Consumer Complaint: Hi, I am currently working on my credit report. At first I noticed system 's collecting for XXXX XXXX XXXX on my report. I was not aware of any such account. I asked for more information and disputed the account. It was not investigated. Decided to research the only account I've had with XXXX XXXX XXXX and soon realized it was an old XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX. That account was closed was to be cutoffXX/XX/XXXX when I purchased my new home. We bought a XXXX. They were suppose to send boxes for Equipment before we moved but NEVER did. I spoke to them several times. I recall this very well. We brought equipment to our new home, XXXX was sending boxes AGAIN. This time, they were sent to old Addr. I wasted more time tracking boxes only to find them wet outside old rental property. I asked them where to drop equipment? I was instructed to drop off in XXXX, Tx, That is what did. They apologized, said : " I would be issued credits. '' PAID {$95.00} and closed this account. I DO NOT OWE this debt and it is marked " D '' on my credit report. I am a single mom working very hard to be a good example. Please look into this. Thank you for all your time. SB

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to I C System INC. in regards to a collection they have placed on my credit report for a XXXX XXXX debt. That debt was settled with the previous collection agency ( XXXX XXXX ) whom owned that debt at the time.I spoke with XXXX XXXX w/ I C System INC. and explained that in XX/XX/XXXX that debt was settled and considered paid in full and was to be removed from my credit report in which it was and this needs to be removed from my credit report and closed. He stated that I needed to take this matter up with XXXX XXXX because if I settled with them it would not have been placed for collection now so I must have defaulted on my agreement. I explained I did not and this needs to be removed but he stated there was nothing he could do.

Consumer Complaint: I have had this account removed over 3 times within the last year. XXXX keeps selling this account to different collection agencies. Once one remove it they sell it to another company. This is not my bill and I will not be paying it. I know its against the law to keep putting this on my reports then changing the dates that this account was open. They are reporting that this account was opened XX/XX/2018 and never paid. I have has XXXX XXXX for years and it can be proved.

