Consumer Complaint: I wrote a certified letter to I C system asking them to validate the debt with an original contract, with my signature, specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. Certification can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original contract in question. I haven't had XXXX XXXX in the past 10 years. This company is engaging in re aging debt that has been lawfully removed from my credit due to statutes of limitation. The letter was returned to sender.

According to the information submitted by IC Systems on my credit report the account was opened in XX/XX/2018. This information is false. Additionally the amount due of {$370.00} that was placed on the credit reported is not valid. Both The Fair Debt Collection Act and The Fair Credit Reporting Act was violated.by inaccurately reporting that I owe IC System and XXXX XXXX {$370.00} without giving me ( 30 ) thirty days to dispute the validity of the debt allowed by law.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems has listed a collections account at all three credit bureaus. The account has been closed since XX/XX/2014 and all receipts are included in this document. IC systems requested my payment receipts. I provide all receipts of the balance being paid in XX/XX/2014. IC Systems refuses to remove this negative collection account from each credit bureaus and offering a settlement of {$100.00} to remove the debt. I told IC Systems that I don't owe them anything and refused to settle with them. They told me that the debt will remain until I pay the settlement. Please investigate and have IC Systems to remove this from my accounts.

I now received notice from another collection agency ICSystems Acct # XXXX for the same debt and amount. this account was file as a identity theft claim. report was made regarding my identity with the Federal Trade Commission report # XXXX and police reports was made with my local police department for victim deceptive practices. XXXX is threatening my financial future as well as IC Systems. to attempt to collect a debt twice regardless of the fact reports was made for identity theft is unfair and breaks multiple rule according to The Fair Credit Reporting Act.
