Consumer Complaint: the house was not sold to a 3rd party after the foreclosure sale as Wells Fargo stated in their petition. Wells Fargo is now listing the house for lease. The house was removed from the sales market by Wells Fargo. The house 1st sold after the foreclosure sale in XXXX, XXXX and was eligible for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX the house was built on tract 1 and tract 2 of lot 25 and only tract 1 is on the Security Deed withe the loan note. Tract 2 of lot 25 is not mentioned anywhere. The border line separating tract 1 from tract 2 goes through the master bedroom. I own the property in back of tract 1 and tract 2 of lot 25 and have paid the property taxes for the last 10 years and lot 2 is not mentioned.

Consumer Complaint: Loan closing document 2 proves that the loan could not have been legal. It explains all taxes must be paid in full. The title company XXXX, is Wells Fargo company. Wells Fargo was the title company the real estate tax company the appraisal company the escrow company the closing company oh and the lending company! Plainly stated on the closing document 2 I have sent with this complaint as well. You cant legally sale a house that back taxes and a lien on it. As stated by Wells Fargo on page 2 of the closing documents! I have also sent in the original loan documents to show just how many different Wells Fargos there was at that time. I also can show you that the XXXX that only appears on the XXXX XXXX, document from XXXX XXXX, our mortgage specialist, up until the internal memo was sent out then its a different specialist. XXXX XXXX was the absolute worst, he refused to add my wife to the loan. With the documents sent this complaint, proves, the closing was illegal, due to the tax lien on the house, closing document 2, explains that. Its an official closing document from Wells Fargo, which one I can not even begin to know. Ive established that the closing was illegal and it negates any other claim Wells Fargo can make. XXXX says it wasnt a problem because we had title insurance, through Wells Fargo, yes it was! The whole process was illegal, there XXXX XXXX fine XX/XX/XXXX, improper mortgage practices, as well the XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX for actions during the subprime mortgage lending, which is apparent now we were victims of as well. Evident in the fact we couldnt get the loan because we were not a year out of XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. If it wasnt for their illegal activities and actions during the subprime mortgages, that literally caused the housing crash and damage of XXXX. So even though the illegal closing, we began making the original payment of XXXX. The XXXX loan modification again proves that Wells Fargo had manipulated and falsified documents and statements from the beginning of the loan on XX/XX/XXXX. To the XXXX payment the third month, it plainly shows on the records XXXX sent, we made our payments! Wells Fargo themselves by XXXX were blatantly defrauding us as well as the millions of other customers. The fact we were told to login to the email XXXX is proof yet again of the illegal act and actions by Wells Fargo home mortgage, Wells Fargo bank XXXX, Wells Fargo foreclosure dept oh yet another state being in SC. So mortgage statements coming from XXXX ND, XXXX NJ, SC, 3 different states 3 different types, branches? - [ ] XXXX has stated numerous times they have no records to confirm what I have sent. I literally have sent all original documents mortgage statements late statements, foreclosure notices all original and all from one of Wells Fargos many many many companies. Again it was foreclosure or bankruptcy! 6 years due to Wells Fargos illegal activity yet again! The XX/XX/XXXX, fine for rhe fake accounts of XXXX XXXX, again, XXXX. Is an email registered a Wells Fargo employee who was able to divert our payments to the XXXX and defraud us as well. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX for improper mortgage lending practices ; September XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Million for mortgage violations XXXX XXXX XXXX for improper lending practicesXXXX XXXX fake accounts XXXX XXXX. XXXX accounts XXXX XXXX for actions during the subprime mortgage lending, I have more than established we have been victims of this practice. XXXX XXXX for fraudulent sales practices of XXXX, again, I have well established that we were the victims of Wells Fargos criminal activity and actions from the very first contact with the company. XXXX XXXX fine for over charges made up charges late fees and other charges that began showing up on mortgage statements coming from XXXX MD XXXX as well as the XXXX accidental death insurance that showed up out of no where. They dont show up on the mortgage statements coming from XXXX NJ XXXX Only the mortgage statements from XXXX MD. The XX/XX/XXXX, is the XXXX XXXX dollar fine, that I discovered just how many laws and criminal actions Wells Fargo has perpetrated on the very consumers, that they have managed to get XXXX XXXX in assets literally off the back of consumers just like us. I have repeatedly asked for XXXX XXXX. In the scope of all the illegal activities and actions from before even signing the illegal closing documents! Documented on page 2 of the closing documents. The XXXX XXXX assuming should have been the payment amount however it was XXXX, until magically the XXXX accidental death insurance, I never authorized, yet another fee and other charge on top of the late fees, I have proven through my previous complaints we had made our payments, the late payments we were hit with monthly even with the payment being made on time. W have the mortgage statements the XXXX XXXXXXXX records the multiple confirmation numbers with payments and dates. Wells Fargo has abused their position and have cause more financial damage than any XXXX scheme or bank failures to date. XXXX XXXX couldnt begin to do the financial damage Wells Fargo has been allowed to and has continued to do. The Cfpb, is the equivalent to a government backed and funded XXXXi scheme. They have allowed Wells Fargo to continue their illegal criminal enterprise for 20 years now. Wells Fargo knows nothing can actually be done. No one can make a company who has openly and knowingly and willingly defrauded consumers literally for 20+ years! Now Im to believe that they are willingly going to admit much less compensate an individual with no lawyers no law degree. Against a company that has XXXX XXXX in assets literally by all the Illegal actions by Wells Fargo and their employees over a 20+ years of crime, will finally admit and compensate us? They are and have and continue to break laws with absolutely no repercussions or being held accountable for the 20+years of the criminal enterprise they have been allowed and now with the protection of the CFPB, continue defrauding American consumers, the very backbone of their business, yet they are allowed to continue with their illegal criminal enterprise! Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Wells Fargo on three separate occasions about having a check reissued in the name of my father who has since passed away in XXXX. Wells Fargo provided the paperwork to get the check reissued and since it was to be reissued in the name of a deceased customer, they asked for verification such as a death certificate. I filled out the form and provided the death certificate as requested. They then sent a letter stating they can not reissue a check without me filling out a W-9. By their own letter, it states a W-9 would need to be completed if issued to a new payee. I am not requesting it to be reissued to a new payee and I made that clear multiple times on my telephone call today with them. I requested my call to be escalated to a supervisor and it was not. They then placed me on hold for an extended amount of time saying they were getting a new check number generated and to be sent out. After waiting that extended amount of time, the woman came back and said they would not reissue it without the W-9. First she said it was because the check was more than {$200.00}. She then said it was to verify me. I told her Im listed on the death certificate as next of kin with the same address as the mailing address on file for my father. I told her even if I filled out the W-9 in the name of the estate, the estate has been closed out for over 5 years so it wouldnt benefit anyone. I told her I provided everything they asked for to verify the account and she still gave me the run around. I told her I would be filing a complaint with CFPB for withholding funds and that I followed the information provided in their paperwork. The woman stated she would start a complaint for me however I told her I would do it myself to ensure it was done and accurate. WellsFargo is willfully withholding funds and refuses to release them even after all documentation has been provided.

