Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX Ive received a bill from XXXX, I called then and explained to them that this isnt my bill and they told me that they couldnt put someone else bill in my name. I filed a police report and found out that the bill belongs to someone else with the same first name, middle initial, and last name as me. The detective have not contacted me back since then and Ive tried calling and still wasnt able to speak with the detective. This year I checked my credit report and seen that the bill was still there. I disputed it over the phone and they havent removed it but they gave me a shorter date for it to close. There is also a address connected to this bill on my report that Ive never lived at.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is submitted for consideration as I have not received a response to my recent letter reference erroneous entries contained within my consumer credit profile at the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX consumer reporting agencies. These entries as currently reported are erroneous in nature and otherwise injurious to my true credit worthiness. Prior to initiating litigation in the United States District Court for the XXXX District of Florida, I once again request assistance. Should my complaint continue to be ignored, I will seek counsel and initiate litigation to compel correction of my consumer credit profile. Pursuant to the provisions contained within sections 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) ( i ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I request that the below listed entries be investigated for accurateness and thereafter deleted from my consumer credit profile as they are erroneous in nature and otherwise injurious to my true credit worthiness. Since my last dispute, I have written to all collectors/creditors. Most of these creditors have responded favorably. Consumer Complaint: I just received TWO alerts from XXXX stating I have TWO new accounts in collections. I have no knowledge of either of these accounts, and want answers ASAP. They are for the exact same amount, but were placed a few days apart from each other. The company name is almost identical in both cases with the exception of Inc., which was added at the end of 1 of the entries. Consumer Complaint: I recieved a letter in mid XX/XX/XXXX ( Dated XX/XX/XXXX ) from a debt collection comapny named I.C. System Inc ( XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX ) stating that I owed {$100.00} to from a debt owed to XXXX. I have never had XXXX service for anything ( phone, internet, tv ). I had when I was originally buying my new home in Maryland ( I signed the paperwork in XX/XX/XXXX, however I did not move into it until XX/XX/XXXXas I was on military orders in FL until XX/XX/XXXX ) looked into getting XXXX service, and provided XXXX some basic information in order to get pricing infomration for my area. I however went with XXXX XXXX service rather than XXXX and never had XXXX service hooked up. At one point several months after having moved into my new home ( possibly XX/XX/XXXX timeframe ) recieved a bill from XXXX. I called XXXX and was able to talk to a customer service representative who confirmed that I never utilized the service and removed my account from their system. I believed at the time that this had resolved the issue, until I recieved the letter from I.C. System. I immediately called I.C. System to attempt to resolve the issue. Their customer service represntative told me that the collection account would be placed in a disputed status and that I would have to send in proof to show that I did not have any XXXX services at my home. I did this ( original documents sent to I.C. Systems are included as an atttachment to this complaint - updated to show that I have continued to utilize the same services ) and did not hear anything back from either XXXX, nor I.C. Systems so I considered the issue resolved once again. That was until I saw my credit score drop drastically last month and was very concerned about this especially due to the recent XXXX leaks, as well as the fact that I am in the XXXX and XXXX had my information at the time they expeirenced a massive data breach as well. I keep a tight eye on my finances and do not like to have deragotry marks on my record especially when I have attempted twice now to resolve this issue. The proof I provided is substantial as it coverd the entire timeframe that I had been in this new home ( I moved into the home in XX/XX/XXXX ). Prior to that I was on XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX FL at XXXX XXXX. I would like to resolve this issue as quickly as possible as I was planning on buying a new car near the end of the year for my wife and the massive hit to my credit report for a debt that I am in no way responsible for is not something that I would like to have on my record. Please let me know if there is anything you need from me in order to expedite this result.

The collection agency is I C System ( {$160.00} balance ) and Original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Opened XXXX XXXX, 2017 ) I have never opened any account with any of the companies owned by XXXX XXXX, such as XXXX XXXX or XXXX. This is obviously a case of identity theft or gross negligence on the part of I C Systems, who have erroneously misidentified me as the holder of this debt.

Consumer Complaint: I have a medical debt that was being paid on a regular monthly basis with XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX Utah. The company was accepting my monthly payments on a medical debt from a XXXX and hospital stay and gave me no options to continue to pay monthly until the debt was paid in full. They instead transferred my account balance over to a collection company called IC Systems to collect the payments instead which is now reporting on my credit reports as a collection account. I find this to be incredibly unfair to be damaging my credit report when I have been more than willing to continue paying uninterrupted monthly payments. This has caused me a hardship because my other creditors can take adverse actions against me even though I have done nothing wrong.

Consumer Complaint: I C System INC has reported to the credit bureaus a debt that does not belong to me. I called I C Systems and XXXX about the fraudulent report to on my credit. I was told that they found a XXXX XXXX ( me ) so it was charged to me. They had no Social Security number or address to confirm it was me. The reason they have my address now, is because i gave it to them when I called. Looking on the website, XXXX, there is other XXXX XXXX located in my area. I do n't see haw they are allowed to single out one and damage that person 's credit. I have disputed this on more than one occasion with it still showing on my XXXX Report. XXXX and other credit agencies have been notified of this issue and all other credit agencies have removed this from my report with the exception of XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I cancelled service with my cable provider XXXX XXXX. I was charged a {$200.00} early cancellation fee. I never entered into a contract or agreed to use their services for a specified time frame. The debt was transferred to a collections company. I responded certified letter within 30 days requesting proof that I entered into a written or verbal contract. While they provided a detailed statement, no proof of contract was provided. On XX/XX/XXXX, the account was then transferred to a second collections company, starting the process all over again. I believe the policy to transferring collections accounts on unresolved debt is tantamount to harassment.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from I.C. Systems dated X/X/17, in regards to a delinquent debt from XXXX in the amount of {$56.00}. This is completely incorrect! XXXX had initially set up my account incorrectly and they closed my original account to fix the incorrect account, which is the account in question, and rolled over any amount due to my new account number. I am in good standing and have paid in full every month! I called XXXX and a very nice woman was able to resolve this matter for me and confirmed this was a XXXX error. She advised I file this complaint against XXXX so this does not negatively impact my credit. XXXX gave me a Reference # to confirm the delinquent amount of {$56.00} should NEVER have been charged at all or turned over to collections. This amount was incorrectly charged in the first place. I have had nothing but problems with XXXX from the very beginning and they have been unable to fix problem after problem! This is the last straw turning me into collections for THEIR error! They are an absolutely ridiculous company and I am sad I am currently stuck in a contract with them bundled with XXXX XXXX. What a horrible experience! I am happy to provide any account and reference numbers needed for this situation. Thank you.
