Consumer Complaint: I am writing as a victim of the XX/XX/XXXX XXXX security breach. I have been attempting to validate suspicious activity on my credit report since the breach in which my contact and personal info were leaked. In the process of doing this, I submitted two requests for debt validation ( first on XX/XX/XXXX and second on XX/XX/XXXX ) to IC SYSTEMS INC and requested they only contact me by mail. The only response provided from the debt buyer is an invoice sent on XX/XX/XXXX, they have been unable to provide me with the original contract, account history and other documents requested. Furthermore after speaking with the original creditor, it was brought to my attention this debt has been misrepresented. The account was originally closed with the original creditor verbally on XX/XX/XXXX due to the sale then eventual death of the pet seen by XXXX XXXX XXXX. In violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the collection agency has added charges and fees to the account and is falsely reporting new account activity such as payment delinquency. Also, in respect to Section 623 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, furnishers must note delinquency within 90 days, list the same date of delinquency as the original creditor and notify consumers of negative listings within 30 days of reporting. All of these statues have been violated by IC SYSTEMS INC regarding this account. I have submitted this complaint in attempts to have this debt verified and this account investigated.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed an amount with XXXX XXXX in XXXX. They refused and said they would ruin my credit. They then put the amount they said I owed {$82.00} on my credit as unpaid debt. As of XXXX XXXX, a debt collection agency added this debt to my credit as a new debt and has claimed it as late for the last year. This was an old debt, added onto my credit as a new delinquent debt. I found it on XXXX, due to an app I have, and suspect it is also with the other two credit bureaus, but have not paid to receive a copy of those reports yet. This is underhanded ... adding this debt as a new delinquency. I contacted XXXX and disputed the debt and as of XXXX Experian has removed it from my credit report. Information is as follows : XXXX Report number : XXXX Account Number : XXXX Company : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am submitting a complaint, firstly here, then to the BBB, after this I will be seeking more aggressive routes as this is criminal in my mind, in order to hopefully get some kind of relief from the damage this company I C SYSTEMS has done to my credit. I have asked many times to verify the debt of {$1100.00} as well as show the contract that I have signed with them and not any other company. Without any proof sent to me. They have changed the dates on the debt. They have repeatedly reported it as new debt in my reports and I have watched my score drop at least 11 points each time that have done this. Most recently they didn't even wait a week before slamming me with this tactic twice. Which I will send proof of with this complaint. This damage will take me years to fix. I believe this is an illegal practice and not the least of which immoral. I don't know this debt. I will NOT pay this debt. I will not give any money to anyone that is trying to strong arm me. I have lost way more in time spent trying to repair my credit and interest rates due directly to their actions. This has been going on far to long.

Consumer Complaint: I never had XXXX XXXX or XXXX ; the creditor who claims I owe {$460.00} and have reported to my credit as a collection. I disputed with credit bureaus in XX/XX/2017 and the result came back verified as accurate. Please help remove these items from my credit report. I don't know how the result came back verified-accurate being that I have never had any service with the creditor.

Consumer Complaint: My credit report is showing I owe, two separate balances, to XXXX XXXX XXXX. The two amounts showing owed are for {$510.00} and {$630.00}. At the time of receiving medical attention, in XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX, I was under the impression that my insurance would be covering 100 % of my medical expenses. At the time of my visit, I was informed by XXXX XXXX, that my insurance was accepted and I did not need to come out of pocket for any expenses. I am just now, in XX/XX/XXXX, becoming aware of my insurance not being accepted by XXXX. Shortly after my visit to XXXX, I went through a divorce, became unemployed and relocated out of state. I recently looked into repairing my credit and became aware of these accounts. When I contacted XXXX, I was told that these accounts were too old for me to dispute. I was never even notified of the debt, nor given information about being able to dispute the debt. I also requested to apply for financial assistance, but was denied. These accounts have reached the statute of limitations in the state of Utah.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX, never called or sent me any bills. My husband recalls that he received 2 calls from a very unclear voice, sounded like an overseas scam. no will even attempt to talk to such phone call. Several weeks later, I saw this {$750.00} on my credit report. Not sure what is it for. This is not how you get the invoice paid. If I owe you money, send me a detailed bill. For the medical bill, there needs to be a collaboration with the insurance and the doctor office. Here is the info on my report XXXX XXXX XXXX
