Consumer Complaint: I contacted I.C System regarding a letter they sent regarding a bill from XXXX. They said they had not reported the bill to the credit unions, which I had verified prior to calling. They said they were not reporting the bill to the credit unions. We came to a payment agreement. I paid agreed. They reported to the credit union, making it look like the bill had n't been paid in 2 years, which was not true. I paid as soon as XXXX verified the breakdown of the bill was accurate and that I had received credits that I was due. I.C System maliciously caused my credit rating to drop. I.C. System reported after it had processed payment. Prior to our making payment arrangements they indicated they had no reason to report a debt paid as agreed.

Consumer Complaint: I was notified by XXXX XXXX that I had a negative report on my credit. It is a bill from XXXX XXXX at an address I lived at 6 years ago.The bill though the collection agency claims is for XXXX of XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX. Her direct number is XXXX. I told XXXX that I have no knowledge of this bill and that I never had XXXX XXXX when I lived in that condo and that my husband and I have XXXX XXXX right now and are and always have been in good standing. I told her I could prove by tax records that I have not lived there when this bill was made. I then told her that I never received any notification from them to dispute this bill before it was reported negatively on my credit report. She then said I needed to call XXXX XXXX because there was nothing she could do about it. I then asked her for the number to their legal department where she gave me a fake number of XXXX. When I called that number it was a customer service number for XXXX XXXX where I was informed that legal does not accept phone calls from consumers.I then called XXXX XXXX where I was informed that they can give me no information because they sold this account to XXXX XXXX and all info must come from them. I am stuck now between a rock and a hard spot with nowhere to turn. I will assume it is illegal to put a negative ding onmy credit report without ever giving me a chance to dispute it. I was given an account number for XXXX XXXX of XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I had a bundled internet, cable and phone deal using XXXX for phone and internet and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) for cable. Upon canceling the service, I received a final bill for all services and wrote the check directly to XXXX, as normal. In a couple months, I received a 30 day past due notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying my final payment of {$210.00} was not received. I called them and XXXX to complain and was told it would be rectified. More than a year later, a collection notice was put on my credit report for {$210.00}. I disputed the account and the debt was removed from my reports. About a year later, the same {$210.00} collection was put on my report, this time with a new collection agency. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they agreed it was likely XXXX 's fault and removed the collection. Now, I again have the same {$210.00} collection added to my account. This time I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they now refuse to remove it until and unless I provide proof I paid it ( or have XXXX prove they forwarded the payment to them ). This account was paid out of a Sovereign account that has been closed for over 2 yrs and has been successfully disputed twice ( soon to be three times XXXX. I am at my wit 's end with these people. I have never received any collection calls from XXXX, but they obviously did not pay XXXX XXXX XXXX.
