Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Convergent XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX. Upon, further research, this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or written signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a written signature does not validate the debt ad anybody can send a bill and say its mines. According to the FCRA, XXXX XXXX has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I received a call, answered and then was hung up on. On calling back, the company has no opening automation of the company name nor intent. Upon speaking to the representative XXXX and her asking if I was XXXX XXXX, I asked who was calling, she says XXXX. I clearly meant the company she represented, upon telling me Convergent I asked her what that company was. I hang up, look it up, call back, and ask why I did not receive a mini Miranda I.e. This is a debt collector attempting to collect a debt and any information may be used for that purpose. I asked if she was a debt collector attempting to collect a debt which she refused to answer, by repeatedly asking me back if I was XXXX XXXX. I know nothing of the debt or the company but the deceptive tactics and violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( by refusing to state they were a debt collector ) is why I am reporting.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed a charge from Convergent Outsourcing 3 different times. I have never had a XXXX account and have asked that this collection be removed from my record. They respond and say they have " verified '' that it is my account without any proof whatsoever. I am requesting that they provide PROOF that this is my account. They can't and I need for it to be removed from my credit record. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I use to be with XXXX and I had bought a new android phone. This happen back in 2019. I was told that I have 7 days if I didn't like the phone. So I wanted to go back to my XXXX, so I returned my android back on the XXXX day. I went back to the XXXX store located on XXXX Blue XXXX XXXX XXXX, Missouri XXXX and told them that I didn't like the phone and wanted to returned it. I had all the equipment that came with it. I spoke with XXXX and she took all my equipment back including my phone and told me that I had a {$0.00} balance and that I didn't owe anything. XXXX has been bought out by XXXX and I have tried calling them and the outsource to advise them that I don't owe anything and that I returned my phone and equipment back before the 7 days ended. At this point I received a bill that I owe {$1300.00}. This is really effecting my credit report and I am unable to get anything done because this is harming my credit report so bad. I've been with XXXX for over 8 years and this is not right at all. The current company that has my file is Convergent Outsourcing.
