open with a past due balance of {$1400.00} on both accounts. However, the account is only shown on XXXX and not on XXXX or XXXX, creating a significant discrepancy between the credit bureaus. According to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to an accurate credit report. This inaccurate reporting is negatively impacting my reputation, character, and ability to qualify for new credit. The discrepancies between the credit bureaus are creating an unfair and inaccurate representation of my creditworthiness. I kindly request the immediate removal of this account from my credit report and ask that you provide me with a copy of my updated credit report reflecting the removal of this account. Additionally, I am requesting that your company provide me with debt validation and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( XXXX ) authorization. Please be aware that this is not a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a formal request for validation as outlined in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I would like the debt validation to include an agreement, an original bill, and a detailed statement of procedures, if applicable. I also request a breakdown of fees, including any collection costs and medical charges, if applicable. Furthermore, I require a copy of my signature on file with the provider of services to release my medical information. Additionally, please provide a report of comparative analysis between the questionable signature and the signature recognized by the alleged signer, if applicable. Lastly, I request an affidavit signed under the XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that your organization has not violated any provisions of the FCRA, FDCPA, and XXXX. These responsibilities include ceasing to provide inaccurate information to any CRAs and refraining from selling or transferring fraudulent debts to another party for collection. Furthermore, I believe that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as the furnisher of this information, and XXXX, as the credit bureau , are unreliable sources. Their inconsistent reporting raises serious questions about their accuracy and reliability. Therefore, I formally request a thorough reinvestigation of this matter. I kindly request the removal of this collection account from my credit report due to the inaccurate and unreliable reporting. Please provide me with a written confirmation of the deletion and an updated copy of my credit report. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Around XXXX of XXXX, upon receipt of my credit report I discovered this unlawful bankruptcy on my credit profile that was intentionally placed there by LexisNexis. LexisNexis then sold my private information with a public record attached to it, to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX without my consent. This was done with malicious intent to damage my credit, my credit profile, my character, and causing me financial harm intentionally, including charging high interest rates which fattens their profits. Due to this, I can not relocate to a new home, or obtain credit to have a decent living mode. I can not obtain work without being asked embarrassing questions and struggling to make ends meet. LexisNexis owners/employees admitted soliciting this information from XXXX, and selling this information to other agencies and companies for profit, without my consent. In addition, I have already disputed errors and inaccuracies regarding my personal information and provided identiying documents to correct those errors, however the errors are still reporting. I also have evidence of identity theft including highlighted accounts that clearly show multiple violations that must be removed immediately, according to the law. I also have inquiries attached to accounts that I 'Do not recall ' opening up that have been done fraudulently through the use of my identity. The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681. According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy. According to : Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties, U.S. Department of Justice, under The " No Disclosure without Consent '' Rule : I have a right to privacy if I never gave them consent. According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a ccount without my written instructions. According to : 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C. section 603 section ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term " investigative consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with who he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer 's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. These companies are the prime reason why consumers have their identities stolen each year by way of careless misuse of consumer 's private information. These companies should not have this type of control over consumers and should be shut down for good. The attached items below will be uploaded as evidence and are titled as follows : 1. Evidence from bankruptcy court that they don't give this information to these companies. 2. LexisNexis response to opting out permanently. 3. XXXX XXXX, Police report. 4.
