Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX IC Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX To Whom It May Concern : Please be advised that your disregard and violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and my rights as a consumer have caused harm by seriously affecting my credit rating, causing the denial of credit, as well as causing higher interest rates and unfavorable loan terms. Your continuous phone calls causing the telephone to ring repeatedly throughout the day and evening is harassing. Furthermore, at no point in a conversation with your company has your representatives ever disclosed their identity, the company being represented or the reason for the call, which was misleading. These oversights on your part are clear violations of the FDCPA Furthermore, we verbally disputed the debt with your company on XX/XX/XXXX and again via an XXXX through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Not only did collection activity not cease during this time, but you failed to send validation not once, but twice with the 30 day time frame for each dispute. In fact, we have yet to ever receive validation and the letters and calls are continuing even after 90 days. Again, this is a clear violation of the FCDPA and FCRA, which I am sure you are aware of as a Data Furnisher. We are for the 3rd time requesting validation. We are also requesting you review the attached conversation with XXXX, where they clearly state all charges will be removed and the XXXX receipt where they received their equipment back. XXXX XXXX : Once you return the equipment back the unbilled charges will be removed Consumer : So why am I paying for a full month when I terminated the service today? XXXX XXXX : All the charges will be removed once the equipments are received back to XXXX In light of the harassing phone calls, deceptive practices, lack of providing the mini miranda and inability to provide validation after 90 days, we are requesting that IC System correct our account to reflect a XXXX balance, cancel all collection efforts and have the trade lines deleted from our credit history. In the event, IC Systems neglects not to comply, I will file a formal lawsuit

Consumer Complaint: i c system has been trying to collect a debt that i do not owe, the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX. i moved out of an apartment i legally followed every step so that i would not be liable for any bills, i did so, i was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX about the debt, who i also told I am not responsible for this debt an that they need to take it up with the people who still live there, legally i followed the law and did what i needed to, on XX/XX/XXXXi filed a dispute with transition on ic systems i still have n't heard anything back, they claim i owe {$97.00} which i do n't i also filed another dispute which came back negative, they say ic system has refused to give them any information or respond

They are in complete violation of the Hippa law.

I was directed to their website to make payments in which I have done just as I was told.. as per request I asked to speak to a member of management in regards to the fact that I C System still to this day is currently on my Credit report and all FOR THE LAST PAST 2 MONTHS ... The charges are excessive, inflated and I have returned all of their equipment. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on numerous occassions to complain that my bill was not the same rate month to month. When contacting the company, they refuse to share any information about this unless I provide my sensitive personal information ( full name, address, DOB, SSN ). I 'm not comfortable providing this information to some unknown company that just dinged my credit report. I have not received any prior mail, email, or phone call regarding this alleged debt. Consumer Complaint: I have had this same issue in the past with the original creditor XXXX and the collection agencies. This account has been closed and deleted from my credit report when I first disputed it with XXXX, copy of letter and response is attached, and once again now this new collection agency, I.C. Systems Inc., is claiming I owe them without even mailing me anything through the U.S. Mail or calling me on my phone. How is it that they are reporting to my credit reports a negative account that has been closed? I want them to delete this immediately from my credit report if I.C. System Inc. can not verify this alleged account according to the Fair Debt Collections Act.

Consumer Complaint: I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and noticed a collection account by IC as I do n't recall signing any contract with a company by this name nor do I recall receiving any duns letter by them. so I send them a certified letter tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting for a copy of any viable evidence bearing my signature showing the account is being reported accurately. I also informed them as per FTC letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX you should be aware that a printout of a bill or itemized documents does not constitute verification. being that I have that right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act but they have refused to send as well as mark my account as disputed within the 30 days which is a violation of my rights under willful noncompliance as per FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 3 ) Responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies [ 15 U.S.C. 1681s- 2 ]
