I asked for a signed contract or invoice of some kind. The company who claims I owe them is called XXXX and does business out of Alabama and Florida. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I received a letter in the mail notifying me I had a debt. I called the collection agency and set up a payment arrangement for my XXXX account. I advised my representative that I do n't need this going to my credit report but I do n't have the money to pay the full amount so I set up XXXX dollars a month. I checked my credit yesterday the XXXX of XXXX and it was reported for the amount of XXXX XXXX.I called the company and asked what happened and she said my payment arrangement ended and that they reported it. I was n't aware the balance went up and nobody tried to contact me to make me aware that the payment arrangement had ended. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. Me as a consumer, called and set up an arrangement to resolve my debt. They did not handle this right.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed this account for {$850.00} numerous times with the credit bureaus as the debt is not mine. XXXX is unable to validate the debt for that reason. The collection agency then removed the debt. XXXX then gives the debt to another collection agency to collect and it appears on my credit reports AGAIN without notice to me that this is happening. This has been a cycle, and I am needing to pursue a formal complaint so that the debt can be deleted permanently.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems added a collection to my credit report stating I have a XXXX bill, which I never had. The address is a family member but I never authorized a bill at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I live at a different location with my on bill I wrote the company asking for them to validate. The debt or remove it from my credit report they have done neither. It is crazy to me how they can affect your life and employment with no proof or recourse when they know they are wrong. They do n't even have to respond to your letters. This should be a crime.
