Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has shared my social security number, credit report and confidential information there in without my consent to Convergent who illegally and without my consent have violated my privacy and are aware of where I live and have been given my phone number. I am requesting Convergent and XXXX to remove the false reporting from all three credit agencies and off my credit file as they have not responded to my request in 30 days to prove they have accurate information to receive my confidential information to report to all three credit bureaus. I have not signed an agreement with Convergent and associates to contact me, nor have my confidential information nor report errors to all three credit bureaus. I'm requesting in writing the removal of the false reporting from all three credit bureaus. Therefore the reporting is illegal and inaccurate information given to all three credit bureaus as well as my right to privacy and protection has been been violated. My husband 's XXXX XXXX and current hospitalization has had my family in crisis and now with Covid-19 I must have this inaccurate reporting removed immediately. The false reporting is negatively affecting my XXXX XXXX ' ability to receive COVID-19 disaster relief. Please remove now from all credit bureaus. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I found out in XX/XX/XXXX that there were two XXXX accounts under my name. One was my prepaid account that I had previously to getting married and the other was an account that was opened inXXXX XXXX under my name but not opened by me. In XX/XX/XXXX my prepaid XXXX account was cancelled and my wife added me on to her XXXX XXXX XXXX phone service as a authorized user and added a new line of service with the number I still currently have with XXXX XXXX XXXX and this is all documented with XXXX XXXX XXXX. After calling to confirm the the information with XXXX XXXX XXXX they sent a text message with the date of service my number was added because email was not a option of her request. I did not open a account with XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, Im not sure if this account was in error with another person with my name or if it was created fraudulently but importantly it was not created or authorized by me. In XX/XX/XXXX my wife was looking at a copy of my credit reports because of a hospital billing error to Insurance company she was taking care of and noticed There was a collections with Convergent Outsourcing for XXXX, knowing I had them as a phone carrier prior to getting added onto her service in XXXX she made the payment thinking it was form the past, after getting an updated credit report in XX/XX/XXXX she noticed the negative collections account was still reported on my but now with the open date of XX/XX/XXXX. My wife called Convergent Outsourcing to find out information and the representatives were very unprofessional, severe language barriers and not willing to help at all, so she decided to reach out to XXXX and see if she was able to get information. It was at that time we found out this account was not the prepaid account we thought I had closed in XX/XX/XXXX but it was the account that was opened without my consent or authorization in XX/XX/XXXX. My wife and I both have made several attempts to try and have this removed off my credit reports with both XXXX who keeps referring us back to Convergent Outsourcing. Convergent Outsourcing started they cant remove it because it was paid even tho we explained what happened and the new information we found out we were still meet with unprofessional representatives, communication barriers, being accused as lying and just uncooperative, we even called XXXX 3 way with the Convergent Outsourcing rep on the phone in hopes we could prove it wasnt his account was was not about to get far and told the Convergent Outsourcing rep they had to handle the problem. After calling almost a week straight and spending most of the day on the phone with Convergent Outsourcing wife even went as far as saying she just doesnt want to make this difficult or stressful and wasnt even asking for the money back and we will take the loss on the {$200.00} she only wanted it removed off my credit bureau history, they still wouldnt remove it, look into it or file a fraud dispute. I also filed a dispute with all three credit bureaus with no help on that end either. Im hoping reporting the matter with you it will finally be removed and resolved. I would also just like to add in the document Ill be sending with this dispute is the text that was sent for XXXX XXXX XXXX but you will also notice my wifes account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX that was due to porting out our numbers to a new XXXX XXXX XXXX account under my name. Also if the text is not except it as a document I can try and see what I can get in store printed out.

Consumer Complaint: They keep reporting old debt that cant be verified by the collection agencies that are reporting the debt. I have asked both the companies they are reporting. Over the phone to please email or mail me paperwork verification that the debt is my. No response this debt continue to pop up from different companies every fees years. Same thing no paperwork. How can this continue to happen to people. I have disputed from the company, they come back every they have what they need. Can they show how they proving its right.

Consumer Complaint: I stopped using XXXX prepaid wireless service on the XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I contacted XXXX to reconcile my account because they had deducted money for the month of XXXX even though the service was discontinued. They reviewed the account and told me the account is reconciled and i don't owe them anything. I took some snap shot of the conversation i had with the representative by name XXXX. Then last week i saw my credit score dropped by more that 100 points so I requested my credit report only to find out XXXX has reported that i owe them {$130.00} and its in collection and showing as an adverse report on my credit.I contacted XXXX to fix the error and they requested the snap shop of the conversation which I did but nothing have been done since. I never defaulted on any payment with them and i would gladly pay if I owed any XXXX to them I asked the representative to check the record on XX/XX/XXXX and she told she cant. Why would a company like XXXX not have a record of customer discussion on file? is it so they they can prey on poor people like me with claim of no evidence of any communication? Please look into these because i believe probably there are several people who have suffered this plight. I live paycheck to paycheck but i have tried so hard to ensure my credit is good only for XXXX to just ruin everything because of their greed and lack of documentation. This is not right and i hope I can get answers from you. Thank you
