Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has stopped reporting only to start a new report. While the age remains the same it still damaged my score 5 points and hasn't recovered. This is one of many harassment tactics that they have used which the FDCPA protects me from over the phone they have also claimed to be XXXX themselves and refuse to be anything less than difficult and annoying. The harassment has occurred on every instance that I've called and includeds half hour hold times, repeatedly being put on hold, as well as unauthorized personnel asking me for vital information, repeating the same questions over and over again and just goes on.

Consumer Complaint: 1 ) These accounts, opened in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, commits itself to a pattern of fraud that took place within a specific period of time as is evidenced by all subsequent accounts. More specifically, a XX/XX/XXXXthru XX/XX/XXXX timeframe. 2 ) The address provided to and reported by XXXX is one that XXXX XXXX has never lived at, in a State in which he has never been a resident. We have provided signed documentation from the management company which proves this fact. ( Figure C ) 3 ) XXXX and Convergent failed to respond in any measure to the Cease and Desist notice registered with the Civil Court of XXXX XXXX Iowa in XX/XX/XXXX, which demanded that the aforementioned company immediately cease identifying this account with our client. That document detailed the failure of XXXX and Convergent to comply with : The United States Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681, 611 The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C.1692 4 ) This is the third account listed by a wireless company within the same time period. It is illogical that any legitimate account would have been opened with three wireless carriers by one individual in close succession unless illegal activity was involved. It is because of these facts, and the documentation including : a signed Fraud Affidavit, reports from two law enforcement agencies, a report from the Internal Revenue Service confirming our client as a fraud and identity theft victim ) provided which proves that this account was in no way a result of any application of our client, nor did he benefit from it in any way, that we ask that your organization immediately delete and/or block the reporting of this trade line.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX: XXXX XXXX account closed and paid in full. XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX XXXX started withdrawing money from my checking account, I stopped the payment. XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX XXXX sent to collections, Convergent. I disputed twice with XXXX XXXX and they said it can't charge me once account is closed but they couldn't get Convergent to return the charge off to get taken care of for me. I tried two other times through agencies credit reporting dispute process. They still did not remove and said it is a good debt. XXXX XXXX said not good, but yet Convergent says it was good. After account was closed I was charged. This is on my credit and now I have to pay to get a home mortgage or they will not try to finance me for XXXX dollars. I have no problem paying this, my credit score is over 750 but for some reason the bank wants me to pay this off. Please have them remove this from my credit. They are harming my purchase of a home.

Consumer Complaint: I mailed in a certified debt validation letter to the credit bureaus in reference to the collection company called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018. By law a collection agency must mail in proof that legally shows a consumer is responsibly for the debt. Mailing a bill is not proof that I am responsibly for the debt. XXXX XXXX failed to provide accurate information within 30 days from the date of the dispute letter, and is direct violation of my FDCPA, and my FCRA rights, and has to by law delete this information from my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: When I first found a new collection on my account from XXXX XXXX for a XXXX bill that I never had I immediately started disputing it. But every time I did they would just send me a copy of a bill that had my name on it. No signature or social security number provided. When I tried to tell them that this is not my account they just continually replied that the debt was valid. Which it is not. I have been trying to talk to them for over a year now about it ; And they refuse to cooperate with me or show me anything besides a bill that had my name on it. This is tremendously impacting my credit ; And this need to be addressed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX ( collection agency ) Original creditor ( XXXX XXXX ) I have no business transactions or any type of business relationship, with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have no business dealings with this company and have never spoke with anyone, form this company. As for the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX ) I am not a member of their gym, I have never joined, the gym and there is no documentation or signed agreement, between my self and the company. This is not my account and it is showing on my credit account, wrongfully and illegally. XXXX ( Collection agency ) Has never contacted me regarding, this account and I have never done any business with this company. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I did visit the office. But, I did have insurance coverage. If there was a co pay due or any additional monies due, that wasn't covered by my insurance, I should have been given a bill, at the time of visit or at the very least, mailed out to me. I have never received any contact or bills forward to me. Therefore I had no knowledge of any outstanding monies. In addition, my insurance company, didn't notify me of me having a co pay of a portion of the bill that had to be covered my me. Therefore this debt is a error and if the debt is my portion of the bill, why wasn't I billed, so that the matter could be taken care of, in a timely fashion. There are guidelines in place, that require a notification period, before the medical debt can be place on the credit report. This was completely overlooked and not followed, as I have never received any notification, via phone, text, email or U.S. Postal service. XXXX XXXX ( collection agency ) the original creditor is ( XXXX XXXX ) I have never had any contact or transacted any business with XXXX XXXX and the debt with XXXX XXXX, is not my account. I have lived at the same address for years and this cable bill does not belong to me. If some one has taken my personal information and opened a cable account, without my knowledge, I am not accountable for that account. XXXX XXXX doesn't have any documentation, where I have agreed to service or signed for service.
