Consumer Complaint: I just received a letter from a debt collector by the name of Convergent Outsourcing , Inc . They say the creditor is XXXX XXXX. Amount {$120.00} Account numberXXXX Convergent account # XXXX I already informed XXXX of this false information because I had received another letter and called XXXX to see what they were talking about. They couldn't find anything and we had determined it was the scammers that had been contacting me since XXXX when I switched to XXXX and when the Cyber attack happened. More they sent a letter that I'm in collections with a phone number, address, and it states no online pay available. I called the toll free number they have on the letter but it is closed today in the XXXX hour on Sat XXXX XXXX. I have not ordered anything new with XXXX ; earlier in the week l when I spoke to the the XXXX expert and gave him the account number he couldn't find any account tied to me. These people are emailing, calling, and texting everyday! It is starting to become confusing when it is really XXXX emailing me. At this point I'm missing out on real, actual emails and opportunities from XXXX without extensive research. They call, text and email all day while I'm at work. It doesn't matter if you block the calls, they will go generate another number. They are and have disturbed the little peace I have left. It has become really stressful while I'm at work and when I'm trying to enjoy my time off with my family. I have more calls and texts from them than I do from people I know. They refer started calling my other numbers that my children have under my account. And they are using local area codes. With XXXX as the caller id.

My request for the correction and removable of the erroneous information about the CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING account has been diligently neglected by XXXX and XXXX. Despite sending them the last letter for the said request, I have not received any response up to this date. Besides, the inaccurate information about my accounts is still on my reports. Consumer Complaint: Convergent Outsourcing s is trying to collect on a debt from " XXXX '' for {$730.00} from me. I have never done any business with XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX in my life. I've reached out to Convergent XXXX and XXXX and that have refused to stop collection efforts or remove this account from my credit report without me paying the fraudulent debt. I have asked several times for a signed contract or written proof that this debt is mine and they have no provided ANYTHING. All they have been able to provide me was with a bill with my name on it which doesn't prove anything. Either they are running a scam on me or someone has opened an account in my name without my acknowledgement and has left me with the bill. Either way I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX anything because I personally have not done any business with them. I am contacting the CFPB because I haven't gotten anywhere with these guys and hoping you all can help. I am prepared to take legal action against XXXX XXXX and XXXX for violating my rights under the FRCA.

Consumer Complaint: My client requested our services to help them with credit reporting errors and debt collections. My client had submitted a fax through our office for a collection activity from Convergent Outsourcing. This letter was sent on XX/XX/2021. Please see fax confirmation and letter attached. As of today XX/XX/2021 my client still has not received a response as allowed under the FCRA. Under the FDCPA regulations the collection company Convergent Outsourcing is in violation for failure to reply to my clients lawful request. This incorrect reporting is causing damage to my clients credit on all three credit bureaus. on XX/XX/2021 my client called Convergent Outsourcing at XXXX. Customer service representative claimed they could not find his information when giving his last four numbers of his social security number, last name, phone number. Than the representative just hung up on him once requesting why no response since sending his letter on XX/XX/2021.
