Consumer Complaint: i recently noticed on my credit report a debt collection. This collection is for {$78.00} and was added to my credit report on XX/XX/2018 from IC System. A collection company I have never heard of. This reporting is inaccurate and laws have been broken. Now we all know that collection companies buy debt and do such illegally. Also, we know collection companies will call, harass and threaten consumers to get money they paid another company for your debt. Also, even though a collection company buys debt, the consumer can still pay a debt to the original company. However, this company that added this supposed debt did not follow the law. According to law, you must first contact the consumer and make them aware of any debt to that is owed and be sure a debt is even owed, then you must send something in writing and give the consumer time to agree and make arrangements. Furthermore, this company failed all aspects. I know nothing on this debt, was never contacted by any means and I have not signed any legal document in regards to this company. I have contacted my local postal carrier and it shows nothing from this company. Now I have contacted my local attorney general office and family attorney on this matter.

Consumer Complaint: Looked at my credit report today XXXX-2018 noticed a collection from I C System appeared, it states a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke to someone previously about a week in a half ago because the letter was dated XXXX-2018 and it was delivered upon the time I called a week in a half ago, I told the rep the problem that apparently the company is sending mail to the address where the account was created and the mail was forwarded to the address I currently live, I stated I have no knowledge of the situation the representative stated the company would look into the situation further and put it in dispute status and validation would be sent, it was never stated upon the company after the conversation that within a week look for it to appear on your credit reports I called today spoke to Employee # XXXX name XXXX XXXX not sure if this is accurate but this is what he stated his name was and absolutely no help he pretty much was blunt about me paying and no validation was needed, not sure if this is the practice but it was absolutely not right to feel this way for something I have no knowledge about. All I ask the company is to remove the information from all my credit reports until the investigation is done.

Consumer Complaint: i was told by so XXXX XXXX that collection activity would start 60 days after the date of the final bill which was XX/XX/XXXX -- barely a week later I was contacted by ic systems who started by asking personal verification questions .. I acknowledge i am XXXX and asked more than once who she was and what her call was in reference to she continued to sate it was a personal confidential matter and asked for more verification questions I told her I was in public and would not spout off persona info. I asked her again for the company info and stated I would block the number form calling me if she did not answer my questions she did not so I hung up in her face. In an age of fraud and identity theft and phone scams I doubted this was even a legitimate call until I called back in. I do not wish this company to contact via phone at all .. not at all until the time frame specified by the gas company

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems in XXXX XXXX, MN has continued to call my business phone for 4 years. The company asks for a XXXX and I have repeatedly told them there is no XXXX here. Several time I tried to explain and the caller would hang or say my number will be removed. But it has not. My most recent call was today XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. I spoke with manager XXXX XXXX. She claimed she will remove my number but I do not believe her. This is my business and IC System calling prevents my clients and potential clients from getting in contact with me. Its harassment and its causing my business to suffer.

I have disputed this item before and had it taken off my credit report once. This is the second time they have submitted that I owe them. My attempt to reach out to the company failed they did not answer the phone. ( XXXX ) I have disputed with XXXX and this time they have verified this as accurate so it is still showing on my credit. Consumer Complaint: I had my vehicle stolen in XX/XX/XXXX that was recovered by the XXXX XXXX Police department approximately 10 days later. My vehicle had been towed to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX yard to recover my vehicle I was devastated to see that the tires were missing, the seats were gone, the glove box and interior was stripped and all my personal belongings in the car were gone. I advised the rep working for the tow yard that I had no interest in the vehicle at this point as the accumulated tow fees exceeded the value of the vehicle at this point in time and was releasing myself of any and all liability on the vehicle and that the paperwork on vehicle was in the vehicle which they would not allow me to retrieve. The rep stated that was fine if that's what I decided to do. The only notification I ever received from the XXXX XXXX XXXX company was the notice of auction. A few months later I received a collection notice from IC Systems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX indicating that they were attempting to collect a debt for XXXX XXXX XXXX company in the amount of {$2700.00}. I spoke to XXXX employee ID XXXX at IC Systems on XX/XX/XXXX and filed a dispute since I had never received any type of billing notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was advised that a billing statement would be requested and sent out to me which to this date I have never received. I spoke to Mr. XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was advised that he would escalate the request to his Manager to have a billing statement sent out to me which I have not received. I spoke to XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX whom was very rude she indicated that the vehicle sold at auction and I am responsible for the towing and storage fees on this vehicle. I wanted to know why wasn't a bill ever sent out to me and she stated that one was sent but would not verify the address or date it was sent. Consumer Complaint: I have a collections on my report from IC SYSTEMS. This collection has been paid in full and IC SYSTEMS SAID they would contact the bureaus XXXX and XXXX and have it deleted. It has not been deleted. I know it does not take 30-60 days to submit this request. Because it didnt take that long to put it on my report. I want this remove immediately. It is messing up my credit file.
