Consumer Complaint: XXXX have been with Wells Fargo for 20 years in XXXX I notice a savings account was open automatically I was charged for years monthly fees for not having enough in the account that I did not open they also had a practice of not depositing my checks at midnight so they could charge over draft fees for monthly automatic payments that came out on the XXXX or XXXX. Lately I had a establishment that charged me for a false purchase we settled the issue on the phone I did not file a claim but Wells Fargo took it upon themselves to create a claim put the money back and recharge me a month later saying they sent a letter by mail never informed me about it and because of that my account was overdraft and they charged me again. Im leaving Welks Fargo its a process since bearing with them for 20 years but they XXXX have taken over thousands of dollars from me with suspicious practices

Consumer Complaint: Issue : On XX/XX/XXXX, a cashiers check that I purchased from Wells Fargo in the amount of {$5700.00} was stolen and cashed. For the past nine months, Wells Fargo has been avoiding reimbursing me for the amount stolen. History : XX/XX/XXXX : Claim opened for check fraud. I was told that the full amount of {$5700.00} would be deposited back to my account within 10 business days. CLAIM # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : Claim closed by Wells Fargo without notice. XX/XX/XXXX : I contacted Wells Fargo to get an update on the above-referenced claim ; I had to ask that they open a new claim to investigate this issue. CLAIM # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : Received a letter dated XXXX from Wells Fargo stating that they closed the claim. The issue of check fraud was not addressed. XX/XX/XXXX : Mailed a Wells Fargo form that I retrieved from online in order to get assistance with this matter. On this same date, I mailed a complaint to the New York State Department of Financial Services. XX/XX/XXXX : Visited a Wells Fargo branch to have a banker help me with this issue ( Note : This was the third time I visited a branch to get assistance with this issue ). I was told that the {$5700.00} would be deposited into my account within 10 days. CLAIM # XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX : Received a letter dated XXXX from Wells Fargo outlining the history of this case but not resolving the case. Note : Wells Fargo never called me on XX/XX/XXXX, and they did reopen a claim for this issue on XX/XX/XXXX ( CLAIM # XXXX ), as stated in this outline. XX/XX/XXXX : Received two letters dated XXXX from Wells Fargo to : complete another affidavit within 20 days ( new affidavit was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX ) and to inform me of their attempt to contact me ( which is not true ) and that they closed the case. XX/XX/XXXX : Received a letter from Wells Fargo stating that they are working to obtain a refund from the bank that accepted the deposit. XX/XX/XXXX : Received a letter from Wells Fargo dated XXXX stating that they need to complete another Affidavit of Check Fraud in order to proceed. **As of today, I have not received the reimbursement for the stolen check. **

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo did a money wire to XXXX in New York for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I purchased a car from XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$57000.00}. Turned out XXXX automotive is a shell company used for laundering money. I notified Well Fargo XX/XX/XXXX of wire fraud. They notified XXXX. XXXX said they transferred the money already to XXXX XXXX. Wells Fargo said nothing can be done and closed the wire fraud claim. Thats not acceptable. I called the and requested an affidavit for fraud and forgery. They have been unresponsive to my requests. They said theyd send me the documents why they closed the case. I am the one that notified them of XXXX XXXX being a fraudulent company. I asked for the XXXX address and phone number in New York and they said they would check on that. They have the bank routing number. They are not doing their job in wire fraud. It is a federal offense. I have notified XXXX County Sheriffs Department, file with the FBI, files with the State department, filed with the FTC for the state of California, notified the PD in XXXX Kentucky, notified the Kentucky State Department and the FTC for Kentucky. All say I have a case for fraud. I have all documents available if needed. I just would like a little help from the bank. Can you help me?

