XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, Georgia XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX I have left several messages with no responses from this company. I have told this company this is not my account, and I dont have a clue where this originated from. I have sent them a police report to substantiated I had identity theft, and this is not my account. I need to hear their lousy excuse why are they making me suffer. I need for them make an informed decision regarding this claim that I owe this money. They can not!!! I am extremely distraught by this companys defilement of another Veteran credit report. I am open to communicating with you for this purpose, only! In order to make sure that I am not put at any disadvantage, in the interim, please consider this debt as being in dispute, not mine, and dialogue amongst us. The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) offers consumers protection in contradiction of excessively antagonistic debt collection actions by collection agencies like yours. This company has violated federal law in its dealings with me. Is it conceivable you could get your companies ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to remove this unlawful, and illegal stain off my credit report? In nearly 50 plus years dealing with any companies, I have never been so victimized and wronged so severely about an account that is not mine. I have left several messages with no responses from your employees. I have told your company this is not my account, and I dont have a clue where this originated from. Your company has forced me to report you all to our government agencies, and I have given them revelations to your violations, using unfair, and illegal credit bureau reporting tactic regarding a debt that doesnt belong to me, sadly. I do not appreciate your process, and the way your company trying to strong arm me, and then have implemented a deceptively, quixotically, and unlawful assault on my character. This is a sneaky way to justify your company qualification without concrete evidence, and using deprived services ; I am writing today to complain of the unprofessional service I received in this un-forgetful process. I only wanted to get a V.A. Loan after I sacrificed my life for this country with honorably behavior. They have besmirched my character and knowing, I live in whole another county in Georgia.

Consumer Complaint: This is something that has to be years old. When I search it comes up as XXXX and I have had XXXX for 4 years and XXXX for almost 2 1/2 years now. This debt has been sold a number of different times and has reported over and over again and I can never get anyone to have a civilized conversation they scream call me names and hang up. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX both found it to not to be a valid but XXXX will not remove. This is something that should be illegal how can a company get away with doing this. I have work very hard to keep my credit clean only to have this company report a fake account all in red?? Please help me clear this up I would be forever grateful. This company upon further review apparently does this often ...XXXX shameful!

I have already told them on the phone this is not from me and to stop contacting me but they continue to send bills multiple times a month. Consumer Complaint: I contacted convergent outsourcing by mail to verify and validate a debt. I received a response the beginning month of XXXX with just a bill copy. The amount of XXXX This no real proof that a bill is mine simply because my name is on a bill. I want real proof that this debt is mine such as a signature, e signature, copy of my identification proving this debt is mine. If this can not be provided i would like this debt to be removed from each credit bureau it is reporting to and not to be added back with another collection agency. This debt that is reporting on my credit report is severely damaging my credit worthiness. I demand proof in writing by mail that this debt is mine or remove it! And once it has been removed immediately notify me by writing in mail.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a validation letter to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter indicating that the debt was valid. I found multiple issues with there findings which are listed below : 1. The last payment date on the payment history report is XX/XX/XXXX but the loan was not disbursed until XX/XX/XXXX. 2. The first transaction was listed as XX/XX/XXXX, again that does not match the last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX 3. They have a signed contract without a date but a signature with a date of XX/XX/XXXX but the contract date was XX/XX/XXXX. 4. On the Disclosure Statement of repayment, the disclosure date is for XX/XX/XXXX but the disbursed date is on XX/XX/XXXX. Clearly, these dates are not matching up.

Consumer Complaint: Convergent Outsourcing IncXXXX has been attempting to collect a debt for XXXX that my son incurred several years ago. They have filed nonpayment reports with the credit agencies in the past which affected my credit score ( see CFPB XXXX number : XXXX and CFPB XXXX number : XXXX ). Both cases were resolved in my favor when it became evident they had the wrong person. They are trying to collect this debt again under the Convergent Account # XXXX and I am concerned they will use the same tactic with the credit reporting agencies. Please put a stop to these insidious tactics once and for all. My wife and I are elderly and in poor health, we do n't need to deal with an issue like this when our credit score is stellar and this company is purposely trying to get the money from us instead of our deadbeat son.