Consumer Complaint: I recently discovered that I C System Inc has been reporting an outstanding XXXX debt ( XXXX XXXX Hospital ) to my credit since XX/XX/2015. I do not owe this. I don't know how XXXX determined anything was owed to them since payment was made at the time services were rendered. It's not like my XXXX can walk in on his own and have services billed to me. I have attempted to dispute this debt to both IC System and the XXXX XXXX office, to no avail. I have asked for proof of this debt and received no response. IC System simply keeps verifying it as accurate without ever actually telling me how.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from I C System debt collection agency dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that their office is increasing the balance owed on a delinquent account due to additional charges being incurred. The original balance was {$66.00} and I C System added {$520.00}. I C System is now trying to collect over 8 times the original amount of the debt from me. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a postal money order ( serial number ) XXXX for {$66.00} to pay my co-pay to the original creditor. My job insurance paid the rest of the entire bill already. I don't owe any more money. This company is falsely stating and misrepresenting the amount that I paid. They sent me another bill for {$66.00} and added another bill for {$520.00}. They are trying to collect twice. This bill was already paid. Please help, this is unfair business practices. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX grandmother was being charged for an XXXX XXXX XXXX bundle that included TV, Internet service and telephone. She was sold a bundle of services she did not need, such as cable and internet service. She did not have internet capabilities, nor did she have a TV. She was sent to a retirement home in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted and all the services, except for home telephone was cancelled .Many calls were placed to XXXX XXXX XXXX for help with XXXX XXXX bill. After many calls, and weeks of trying to get someone to help with our questions on her charges, the service agents were not able to look up her bill, or explain why she was being billed for services she did not use, I finally asked for a supervisor in the XXXX side of XXXX XXXX XXXX, to look up how much internet service had been utilized in the previous months. XXXX had not utilized internet service at all. The supervisor assured me her bill would be credited for any unused services. It was agreed to keep the home telephone service activated, and the remaining bundle would be cancelled. However, not only was it not credited as promised, a new contract was not sent nor was one signed for just the home telephone service. After a month, we elected to cancel the service completely. After canceling the service, XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to deduct the payment directly from her checking account. I notified XXXX 's bank of the the charges from XXXX XXXX XXXX, and requested the bank to not allow XXXX XXXX XXXX to deduct fees from her bank account. Additional charges after I cancelled the service bundle were then disputed. ( which was the end of XX/XX/XXXX ). XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to try and deduct the amount from her bank account, and after many unsuccessful attempts, XXXX XXXX XXXX started sending collection notices and balances that should have been credited. Additionally, It was researched and determined by her bank on XX/XX/XXXX, ( XXXX ) that she did not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX any remaining balance, and her account was credited for {$340.00}. A letter was also sent from XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX with a complete explanation of findings. This was on XX/XX/XXXX. Copies of the bills from XXXX XXXX XXXX were sent to XXXX, but the XXXX XXXX XXXX bills were so confusing it was obvious they could not prove where there were credits made to her account after the services were cancelled. Within that time frame, after her bank disputed the charges, I personally spoke to over a dozen people at XXXX XXXX XXXX trying to get a final bill to pay. The copies of the bills that were sent were so confusing with credits and debits. I was transferred over and over, and waited for hours on hold just to get a final bill to pay. XXXX XXXX XXXX kept sending out overdue statements, and every single statement was different from the last. At the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX turned the overdue balance over to a collection agency. The collection agency has been calling and harassing my XXXX XXXX XXXX grandmother, who has XXXX, at the facility she is at, and asking for payment. The bill is now well over {$900.00}. for some reason. I will contact the collection agency again today, and ask them to cease contact. Additionally, I have copies of letters from the bank if needed. Consumer Complaint: I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from IC System demanding a debt in the amount of {$60.00} on behalf of a doctor 's office. On XX/XX/XXXX, I responded in writing and provided information ( credit card payment approval/confirmation code and date payment was made ) which may prove the debt to be invalid. I further requested verification of the debt, such as date of service and type of service. Before the end of XX/XX/XXXX, I called their office to provide the information verbally and to request verification of the debt. I was told that that the account is scheduled to be reported to the credit bureau in XX/XX/XXXX ( a specific date was not provided ). The lady I spoke to advised that the creditor will be informed of my dispute and no action will be taken until such time after the debt is verify. Since I have received no response, a later dated XX/XX/XXXX was sent certified mail to reiterate my conversation with their staff and my dispute. On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from my credit monitoring service, that IC System reported the debt to the credit bureau on Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called IC System. The gentleman I spoke to said that the system shows the account as being on hold due to a dispute and he is not sure what happened or why it was reported to the credit bureau. IC System has violated my rights under the Fair Debt Act, by failing to investigate and to provide verification of the debt.

Consumer Complaint: I pulled my XXXX credit report and noticed they have 3 variations of my name and 2 of them are spelled incorrectly. I sent a letter to have them update my information to show my correct name and address and to remove all other variations. I received a response to go track down whoever is reporting these incorrect names & addresses. As a credit reporting agency they are suppose to validate that the information they are reporting is correct. If they are allowing someone to report on my credit report an incorrect name and address they are putting me at risk for identity fraud. The other credit reporting companies had no problem updating my information and removing all others. I am not going to chase down 2 companies to find out who is reporting my information incorrectly. If they are receiving information for my credit file that does not have my correct information than that is not my debt. It is their responsibility to make sure its correct. They should be updating my information to reflect what is true and correct so I can not be liable for a debt that is not mine, so I am protected from identity theft. As a credit reporting agency it is their duty to validate and make sure the information they are receiving is valid, verified, and make sure that it belongs to me. Not just take anyone 's word and post whatever someone reports to them. I want all my information updated, corrected and all other variations removed. They are putting me at risk, they are hurting me and my credit report, they are allowing things to be reported that may not be mine if its not my information. I have one name given at birth, I have one birth date, I have one address that is deliverable by the United States Postal Service. Please help me to get this fixed.
