WELLS FARGO IS IGNORING MY PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR OVER THAN 2 YEARS. I have a mailing address that i provided to wells fargo for mailing purposes and i provided my resident address for governmental purposes. Some how since wells fargo hired a new CEO. who sent all wells fargo employees to work from their home, Wells Fargo rehabilitee went down and the credibility of the Wells Fargo emplyees went down, Since then, Wells Fargo is refusing to Direct theirs mail to my mailing address and refusing to follow my account prefferences and I could not find a manager to fix this issue, When I complain here the answer will be shallow has nothing to do with my complaint and has no resolution or merits. This why I have to keep complaining here and increase the number of the complaints till 9i find a manager ay wells fargo not little kid who will be willing to investigate my issue and find a resolution. Consumer Complaint: I have established that from the first contact with Wells Fargo, that everything they have been found guilty of, we have been the victims of Wells Fargo home mortgage company and Wells Fargo bank na. I have sent in proof. Im the form of Wells Fargo mortgage statements, late notices, and foreclosure notices weekly monthly. I have bank statements XXXX XXXX records, original documents from Wells Fargo, from XXXX XXXX, that shows the blatant fraudulent statements and actions of the Wells Fargo employees and companies. Starting before the loan was even closed, which I say again was illegal, to the foreclosure notices that started the second month of payments in XXXX. Then the accidental death insurance, only on statements from XXXX MD., to the statements that started in XXXX, from XXXX NJ XXXX The NJ mortgage statements didnt reflect the accidental death insurance, but then they start with other charges, on top of late fees after late fees. The amount of late payments we made along with the actual mortgage payment of XXXX dollars a month. Going to XXXX, also the year the housing market crashed due to XXXX XXXX criminal activity then. We have the email XXXX, we were told to login to the email to get our confirmation numbers on payments made, Again something Wells Fargo has been found guilty of and fined for,! I have sent Wells Fargo everything they have claimed not to have been apart of. By XXXX, Wells Fargo had manipulated and defrauded so many payments and paperwork, they themselves didnt know what they had done. Evidently by this point they were just making it up as they went. The loan modification in XXXX is again proof of my accusations. Wells Fargo sent the loan modification, the original document, with the wrong payments amount, as welll as the dates of the loan modification. The photocopied loan modification I was sent from a previous complaint, shows different dates of the loan modification compared to the original loan modification documents I sent in, as well as the wrong amount of the original loan monthly payment. Also in XXXX before the loan modification took affect it shows up on a mortgage statement before the actual date it was supposed to start on. It was XX/XX/XXXX the modification payment wasnt until XX/XX/XXXX. Move to XXXX with mortgage statements that plainly show in rhe amount due, the loan amount prior to the modification in XXXX. I have more than established that we have been the victims of every illegal and fraudulent activities that Wells Fargo has been found guilty of and fined for. From the preditory lending, the charges that where never authorized, to the fraudulent moving and manipulation of accounts and payments received, to the fake emails, made by employees of Wells Fargo, with it being a company wide knowledge and encouragement from the company to employees and rewarded for the illegal activities and actions by Wells Fargo home mortgage Wells Fargo bank na all their other companies involved as well. Its unbelievable that Wells Fargo is allowed to have any interaction with customers and money is mind blowing. They have 4.4 trillion in assets off the backs of the American consumer! The financial damage is beyond any Ponzi scheme bank crash in the history of the USA. Wells Fargo need to be held accountable! I have asked for XXXX XXXX. After 6 plus months and complaint after complaint, being told they only have access to the last 7 years. To them sending copies of said payments. How? Now they are saying they dont have the records to compare to what I have sent them. We are told they will call us after they do some calculations!! We spent all of our money paying house payments for a house that wasnt fit for sale in XXXX! Wells Fargo being the company that did the inspections title search, had a lien on it, and the fact no insurance company would insure the house, it needed brought up to code, which was all the plumbing, pipes, electrical upgrades for it to be up to code, needed a roof then. We were getting notices about unpaid taxes in XXXX,! Wells Fargo is still not doing anything to reimburse us or anything to make the last 18 years of Wells Fargos illegal activity and actions against us. I have asked for XXXX XXXX. In the whole situation thats nothing, it wont repair the damage from Wells Fargos actions to this day. The XXXX my wife suffered from. Knowing she had made the payments. The egregious amount of foreclosure payments late payments late fees death insurance payments other charges, to the illegal loan modification to the again, wells Fargo found guilty of the same problem, to the forced bankruptcy, which I established was illegal and fraudulent considering the actual fraudulent payments and mortgage statements XXXX XXXX payments bank payments.! Again Wells Fargo has been found guilty of and fined multiple XXXX dollar fines for the illegal activity and actions from Wells Fargo home mortgage company Wells