XXXX was installed XXXX XXXX week of 2017 when I attempted to find the XXXX game it was not there. I called XXXX support ant the only way to watch it was on XXXX XXXX. So I spent the next XXXX months trying to cancel the service and finally stopped payment with my credit card. I took to social media and it took XXXX more months to get them to stop trying to collect money every month but they did. Now this company that is still trying to collect the {$340.00} dollars uses a different collection agency every year and this has been on my credit report every year since and I have to go through this process to clear it up. There has to be some law against using a different collection agency every year and having this reappear on my credit report. Does this ever end?

Consumer Complaint: I called Convergent services about a debt I owed. Once connected with an agent I could not get a straight answer about what the debt was from. Agent then asked if I had a job I said yes. Agent then responded that theyd put me on a payment plan. I declined and let the agent know I would contact XXXX directly to figure out what exactly I owed from. Agent then responded why would you do that and what am I not understanding? I let him know that I would contact XXXX and figure it all out and make a payment in the coming days. Agent stated that he would be calling me back and threatened me by saying that I better pick up or else. When I asked him to repeat himself he asked what was that so I repeated asking him to repeat himself and he disconnected our call.

Consumer Complaint: A XXXX XXXX debt outsourced to convergent XXXX was opened on my credit report around XX/XX/XXXX. Despite many calls directly to XXXX, and them stating each time I owed {$0.00}, I have to fight with convergent who reps always sound annoyed to work. I submitted my refund check from XXXX ( why would they refund me if I owed them money? ) as well as my equipment return receipt ( from XX/XX/XXXX ), no response. I called and they said they didn't get the return receipt, it's clearly in the email. However, I resent. I disputed through XXXX XXXX, and it was returned as a valid debt but yet XXXX has no clue what convergent XXXX is talking about it. It's been on my credit report for 4 months now and I haven't gotten very far. This greatly affects my ability to qualify for new credit. You would think they could simply call XXXX and resolve this. I should be getting paid to do all their paperwork for them at this point. Extremely upset and frustrated.
