Consumer Complaint: Was contacted by representative from I C Systems on XX/XX/19 claiming to be a representative from XXXX XXXX XXXX. She never mentioned her actual companys name but claimed that I owed {$87.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX and that once I paid the {$87.00}, the account would be settled and not reported to the credit bureaus. I paid the fees and assumed the account was closed. Two days later I was alerted by XXXX XXXX that the account was reported to the bureaus as delinquent and that I owed {$240.00}. I immediately disputed the negative item on my reports, disputed the {$87.00} payment with my bank as a scam and filed a report with the consumer finance agency. I C systems uses deceptive practices and fraudulent misrepresentation to convince consumers to make payments on accounts to prevent negative credit impacts. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY.

Consumer Complaint: I. C. System, Inc. called a number, asked if I was XXXX XXXX. Asked if I receive mail at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX CO, I said yes. I could be anyone. They read me a " mini-miranda '' and proceeded to reveal personal information about the debtor to the caller about my private and confidential business matter with XXXX. At no point during the call did I.C. System attempt to get me to identify myself with the last 4 of my social security number, my address etc. They only asked if I was " so-and-so '' and if my address was " so-and-so '' and proceeded to release my personal information to a random party. This is a vulgar violation of the FDCPA.

Consumer Complaint: I didn't owe that when I closed my account with XXXX. I was told when I closed my account my balance was clear due to complaints about XXXX. I didn't have the service that was in my contract and I closed my insurance because they never helped me with anything. That is why I closed my account and went to another carrier. They kept calling and I kept telling them, they would tell me I would not get another call but, again over and over I would. Then they sent it to collections which I am very upset regarding that. I have been paying my bills to get my credit in good standings and they lied. I want it off my report now.

Consumer Complaint: IC Systems-XXXX - Is reporting on my credit for a debt we do not owe. We are on a hardship/financial assistance program with the hospital and ALL my medical debts are included in that. You guys keep putting new collections on my credit report and the hospital has already told me they pulled them back. So I don't know why they keep doing this but I am tired of continuously fighting this with them. You are in clear violation, especially because we contact you every single time you post it on credit .... because, mind you, you never send a notice for me to dispute it, which is also a violation. But I contact them and fight with them every time and the hospital retracts the bills. I have this all worked out with the hospital and this needs to be deleted and they need to stop putting these on my credit! I am contacting my friend XXXX who is the Assistant Attorney General and I am filing complaints with them also.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, my credit card was canceled due to fraud. The representative from Visa asked me if I had just rented a car, which I had not. He said whoever made that charge had all of my information so he needed to cancel my card and send me a new card. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert from XXXX XXXX about a negative account under my name. I looked at the account, and it was a collections account under I C System Inc. the original creditor showed up as XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in the amount of {$90.00}. XXXX Conducted an investigation, and removed this collections account from my credit report. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding this debt. Saying that they were hired by XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect a debt of {$90.00}. This was the first letter of any kind that I had received regarding this debt. It was sent to my previous address in which I have not resided in since XX/XX/XXXX. I answered to this letter within the 30 day period stated. I explained my situation and requested more information about this debt and requested proof that this debt is mine. I received a letter back from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in which it stated that my request for debt validation was received, was documented, and was forwarded for processing. It stated that my account with their office was closed and returned. At the end of XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for a credit card without realizing that this debt collection was still on my XXXX credit report. This is when I realized that this collections account which is not mine is still there. I mailed in my only correspondence that I have ( which is with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX ) about this to XXXX. They replied by asking me to contact the collections company directly. I have never received any mail, phone call, e-mail, or any form of communication or bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX or I C System Inc. I did not know of this debt prior to it appearing on my credit report. I XXXX I C System Inc and looked up their contact form. I did not feel comfortable providing my e-mail, phone number or SSN in their initial online contact form. I would like to please have this collections account removed from my credit report since it is not mine and it is a result of fraud on my previous credit card. Thank you
