Consumer Complaint: My XXXX account opened in XXXX was wrongfully disconnected multiple times in XXXX after some incorrect billing after a transfer. XXXX failed to reconnect my service in a timely manner after the last reconnection. I fully paid fees that were attributed to services that I used ; however, for every wrongfully termination of service, XXXX continue to add fees and credit some fees back to my account. They added over {$300.00} in fees for 'early termination ' of a contract that I never requested to be terminated. I attempted on numerous occasions to reactive service and finally went to FCC. Upon filing an FCC complaint, the representative from XXXX, named XXXX XXXX, admitted that XXXX would never resolve the issue because they would have to admit to FCC that they were wrong. Before this conversation, nearly two years after the wrongful termination of services, XXXX never sought collection of funds. Shortly after the FCC complaints were filed, XXXX aggressively sought to collect money from me for " early termination of services '' using a company called XXXX XXXX despite their knowledge that I never sought to terminate services. After receiving a letter from XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX, I sent a certified letter within 30 days disputing the charge and asking for an investigation. The company failed to provide with me an update. Another collections company, I C System Inc, improperly filed with credit bureau saying that I owe them {$370.00} without providing notices or results of investigation beforehand. This improper and careless act wrongfully lowered my score. In addition, these fees were not accrued by me. XXXX terminated services and refused to provide me their services. I have email proof of their initial removal of the fee and they once again added the same fees. XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX - wrong billing and multiple wrongfully termination of services that were paid for. XX/XX/XXXX - FCC complaint filed against XXXX XXXX FCC compliant filed again, pursuant failure of XXXX to address the primary complaint and provide me with a copy of their response to FCC regarding my complaint XX/XX/XXXX - Dispute letter was sent via certified mail to XXXX XXXX, who persistently harassed me via phone for 2 months before sending ( 1 ) letter in XX/XX/XXXX to inform me of their intention to pursue collections. XX/XX/XXXX - I C System Inc files collection on my credit report without ever sending me any communication nor opportunity to dispute that I've received.

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2019 I sent a certified letter to IC Systems for reporting a debt to the credit reporting agencies without validating debt for {$11000.00}. I received a returned receipt from IC systems stamped stating they received the certified letter requesting validation of debt on XX/XX/2019. On XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019, I received an alert that IC systems has updated my credit report stating the debt was verified. How was it verified and validated with the credit reporting agencies and not the alleged consumer ( myself ). After receiving the dispute, IC Systems must send me proof by XX/XX/2019 ( which is 30 days ) that this company owns or has been assigned the debt by the Original Creditor. Agreement with your client that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged debt. Agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay the creditor. Any insurance claims been made by any creditor regarding this account. Any Judgments obtained by any creditor regarding this account. Name and address of alleged creditor. Name on file of alleged debtor. Alleged account number. Address on file for alleged debtor. Amount of alleged debt. Date this alleged debt became payable. Date of original charge off or delinquency. Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector. Complete accounting of alleged debt. Commission for debt collector if collection efforts are successful. If the debt collector does not send sufficient proof of the debt, it is not allowed to continue collecting the debt from me or report fraudulently ( that is a violation under FCDPA ). That includes listing the debt on your credit report. I have submitted a dispute with the CRA that hasn't been adequately validated with the credit bureaus. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA. I respectfully requested that the company provides me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is continues to report on any of my credit reports by your company or the company the represent, I will not hesitate in bringing legal action against you and your client for the following : Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Defamation of Character.

Consumer Complaint: I was a XXXX XXXX service customer and in XXXX we planned to move to another home in the same neighborhood. I called customer service to ask my service to be moved to the new address. I was told there would be no additional charge for the move. After they hooked up service at my new address I received a bill from them for the move for {$370.00}. I disputed the bill with them and reminded them that their customer service representative told me there would be no charge for the move since we were already customers. Despite several calls to customer service and repeated requests for them to remove the charge, the charge was not removed. In XX/XX/XXXX we received a collections bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$370.00} for XXXX. I disputed the bill by phone and I was told that they would contact XXXX and get back to me. They never responded. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a collections bill from IC Systems for {$370.00} for XXXX. I disputed the charge again by calling IC Systems. They stated they would speak with XXXX and call me with their findings. They never responded. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a collections bill from XXXX XXXX for {$370.00} for XXXX. I sent a letter this time on XX/XX/XXXX stating " If you believe that I am responsible for this debt please mail me a copy of the relevant documents. Please record that I dispute this debt. If you forward this debt to another company and/or report it to a credit bureau please indicate that the debt is disputed. '' I never received a response. Upon review of my credit in XX/XX/XXXX I saw that I had a collection reported for {$370.00} from IC Systems for XXXX. I contacted IC Systems by mail disputing the debt and making the same statement as I did in my letter to XXXX. They never responded. Upon checking my credit in XX/XX/XXXX I saw a collection reported by IC Systems for {$370.00} for XXXX that states it was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and last reported XX/XX/XXXX. This charge has been disputed since XXXX. This collection is continually sold to different collection agencies and therefore reported as newly opened every year on my credit report since then. I have never received any response to my dispute of this debt from XXXX. I have never received a response from any of the collection agencies who have notified us of this debt.
