Consumer Complaint: I.C. SYSTEM Inc. a third part debt collector for XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting two collection accounts on my credit bureau. 1. Both collection accounts are for the exact same amount {$260.00} 2. Both collection accounts are for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 3. Both collection accounts are dated XXXX XXXX, 2017 4. I do n't owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 5. I had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 5 years ago 6. No one will provide any contract or proof I owe this debt. These two incorrect collections accounts for the same amount have destroyed my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I sent IC System Collections a certified letter requesting validation of a debt they say I owe. The said letter was received on the XXXX day of XXXX. In that letter I asked that they validate the debt within 30 days ; However, I never got a response from IC System. As stated in such letter, I requested any debt that could not be validated, be removed from all three bureau 's in which it is being reported. There are XXXX accounts with this company that is being reported negatively with the bureaus. Having this report negatively and not being validated per my request, within the timeframe, is a direct violation of my FCRA RIGHTS. Because of IC Systems failure to validate a debt in a timely manner, I am asking that the accounts be deleted from all reporting agencies. Thanks kindly

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I faxed a cease and desist letter to i c system @ XXXX. The letter also states if any negative information is placed on my credit bureau reports by their agency after receipt of this notice, that this will cause me to file a lawsuit against i c system. I requested that i c system send me all the information I requested to validate this debt and they failed to do so. I requested quite a few things from i c system and they failed to do so. There is XXXX accounts that this collection agency is harassing me about REF # XXXX. Public Laws 95-109 and 99-361, also known as the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT, that there services are no longer desired. I need signed documentation with my signature on it.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed this collection account with all three credit bureaus multiple times the latest date being XX/X/2017. I have a collection account for the amount of {$180.00} showing on both my XXXX as well as my XXXX credit reports. XXXX removed the collection because this account violated FDCPA Section 807 ( 8 ) ( this law is for collection agencies ) 807. False or misleading representations [ 15 USC 1692e ] ( 8 ) Communicating or threatening to communicate to any person credit information which is known or which should be known to be false, including the failure to communicate that a disputed debt is disputed. This debt is also in violation of Section 392.101 of Texas Finance Code which prohibits a third-party debt collector from engaging in debt collection in Texas unless the third-party debt collector has obtained a surety bond and filed a copy of the bond with the Office of the Secretary of State. Furthermore, Sec. 392.301 ( a ) ( 4 ) of Texas Finance Code Prohibits threatening to sell or assign to another the obligation of the consumer and falsely representing that the result of the sale or assignment would be that the consumer would lose a defense to the Consumer debt or would be subject to illegal collection attempts.as well as the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act. I have filed a complaint, see attached, with the Texas Attorney General Consumer Complaint Division as well and I request the immediate removal of this trade line from all three credit bureaus as you and the original creditor have violated the aforementioned laws. This debt has been removed and reinserted multiple times on my reports. Please also be aware that any negative mark found on my credit reports ( including XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) from your company or any company that you represent, for a debt that I dont owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA ; therefore if you can not validate the debt, you must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry. Pending the outcome of my investigation of any evidence that you submit, you are instructed to take no action that could be detrimental to any of my credit reports. Failure to respond to this complaint may result in small claims legal action against your company at my local venue. I would be seeking a minimum of {$1000.00} in damages per violation for : Defamation Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( including but not limited to Section 807-8 ) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( including but not limited to Section 623-b ) This complaint is a notice and an attempt for you to correct your records and delete this account from my reports on all major credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I had a medical debt for XXXX dollars with a different collection company and i paid it and had it removed from my credit report in exchange for payment. I am trying to refi my home loan and a brand new collection for the exact same amount is now on my credit report from a different company. They wo n't send me any proof of the bill. I believe its because its a duplicate bill that has already been paid. I 've attempted to have this removed already with the company and the credit bureaus.
