Afterwards, despite having what I was told was an easy XXXX, I was told that I owed the higher {$51.00} amount. Fine. So I paid it off before leaving the office that same day. Then, in XXXX, I get a bill from XXXX XXXX corporate office for another {$60.00}, still owed for my procedure!!!! I called XXXX at the XXXX XXXX office where I had my procedure done, and explained that I paid the bill in full ... ... .The {$51.00} that I was told was my share of the complete bill. Consumer Complaint: I was recently informed of a collections account, with this company listed as the owner of the debt. I phoned them to get clarification on the account. This was after submitting a dispute with XXXX as well as directly on their ( I.C. Systems ) website. I was finally connected with a representative and after what seemed like amiable conversation, where I was told that I owe an amount well over the dollar amount that I remember being delinquent and once I began attempting to collect information on how to resolve the debt, I was hung up on. I phoned the company again ( time # 2 ), only to have a different representative this time ; one who acted as though she was unable to reference any proof of the prior conversation. Upon repeating all of my personal information ( very uncomfortable ), I was told by this representative that the company in which I originally had the account ( the one that is now in " collections '' ) would be REobtaining said account, because the debt collections agency would have had it for more than one year. She ( this second rep ) suggested that I phone the original company ( XXXX XXXX ). Of course I phoned XXXX and they referred me back to the collections agency. I then phoned the agency for a THIRD time, just to be transferred to twice and then hung up on AGAIN. It 's quite clear that this company has no intentions of working with me to educate myself on the validity of this account, Or to resolve this account or collect payment. Obviously this only makes me question the validity of this collection.
