Consumer Complaint: The collection company is I C SYSTEM INC. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX. I had an outstanding bill of {$440.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. I paid this amount inside a XXXX XXXX store on XX/XX/XXXX in order to get my service at XXXX XXXX started again. This company is trying to collect a debt that has already been paid to the original creditor. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me that I don't owe them anything. I called this company to let them know that they need to contact XXXX XXXX but they kept on with their collection and did not contact XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX would not have opened up my account again I'd I had not paid.

Consumer Complaint: I would like to file a complaint against I C System Inc for not complying with the FDCPA, which requires that they notify me of a debt via mail. I did not receive notification of debt by mail or telephone. I was notified by XXXX credit agency that I have a collection account that drastically dropped my credit score. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX, I received an alert from XXXX that a change occurred on my credit report. I logged onto the XXXX site and noticed my credit score dropped 30 points due to a collection file submitted by I C System Inc, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX. The amount is {$360.00}, and the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called I C System Inc at XXXX XXXX and spoke with debt collector XXXX XXXX. Our call lasted 9 minutes. Mr. XXXX asked me to verify my address at the beginning of the call. I gave him my current address, which I have lived at since XX/XX/XXXX. Mr. XXXX asked me to verify my previous address, I gave him the previous address I resided at for 3 years prior to moving to my current address. Mr. XXXX asked if I ever had a PO BOX , and I replied, " No ''. I repeated my previous address again. Mr. XXXX asked me again if I ever had a PO BOX address. I told Mr. XXXX I have never had a PO BOX in the state of Georgia. ( I have lived in the state of Georgia for 5 years ). Mr. XXXX asked me to repeat my current address and asked if the number I was calling from was a good number to contact me. I told Mr. XXXX bill was invalid and should have been covered by my previous health insurance company. Mr. XXXX told me debt was for date of service XX/XX/XXXX, and my statute of limitation has run out to get my insurance company to cover it. Mr. XXXX said he has been in this business for a long time and was certain I was too late to submit to my previous insurance company. Mr. XXXX asked me to allow 30 days for him to receive an initial bill from the creditor that I could submit to my insurance company. He also suggested I contact creditor directly. I disputed item with XXXX, and I C System reported the item as being correct. I was not given the opportunity to address this debt and get it resolved once it was sent to their office. Mr. XXXX confirmed on their recorded line that they had a PO BOX address for me. I am certain that the USPS would have returned invalid mail to their office.

Consumer Complaint: I received an alert to credit report to discover a collection agency by the name of ICU Systems listing a debt for {$110.00}. I am extremely upset. I never received anything from this letter, just a shocker to see it listed on my credit report. I tried to resolve this with XXXX XXXX XXXX. My issue was that XXXX XXXX XXXX was charging me for services in which I did not have with them. I tried to produce the documents showing that I was receiving service with XXXX during the time XXXX XXXX XXXX was billing me. XXXX made an error and instead of porting the phone number, they assigned me another phone number for my landline service and internet. So, I did not have XXXX XXXX XXXX during the period in which they were charging, therefore not owing XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am asking this company to remove this debt from my credit report. It is not a valid debt, nor did I have the opportunity to speak with this company before seeing this debt posted on my credit report to inform them of the situation.

Consumer Complaint: I was notified of a debt by IC Systems and contacted them XXXX of XXXX. I did not have the full balance owed of XXXX, but I was able to set up a payment plan where they would withdraw {$100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and withdraw {$50.00} every month on the XXXX for 8 months, and then pay the remaining balance of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I also inquired about making additional payments to lower the final payment which they told my I needed to call in to do so. Additionally, I was told that as long as a did the payment plan and had it paid off by XX/XX/XXXX they would not report it as a collections account to the credit bureaus. I made two additional payments : on XX/XX/XXXX for {$50.00} and XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX. This brought my final payment to {$200.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Both times, I called to make the additional payments I confirmed that the final payment set up on XX/XX/XXXX would pay off the loan. Both times, the representative told me it would. The final payment of {$200.00} was paid successfully on XX/XX/XXXX. The account was paid in full. However, on XX/XX/XXXX I received a credit monitoring alert on my phone. When I checked my credit report, it showed a new collections account from ICS was added on XX/XX/XXXX. I pulled up my IC Systems account on XX/XX/XXXX and it showed I still had a balance of XXXX. This is completely inaccurate. I attempted to contact IC Systems and I was unable to reach a person. The phone would ring. It would say no one is available and ask if I wanted to leave a voicemail. When I attempted to leave a voicemail it said the box was full and hung up. This is horrible debit collection practices and I expect this to be resolved immediately. I paid the account in full and should not have to go through this mess.