Consumer Complaint: I KNOW THIS IS LONG VERY SORRY BUT PLEASE READ IT I COULD NOT MAKE IT SHORTER!! Thank you Fraudulent activity on all 3 my credit reports from the three main CRAs .Fraudulent activities involve transactions made between XXXX and XXXX during that period of the I was not living in the XXXX was in XXXX XXXX - XXXX, XXXX XXXX, returning to XXXX XXXX in XXXX after a few months traveling around the USA by car until I settled in XXXX XXXX apparently in XXXX XXXX then moved to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX live after purchasing a condo. I live with my current girlfriend of approximately three years. I did extensive traveling while living outside the XXXX I moved to XXXX with my the woman I was involved with from XXXX till XXXX she was a XXXX XXXX who I met while she was visiting a family of hers who was also a friend of mine. I left the XXXX while involved in a horrific divorce from a mentaly in women with a long history of involuntary psychiatric admissions due to behavioral problems caused by her paranoid behavior causing her to be a danger to self and others she had been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder with delusional thinking approximately 20 years prior. She became not completely with treatment and her behavior deteriorated to the point it was dangerous for me to be anywhere she could find me. The issue of my safety and that of my girlfriend was a very substantial factor in our choice to move to XXXX in XXXX where we stayed until XXXX. We moved to XXXX XXXX in XXXX and I returned to the XXXX in XXXX. Unfortunately I have almost no paperwork related to my time in XXXX primarily because I was truly hiding from my exwife she is a dangerous person and I had no clue what she was willing to do to harm me or worse and technically a XXXX XXXX is not allowed to travel to XXXX or lived however enforcement is week. However as a citizen of a XXXX the Cuban government does not allow XXXX citizens to travel and live there for any extended period of time which is why I had to move yet again in XXXX relocating to XXXX. My relationship with my girlfriend at the time was in decline she had started the process to obtain a visa to come back to the USA with me in XXXX for her and the young daughter we could not legally obtain the documents required the relationship ended. It was time I came home my kids started having kids. While I lived outside the USA I returned a few times for short visits for major family gatherings. My children have no relationship with me ex wife so that was not an issue. My divorce paperwork states separated on or about XXXX of XXXX divorced in XXXX of XXXX will provide copy. I actually left my ex in XXXX living the marital residence where she remained until the house was sold in XXXX I will provide paperwork. I will also provide paperwork to support the above statement. Unfortunately it really begins after I moved from XXXX to XXXX, No banking information because both countries have no banking treaty with the XXXX. I have a lease from XXXX also paperwork related to the purchase of a home by an American in XXXX a document requesting long term residency which was required to open a business and become after being there well beyond the legal limit I need paperwork to allow me to say it was a XXXX XXXX the local cops who I was friendly with knew my name on sight. I have some of my girlfriends paperwork from XXXX still in XXXX that she provided to homeland to begin the process of obtaining a long term visa to return with me to the XXXX before we moved to XXXX. I have tried several times to get the negative ideas of my 3 credit reports and failed, this is not the first time I am filing out this exact paperwork and failed, I have contacted the last 3 creditor on my credit report both by mail and on the phone dozens of times and failed, I have reported this and obtained documents from the ftc several times most recently on XX/XX/XXXX that reported I will also include it was mailed to the 3 creditors with all other paperwork the ftc provided and that failed. The same information was sent to all three credit agencies and that failed. I am beyond frustrated. What I recently learned was why I cant fix this and I need help to get this fixed. I will send you what I think is enough for you to assist me if you need anything else please let me know and I will do my best to provide it. The issue seems to have been created by two things the fact that I was living outside the USA in countries without banking treaties so I personally disappeared from the credit market in the USA. My ex continued at the marital residence until it was sold, she did move off for a short period to XXXX XXXX but returned I think because she was facing eviction. Her living in that house which still has the landline phone service I opened in XXXX when I purchased and moved into the house my lawyer told me I could not disconnect the phone after I moved out because it would seem like harassment. That cause my exwife to be able to assume my credit identity fraudulently. And the same situation is preventing my from getting my credit repair. Simply I start the complaint process with a credit card company or credit agency they basically look at 3 things phone contact information and address are two she was in control of both The third is if payment were being made and they were at first this shocked and confused me until I realized why. My ex wife is nuts but extremely smart, it is my belief that by making small payments and keeping the balances in control when she opened the credit lines she was able to build up the credit history which allowed her to build the credit limits in one case to {$5000.00}. In XXXX when the house was sold she then maxed out the credit lines and stopped paying. If you look a my credit history on all 3 reports it also supports the above statement. My history is perfect until XXXX and after XXXX when the house was sold. I have requested information by phone and in writing from all 3 creditors and they refuse to provide it I have been told basically the same thing by all three. You have protested this many times and lost the accounts are so old they have been written off and sold so long ago its to difficult to provide any information and that included who currently actually had the debt. This both seems crazy as I try to get information in my efforts to ger this fixed. How can I deal with this problem without so much as information about when and where the account was actually open plus no information about what was preceded where and when. Ridiculous and I violation of my rights under the fair credit acts. Also this letter seems like Im insane but unfortunately its what happened please really take the time to review what I said and the paperwork Im including. Im going to attach one document when I submit this and then update my file to send the rest I just need a break and yesterday at this point I tried to save it finish later and loss everything I wrote. I am also sending some information in it originally form and with a certified translation of the documents because I have to have them for the appropriate government agencies in the country I lived.

Consumer Complaint: I had a mortgage with Wells Fargo. On several occasions I applied for a modification under the false pretenses that no payments needed to be made. I then went into Foreclosure twice and had to pay attorney costs, and other additional costs. Not to mention when I sold my home I still had to pay additional funds. I also had a checking and savings with Wellsfargo. They had signed me up for yet an additional accounts. No one wants to be held responsible.

Consumer Complaint: I received a XXXX ( phone never rang ) from XXXX. States I need to call XXXX immediately or they would send my file to court. I called WDS is how they answered. I advised I was returning a XXXX. They stated I had a debt of XXXX and I could pay them. I dont believe this is accurate and know my rights so asked about verification of this and asked it be sent via email. She refused. Stated it had been sent already. I asked to what address she provided an address I dont live at. She kept arguing with me that I have it and to just pay. She said it is owed to Wells Fargo. I again refused to pay and stated I wanted documenting of this debt as I feel it is not valid. She refused. When I asked for address /name of collection business she laughed and hung up. I called back and she stated I was harassing them and to not call back. I called Wells Fargo who advised I would not be able to open a new account ( which I have several accounts with them currently ).

Consumer Complaint: they keep denying me then you close it out without me being able to speak as if they are right and i am wrong but they state the XXXX transaction they made me make was successful they need to provide some documentation showing it was successful because i never received it, and Wells Fargo still owes me XXXX from that transaction cause it did not go through and they ow me from the date they classified it fraud on my account cause which was the date that the XXXX transaction they admitted was fraud they keep saying the XXXX transactions was done with a pin so it cant be fraud, if they saying that transaction wasn't fraud and it was done with a pin then i need them to explain how these two XXXX transactions were done because from my understanding they were done the same way as the other transaction and that was with a pin if not then please have them show me how they were done cause they were all done the same way .... also, i received an email from wf settlements stating they gave me a check and if i didn't receive it to contact them I have been contacting them since they emailed me and will not respond back because I never receive a check from wfsettlements and i need my money since they state they sent me a check but they didn't and they do not want to respond back but I need my money and they are holding it from me...