Fargo bank na. And all the Wells Fargo companies that have a different name. I have proven they themselves, by XXXX, didnt know what they were doing or what was actually right. The loan modification documents alone show that. Along with The email address XXXX in XXXX, to the foreclosure notices in XXXX, negate any claims that we didnt make our payments and we used XXXX XXXX XXXX and made payments directly to Wells Fargo on the phone : For Wells Fargo to continue to deny us any compensation from 18 years of fraudulent and down right illegal activity the entire time, including up until now. Its been this way with Wells Fargo from the beginning of the loan process in XXXX! Its XXXX and everything I have said from the beginning. I have not only stated I have sent in evidence on top of evidence showing and proving what I have said has been true. I started in XXXX questioning where the payments were going. Im still trying to get compensated from a company that had XXXX XXXX in assets. They have been fined numerous times with billion dollar fines, on top of the multiple million dollars of fines as well. He added a {$870.00} " driver tip '' to the bill, making it a total of a {$2000.00} credit card payment to my business. He then told me the {$870.00} was meant for the driver, and asked if I could XXXX his driver the money. I promptly sent the money to the email address he provided via XXXX, since it was his request and his money... However, it seemed a bit suspect, so I looked up the owner of the credit card and called him and asked him if indeed he was the one making the purchases, to which he said he wasn't. Upon learning it was a scam, I called his bank to inform him as well. While the bank did create a chargeback for the {$2000.00}, unfortunately Wells Fargo would not return the {$870.00} I sent via XXXX, as part of this same.

But on XX/XX/23 XXXX identified me and said that Wells is not going to shut me down. She identified me via phone and told me that I did not have to go to a branch in XXXX, CA, XXXX miles away. Wells Fargo has been going back and forth for 3 months, and just like 4 days ago XXXX said that Wells Fargo is not going to shut me down. But then today I logged into my online accounts and all of a sudden, my checking accounts a XXXX and indicates that my accounts are closed. Wells Fargo just sent me an email indicating that " YOUR NEW STATEMENT IS NOW AVAILABLE for my checking account ending in XXXX. And then Wells Fargo indicates on the email that : '' If you have questions about your account, please refer to the contact information on your statement. For questions about viewing your statements online, Wells Fargo Customer Service is available XXXX hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us at XXXX '' I then just called the number and was transferred to XXXX, and I asked her why I was being shut down when XXXX said was not? XXXX would not explain to me and I asked her please tell me what I've done wrong? She then said, we don't have a reason to closed customers ' accounts, because banks have the prerogative to closed accounts. But then when I started asking her that how can banks close accounts if it's illegal, due to no reason? She then said, since, we don't have to have a reason and you're wasting my time and then she hung up on me! My other checking account is a checking trust account for my son 's direct deposit, but it didn't matter to Wells Fargo. And to change banks for a trust checking account, it takes the XXXX 2 months to make the change to a new bank. I also asked XXXX, then what's going to happen to my balances, she said, " we'll just send you a cashier 's check. '' And she hangs up on me. Wells Fargo is not only illegal, but they are also rude and hurt so many customers and even employees. therefore, Wells Fargo is being sued by many customers, ex-employees and class action lawsuits. Wells Fargo doesn't care not even for themselves! Not even if their are being sued and have been penalized for billions of dollars. They discriminate XXXX senior citizens. They have such record, but it does not matter!

Consumer Complaint: I had direct deposit for an account with checks that were supposed to be direct deposited. I was told to close this account back in XXXX by Wells Fargo because of suspicious fraud transactions. If I reopened a new acc. Will it disrupt my current deposits an will they be transferred to a new account. Wells Fargo assured me that absolutely everything will continue! I still havent been able to get any deposits since then. On XXXX a deposit of {$5500.00} had went into a closing account but Wells fargo failed to notify me, an failed rerouting to my new account. Even tho In Wells Fargo disclosures state the first 90 days Wells Fargo is responsible for anything for any transactions relating to direct deposited or issuing a check in the amount for a closing account. Ive been trying since to have Wells Fargo rectify the situation. Wells Fargo then tells me that now I have to contact the issuing company to have payment reissued. In doing just that they say to contact the bank and go around and around since. I was told to go down to the branch that opened the new account in doing so I had the Wells Fargo banker say, oops my bad I made the wrong account by accident and i was told to call Wells Fargo again an email them to have then fix it. In doing so, Most Wells Fargo employees had actually never even read their own disclosure 98 % of them had no clue about anything. Wells Fargo would just have me transfer to another employee and then at the end just tell me to go to the branch after being on the phone for 3-4 hrs every time. I have gone through all the steps and still havent received a phone call back. An each time I have to explain the situation again and again! As if Wells fargo doesnt evn have a clue about whats going on.
