Consumer Complaint: I am always CHECKING for TOTAL COMPLIANT & CERTIFIED COMPLIANT REPORTING that gives testimonial and irrefutable PROOF of the undeniable TRUTH, correctness, completion, timeliness, ownership of, responsibility of, and compliance and or else wise for any and all items accused, even any and all aspects of allegations. Per Federal reporting regulations and the MANDATED COMPLIANT Metro 2 format reporting standards of practice any and all items of adversary or derogatory nature must be certified as entirely true, accurate, complete, timely, of documented ownership, of undoubted responsibility, and documented testimonial certificate of compliance marking undeniable lawful standing of claim ( s ). Per law, any deficient of substantial and evident matters of fact ( s ) would be unethically reported and even illegally reported. My state and the federal laws alike agree that neither willful nor ignorant disregard is acceptable, so I demand here today, even RIGHT NOW, that the allegation in challenge be eradicated in full or else wise demonstrated in it's entirety to be compliant in every aspect of it's reporting. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my credit report and noticed an account in collection which was not mine in the amount of {$1000.00}. The company " XXXX XXXX '' which turned out to be a collection agency representing XXXX. I filled out a police report for Identity Theft, I filled out an identity theft report with the FCC, and I filled out a Identity Theft Affidavit. I sent these items to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX XXXX and XXXX removed to delinquent information from the credit report. Then In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX hired IC system another collection agency to collect another dept of {$1500.00} which turned out to be the same fraudulent Identity theft account which was disputed back in XX/XX/XXXX. The increased amount are fees attached onto the first dispute of {$1000.00}. I have filled out another Identity Theft Packet and sent all supporting documentations to prove that the account does not belong to me. XXXX is still not cooperating with clearing the information from my credit report. The damage is that I can not refinance my mortgage to a 15 year loan until the information is removed. I feel the XXXX is being malicious because they new back in XX/XX/XXXX that this was Identify theft but they continue to file bogus debts on my Credit report. I need to get this resolved. I am the victim being victimized.

Consumer Complaint: I called this creditor in attempt to come to a settlement for this debt and they said they have no records of me ever having an account with them. They looked up the debt owed under my name, my address, social security number, and birthday and found no record of the account belonging to me. I was told by the agent to dispute so it could be taken off of my credit report which I did but the debt is still on my account. The debt owed does not belong to me.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from IC System dated XXXX demanding payment of {$100.00} for a debt owed to a company called XXXX. The account number they assigned is XXXX and the IC XXXX number is XXXX. I have attempted to contact IC System by phone but the number provided in the letter goes to a vacant voicemail trunk and there is no other phone number provided. I was a stay-at-home mom when my children were small. They are adults now and I have not had children of daycare age for quite some time. Additionally, I have never had an affiliation with XXXX and do not owe money to them. This has not curbed IC System from attempting to collect on this " debt '' that I do not owe anyway. What further steps do I need to take to prevent this from hitting my credit report? I have a 800+ credit score and the last thing I need is some scam artist dragging that down. Any help you could provide is greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I visited an in-network physician and paid my normal co-pay of {$50.00}. My insurance provider payed all remaining balances. IC Systems has been harassing me to pay {$720.00} to the physician claiming that payment has never been paid. A collection has been added to my report as of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called IC Systems with my insurance agent who stated that the amount was paid by them 100 % and I should have not been billed. IC Systems representative stated that this will be removed and send over a letter stating the removal. On XX/XX/XXXX, I have received a phone call from IC Systems stated that I still owed and no remarks were added to the account and I would never receive a letter stating that the collection has been lifted.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/18 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Fl XXXX I C System To whom it may concern : I am in receipt of your companies letter informing me you are handling the collection of the account mentioned above. However, after reviewing my records I am unable to find any original contract documentations of any contractual relationship between I C System and myself which makes you a person in title to enforce a commercial claim against me. This letter is not a request for verification or validation. This is a request for proof of original contract to substantiate your claim. Provide me with a certified copy of anoriginal contract with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. Certification can be done through the presence ofa notary public who doolie swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question. Failure to respond and provide strict proof of original contract will constitute your tactic agreement that you name of president and name of company are not entitled to force a claim againstme. In the event you continue your collection without any proof of the original contract, i will file a complaint with The Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission and File a police report against you for harassment and invasion of privacy. You have 72 hours to provide strict proof of an original contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of the original contract you must cease, dismissed, permanently remove any collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reporting to the consumer reporting agency. If you transfer this account to an attorney orsell it to another Creditor without providing proof of the originalcontract, it will be immediately reported to the state bar association and professional liability found for code of ethics violations.
