Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my XXXX XXXX. I provided proof that this company was falsely representing itself as a creditor which was a deceptive practice and in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. The Credit Bureau chose not to investigate and chose to continue reporting fraudulent practices. That is unethical and damaging as a law-abiding consumer. REMOVE THIS COLLECTION ACCOUNT COMPLETELY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have been patiently waiting on their response to the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. Issue: Written notification about debt

Subissue: Didn't receive notice of right to dispute

Consumer Complaint: Item opened XX/XX/2021 and reported XXXX for {$420.00} by Convergent Outsourcing. The company in which I am writing this complaint never allowed me to dispute the information placed on my report. I never received a letter or notification of this item until placed on my credit report. I was not able to submit a letter because I never had an account number to dispute the item. When disputing the item with the credit bureaus, this company clients they did not violate the FDCPA, 15 USC 1692g allowing me to request validation of this debt. It has caused me emotional distress and mental anguish. When applying for work or credit this item is reflecting a character of nonpayment when I have not had this matter in quite some time. When asked to remove this item I was declined although no proof was provided to show the accuracy of the reported item by the collector or original owners of this debt. I have not documents to submit honestly because it never received any.

Issue: Written notification about debt

Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I purchased two XXXX XXXX, during a promotional deal where you buy one get one free for the price of one. The price of the phone was {$590.00} USD and the condition to receive the deal was only adding an additional plan to my XXXX XXXX account. I previously had an XXXX XXXX XXXX with a monthly bill of only {$55.00} USD. I been a loyal customer to XXXX for over 8 years, while serving the United States XXXX XXXX and upon separating from XXXX XXXX and entering the XXXX XXXX , I hadnt experienced any bad service nor had a late payment of any sort. The Sales representative in the city of XXXX, New Jersey. Assured me that I will get a bill in the next two to three months reflecting the payment due amount of the phones with the promotional credit, which should have added up to the {$590.00} USD. This was the agreed upon amount at the time. I waited and waited and didnt see a bill till four months later and when the bill was viewed and received it was in collections without my knowledge. I called the location, where I purchased the phones and no response. I called XXXX business assistance number and they assured me they will take care of it in seven business days back in XXXX of XXXX and nothing was done of it. At this time the account never reflected the amount due accurately, due to it being sent to collection but it hadnt hit my credit score at that time. I proceed to the nearest XXXX store in my area. I spoke to four XXXX representatives, who put me on the line with XXXX billing issues for XXXX XXXX account holders again. They assured me they would fix the issue and again promised for it would be fixed in 7 business days and again nothing was done of it. A week or so later I went back to the same store in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida. I spoke with the store manager a miss XXXX, and her team of XXXX, XXXX, which were on the line with the XXXX representative via phone again. They tried to correct issue, and nothing came out of it. I called the store a week later as a follow up as miss XXXX suggested to check back in. Do to her telling me she would escalate my issue up her chain of command. I called and she stated she would give a call back didnt get a call back. I called back and she stated she is working on it. Check again later during week. Now its XX/XX/XXXX issue wasnt resolved, and their collection agency finally attacked my credit for the full amount of both phones {$1100.00} USD.