My balance at Wells before that was {$1200.00}. The receipt and teller told me that {$400.00} of the XXXX deposited would be available right away and the rest on XX/XX/XXXX, the next day. The next day, XX/XX/XXXX I got an email from the bank saying that the funds will be held until XX/XX/XXXX ( 12 days ). I also got another email stating that my Ending Balance was {$2700.00} and my Available Balance was - {$6300.00}. I checked with XXXX XXXX and found that they cleared the check for {$9000.00} on the XXXX, the same day I cashed it. I went to the Wells Fargo bank on the XXXX and showed them that the check had cleared my bank and even showed them a copy of the cleared check from my bank. The person XXXX called someone and told the story and was told that nothing could be done. I asked her to make a complaint for me and she did it while I was there. I also called Wells at the number on my banking app on the XXXX and was told nothing that could be done to make my funds available before the XXXX. Today I got a letter in the mail dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that the money was being held for " Unusual deposit account activity '' until XX/XX/XXXX. There was no information on the letter about who I could contact to correct this.

After spending about five minutes hearing XXXX XXXX jiggle all the numbers around in loan offer I finally got up and went home. When I returned home I seen that there are seven other banks on my XXXX account that says I applied for credit with them. So I did make a report to the Office of Attorney General of Califronia and when I received a mailing from The California Office of Attorny General in the mailing it shows that XXXX XXXX had slipped two other documents that I was not shown on XX/XX/2023. On the second page labeled XXXX Dealer Track it shows that I aggree to submit this application and any other application to other banks that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to me. I was not told of any other bank my word of mouth nor by paper work. I find that what XXXX XXXX did was decietful into doing one thing, that is to demolish my credit report with numerous babk loans. bank loans that I did not authorize may i remind you. I have been denied credit from what I believe is from the inquiries. On document labled XXXX XXXX it shows that that XXXX XXXX statements does not show he was checking another bank.

This merchandise was returned in accordance of XXXX XXXX return policy and was returned using a return shipping label that they provided me. By XX/XX/XXXX, I had not received my refund for the amount stated above and I reached out to Wells Fargo to dispute the initial charge on the grounds that I returned my merchandise to the merchant and they will not issue credit. Alongside filing this claim, I provided Wells Fargo with as much relevant information as I possibly could including evidence of the attempts I made to resolve this issue with the merchant, the return tracking details, the order summary, confirmation from the merchant that they have received my return, etc. After months of debate, Wells Fargo has concluded that they will choose to ignore all of the evidence that I've provided and they will not complete my dispute without a written confirmation from the merchant that states " I am supposed to receive a refund ''. This is the most absurd thing I have ever had to deal with because I've done everything in accordance with the merchant 's policy and they are still choosing to ignore all of the evidence I've provided. I feel discriminated against and this response is completely unacceptable because we're not talking about a small amount of money here. I have full documentation showing I returned the merchant 's items and that constitutes a refund, it's as simple as that.
