Consumer Complaint: Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I did call, I C Systems Collections, phone number : XXXX in order to clarify a place for collection. I spoke to XXXX, ID # XXXX in order to find out about a placed collection for {$150.00} which through the original creditor XXXX ( Cable/Cellular ), I C Systems Collections stated that they have sent me a notice, which I have never received. Then, I asked them to send me any information they have related to this collection and they denied to send it over via e-mail because of their policies. I did call once again and I spoke to XXXX ID # XXXX, I explained my situation, XXXX transfer me to her supervisor, supervisor 's name XXXX, ID # XXXX which I repeated once again my concern in receiving all this documentation via e-mail and mail. He misinterpreted my communication trying to play around with the wording. I asked for more than three times to send via mail a re-validation notice, month of the debt, and any valid information related to this collection. I have also requested a copy of their policies, no proper answers being responded. Please help me to understand my rights under the Federal Trade Commission. What is my next step, I need to clear this matter from my credit report. Is it e-mail a legal way of communicating? Why I C Systems Collections can not send me all information on their files related to this matter? I need to dispute this matter on a civil and polite way in order to be protected under Federal Fair Correction Act. This matter is causing that my student loan to be held which is nu-acceptable. Consumer Complaint: I had an XXXX done and I was under XXXX help in the state of NJ. XXXX hospital in NJ. The hospital knew that I was unemployed at the time because of my XXXX XXXX having gone through XXXX different XXXX in under 1.5 years. And yet they sent me to a XXXX who was outside of the XXXX network who of course billed me after the procedure was complete. The Hospital knew that the procedure was imperitive and yet they chose to send to a doctor who was outside of their network. Though I had asked them repeatedly about sending to a doctor inside of their network so I 'd be protected under the state XXXX program and insurance. Now i have an outstanding debt on my collections for the amount of about $ {$1700.00} and it is affecting my credit ratings. Consumer Complaint: The company I.C. SYSTEM INC. has a dept on my credit report for {$1600.00}. After doing research I found out that someone stole my social security number and opened up an XXXX account under the name XXXX XXXX. They also used a XXXX XXXX XXXX which I never owned. They opened up the account in XXXX XXXX back in 2011, Which I was living in XXXX XXXX. I found out by the XXXX company that that person was using a stolen Credit Card to pay for the account. The account was closed and was sent to the dept collection agency.. So that person used a fake name with my social. I want to dispute this off of my credit report, because never mine, and the account was opened up illegally. I never went by the name XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I received a call from IC System Stateing I owe a Debt of XXXX to XXXX XXXX hospital. The rep Had a Incorect Address along with stating they Went to my Company Website to get my Phone Number. The Collection Rep changed my Address on the Contract they she claim I owe. When I told her I had Idenity theft she told me They will put this on my credit report come XXXX XXXX. I then called XXXX and wrote XXXX Letters with supporting Documents and they never Responded. I Do n't like the fact that the collection Agency change the address from where the fraud happen. I do n't even have a pet. XXXX and the collection agency refuse to even mail a Affidavit for me to sign or dispute the issue.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2015 my service with XXXX was cancelled. A few weeks later I received a notice from a collection agency that said I owed {$270.00} ( which showed up on my credit report. ) I called the collection agency to work something out but they said they had sent my account back to XXXX for XXXX pieces of equipment that needed to be returned. I could only locate XXXX which I turned in. I was looking for the other XXXX. In the mean time the collection was removed from my credit report. I figured everything was settled. But I just recently got another notice from I C Systems collections that put it back on my credit report. I called them regarding the XXXX Returned equipment issue. They said they dont collect on returned equipment and that the charge was for service. I called XXXX and told them at the time this happened they said the charge was for returned equipment. Now they say it is the last bill for XXXX through XXXX. I told them the service was disconnected in the beginning of XXXX so how could I be charged for service that did n't exist? The rep mumbled something incoherent - then I asked him if I could get a copy of the bill. He said no they could n't supply a copy of the bill - I looked online and found dozens of complaints against XXXX for this shady billing practice along with even a class action lawsuit. It is unethical and abusive. They should not be able to milk extra money out of people on closed accounts.
