Consumer Complaint: Back in the mont of XXXX I received a collection letter from I.C. System giving me 30 days to respond or they would assume that the debt was mine. Prior to them sending me that letter I had no recollection of said account. I wrote to them within the time frame advising this debt was not a debt made by me. I will enclose a copy of the signed certified mail with receipt by the one of the company 's responsible parties. After receiving my written response to the collection letter they still insisted on putting this debt on my credit report, it appeared on my credit report this month on XX/XX/2018. Today I called and when the caller got on the phone she advised me that the call would be monitored, I advised her I was recording my call as well she said that she was not cool with it and she hung up. I called back and got XXXX XXXX on the phone and advised her of the same thing, and she said that she was fine with that so we continued the conversation. I asked her why after I had written contact with them did they still after only 6 days put that derogatory account on my credit reports? She stated she didn't have anything showing that I had written in and I advised her that I had a copy of someone's signature. She then said that their company didn't have any original documentation of proof in their office I would have to contact XXXX directly. I then asked her after receiving the letter why didn't you guys put a temporary hold on this account before just rushing to send it over to the credit bureau. She then stated once more that there was no contact made by me or a letter sent. She started being very rude and told me they don't handle disputes they don't verify information that is all something that the original creditor does. I asked her well if you guys can't verify it then why just put it on someone's credit file. She told me " Look, as I told you before you don't need to be calling my company what you need to be doing is calling XXXX '' We are not the ones that you need to speaking to, you need to be speaking to them and then she hung up. I also contacted XXXX and they told me that I needed to know some password, which I don't know because I didn't make the account. after talking with her she just directed me to contact the collection agency.

Consumer Complaint: We have XXXX in our home. When they installed it, it did not work right. We kept having connectivity issues. We contacted them several times. They checked things on their end, but took their time correcting it. During that time, we told them we want the service, but it has to work right. They understood, and eventually got someone out to our home to confirm that they aligned the dish " wrong '' and that was the cause of all of our months of issues. Now, we are applying for a new home loan, and this comes up! We did not know it went to collections as well. This is totally WRONG. XXXX admitted their installation error ( " ... it was a Level 1 Technician ... '' ), and waived the equipment charge. They also admitted that they shouldn't have billed us for this in light of the issues at hand. NOW I have learned that IC System Inc XXXX Collection XX/XX/2016 {$220.00} is related to the XXXX error. Our bills are paid up. This collection reference is bogus, and should be immediately removed. XXXX will confirm we are paid as agreed.

Consumer Complaint: I received 3 return packets from XXXX. I opened one ans saw they were phone return packets. I found XXXX 's fraud reporting phone number and tried to contact them, but only recieved automated messages. ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I went to XXXX store at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and tol ; d them of this fraudulent activity and asked to check the name as spelt on the nvelope " XXXX XXXX '', note not same as my name. They could not find anything, and said they could take any fraud discovery or fraud report information. ( Saturday XX/XX/XXXX ) So I mailed back these packets with notes on Fraud activity. I checked the Fraud website on XXXX, and noticed it was too complicated, and asking me to reveal lots of personal information. While in the meantime I am not able to reach any human at XXXX. The web reports on Fraudulent department at XXXX were also bad. On XX/XX/XXXX I receive a call from collections ( IC Systems : XXXX ). I told them the story and asked them to record all the actions I had taken on this and why I had not received any response from XXXX, nor did anyone try to reach me. The IC Sytems instead treatened me that if I dont fill up XXXX 's farudulent report on the website, I will be in trouble. At which IO got angry, since I recollected that his website asked for too much information. And there was no way to reach nay human and talk on this issue at XXXX. Their web reviews were also extremely bad.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2017, I switched phone companies from XXXX to XXXX. XXXX has a switcher or buyback program where they will buy you out the phone up to a certain amount. I spoke with a representative from XXXX at XXXX XXXX as to how long it will take to pay the whole bill off before it reflects on my credit and she told me 6 months. When I was doing the switch for my wife & I, we have to give XXXX both phones, which we did, in order for the switcher program to proceed. They sent one box to my house and as instructed by XXXX ( a worker at the XXXX store ), I put both phones in the box then a week later a second box was received. Up to this day, I've been still trying to resolve receiving credit for the second phone that was traded in and because of that, XXXX has still not paid for the second phone from XXXX. XXXX, in 2 months, sent the bill to a debt collector where I tried to dispute it and they were rude and told me it would affect my credit badly if i didn't pay it and when I do pay it, it would come off my credit ( which i found not to be true anyways ).

Consumer Complaint: Called IC Systems and spoke to XXXX XXXX. Explained that a debt had been reported to my credit bureau incorrectly.I explained I wanted the debt removed from my credit bureau due to me not being responsible for this debt. He told me he could not remove it, he said his client XXXX XXXX is who he is collecting on behalf of. He advised the only way to remove a debt was for the debt to be XXXX XXXX out. Said he would send his client a letter to validate who the responsible party was for this debt, but could not remove any information until he heard back. When asked how long before I would hear back, he explained he didn't know. Then told me to call them back in a couple of weeks if I didn't hear from them or if I hadn't received any correspondence from their client, who was the original creditor. I asked why i had to wait, since I was not the one that owed them any money. He didn't know.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX my cell phone provider about a second line that I was being charged for that was no longer activated and had not been activated. And had not been activated for over 2 years. The rep put me on hold and spoke to a supervisor and put a credit of 200+ on my account for fees paid for that line. A couple weeks later I got a notice of a balance of 280+ dollars. My account had one line at that point and the bill should not have been more than 70 dollars. I called XX/XX/XXXX and was told the credit was reversed. I got irate and threatened to call an attorney I explained it is not legal to give a credit that was approved th en decide to change your mind and demanded the credit be re applied. After a long hold the credit was reapplied and I was told to pay XXXX. My bill cycle started on XX/XX/XXXX I left XXXX due to thi s type of under handed nonsense on XX/XX/XXXX. So I should have been billed for 11 days of service. XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to 2 reps at XXXX XXXX in customer service named XXXX who was able to verify that he sees where the credit was issued but could not adjust it because the account was no longer active. Active or not XXXX is trying to bill me for 85 to 95 dollars that I don't owe them and I will not pay until it is corrected
