Consumer Complaint: I have received collection attempts from IC System, a collection agency that now represents XXXX on a mobile phone account. I filed a previous complaint against XXXX disputing the balance. I have filed a complaint with XXXX and IC System both disputing the balance. I have paid all monies I feel are legitimate charges and the balance of {$540.00} are international data overages that I was charged in error and have disputed these charges since they first appeared on my bill. Please see my original complaint below. I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX in regards to my mobile device account. I have been a good customer of XXXX until recently when I went outside the country. I was charged over {$1000.00} in international data overages after their communication with me explicitly stated that there was no charge for international data, only voice. After receiving my next bill, I called customer service for assistance. My calls were put on endless holds, continuously transferred to one person after another where I would have to repeat the reason for my call and these calls went on for hours. After over 2 months of these attempts for resolution, I finally closed the account. I have made payments on the account and tried one last time today to call for resolution, only to have the same experience. I was transferred more than 3 times, repeated myself more than I should and was on the phone for more than an hour.

Consumer Complaint: I received a call from IC Systems regarding a account last week. Was told they just received a account opened in my maiden name in which I havent used in over 22 years. Also the rep couldnt provide any information. I requested validation ( a wet signature ) of the contract. Told him it wasnt mine & I need more information. Was told they just received the account 7 days ago. However I received no letter, 3 calls in the same day after I requested No calls. And the account should still be in the validation period collector requesting payment. Huge FDCPA violation. I recorded the calls as well. This is Not my account and was not opened by me

Consumer Complaint: I submitted this complaint back on XX/XX/2018 complaint # XXXX Which was a follow up complaint. XXXX wrote back that they fixed the debt and released it from collections. They have done this twice. The account was transferred to the FTC and upon calling today is an additional dispute case open XXXX. Back in XX/XX/2018, After a lengthy numerous phone calls, XXXX promised that I would not have to pay a termination fee as we discussed with the representative since I was in a car accident and wanted to cancel service. That termination fee keeps popping up as a debt owed. It is not. They have relieved and resubmitted this debt many times, its frustrating. The last we spoke I cancelled out the account at XXXX. Now I have frivolous charges and predatory collection companies placing derogatory remarks on my credit, a violation of the fair credit reporting act. IC Systems has never had a contract with me and Is reporting the debt as owed, when XXXX relieved it long ago. IC systems is in violation of the fair credit reporting act and also has no fair way of communication when I call in. Predatory company seeking financial gain from innocent consumers.

Consumer Complaint: I C Systems has engaged in harassment by continuously reporting the same debt to at least the credit bureau, XXXX. The debt was reported four times in less than 30 days. This was an effort to pressure me into paying them and obliterate any creditworthiness I may have had. The debt is in the amount of {$9800.00} ; the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX. By repeatedly reporting the debt back to back my credit rating was destroyed. This tactic was intentional and deliberate. The debt was reported on XX/XX/2019, XX/XX/2019, XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019. It is common knowledge among debt collectors that if a consumer disputes a debt this too may also lower their credit score. I C System Inc. abused the credit reporting system by not only using XXXX reporting to harass me, but also continuously report the debt in hopes I would dispute the debt as well. Since I received notification of the derogatory entry on my credit report, I have not claimed ownership of this debt ; however I C System continued to practice unethical debt collection practices via credit bureau reporting ( harassment ). Prior to the debt appearing on my credit report, I never received any notifications from either the debt collector or the original debtor so that I could dispute the debt.
