Consumer Complaint: IC Systems collection for what it says was my direct tv account. I have submitted both the last bill amount they are saying was owed to them, which services were billed a month in advance anyways so I shouldn't have, had a bill when service terminated. They on numerous previous disputes to them on amount said the never received equipment back which I was able to prove they did back when the collect was under XXXX before they sold the debt. I have not had them in 7 years easy so all the dates are incorrect. Everyone keeps selling this debt and I have to start the process over and over

System Inc. with the account number XXXXXXXX had been re-inserted into my credit file. You are required to notify me within five ( 5 ) days of re-inserting a previously deleted item. I did not receive any such notification. As well as the account has a open date listed as XX/XX/2019 on XXXX but an open date of XX/XX/2019 on XXXX which is re-aging of the original account.

Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing with a collection agency by the name of I C System. They have reported to all three credit bureaus stating that I owe them in the amount of {$1300.00}. I do not know this company and have absolutely no obligations to this company. The company has been contacted numerous times in writing and by telephone stating the account information is inaccurate. I have certified letters that were sent to the company dating XXXX 2019 and XXXX 2019. The company REMOVED the account from my XXXX XX/XX/2019 ; however, the company has placed the account back on my report XX/XX/XXXX. 2019. In my letters to the company, I requested validation, made pursuant from the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to validate competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay I C System and they have not responded to any of my correspondence. Also, I had informed them that any negative marks found on my credit reports ( including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) from their company or any company that they represent, for a debt that I DON'T owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA ; therefore, if I C System can not validate the debt, they must request that all crediting reporting agencies delete the entry. Again, they have not sent any evidence nor have they responded to any of my letters.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed this account as a fraudulent account. I filed a police report, signed an affidavit and submitted an FTC Complaint. Since then the original account from XXXX XXXX XXXX was removed from my credit file. But also since they have sold the account to 3 collections agencies. 1st- XXXX XXXX XXXX 2nd- XXXX XXXX and now 3rd to I.C Systems. I have not received an communication from the collection company or else I would have told them it was fraud. I should not have to be subject to my private information being used and sold to a potentional fraudster. I am a victim of ID theft and this account should have never been able to be sold for a 1st 2nd or 3rd time. **** Please Note the Fraudulent account was removed each time from each collection company. However the I.C Systems account which was placed on my credit file in XX/XX/2019, was not. ***** This account needs to bee removed from my file again for the 4th time. Im going to have the Consumer Financial Protection post/pin this information because I am sure I am not the only one that this is happening to. Having to send my personal documentation every time XXXX XXXX XXXX and their 3rd parties try to asesnate my character has become more time consuming and costly and it is affecting my good name and ability to manage my personal well being.

Consumer Complaint: I have tried unsuccessfully to get an item removed from my credit report. It is a debt that originally came from XXXX XXXX for cable service. The amount of the alleged debt is {$140.00}. I had a service contract with XXXX XXXX for cable but became dissatisfied when they were bought or acquired by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called to end my service and was told I would have to pay the amount of {$140.00} even though my original contract was with XXXX XXXX and not XXXX XXXX XXXX. My service with the company ended sometime at the end of XXXX. I believe it was XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX.XXXX XXXX XXXX then sent my account to collections within a year of my service ending. It showed up on my credit report and I did not dispute it. That debt has since been sold to several other debt collection agencies and the info listed was not correct so I disputed it with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX determined it was not accurate and it was removed from my credit report twice by XXXX XXXX from two separate collection agencies. Now it has been sold again to the debt collection agency " I C System ''. The account was opened with them in XX/XX/XXXX. I have called IC System and requested information on that debt because the dates are invalid. I contacted them on or about XX/XX/XXXX as well as on or about XX/XX/XXXX. I have yet to receive any sort of documentation from IC System. I also disputed this debt with XXXX XXXX twice and was told they verified the debt was accurate. I asked XXXX XXXX to send me the original contract and all of my payment history because this is not accurate at all. I am currently awaiting an answer from XXXX XXXX. The investigation was supposed to be finished on XX/XX/XXXX but it is still under investigation over two months after I filed the dispute. It is clear that the debt collection agencies are reselling this debt from XX/XX/XXXX when it gets removed from my credit report and then the new agency that buys the account is listing the account as new when it is an account that is nearing it's statute of limitations. This is fraud. You can not keep a collection account on a credit report by changing the dates to show it as a new account. I have done my due diligence in requesting from both XXXX XXXX as well as IC System to send me the original contract as well as my payment history. If neither company can provide me with my requested information, then they can not prove that it is a valid debt. I would also like to know how XXXX XXXX determined this debt to be accurate when they did their first investigation in XXXX XXXX XXXX.
