Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has messed up my rent payment causing late and nsf fees of $ XXXX to my account. I have paid my balance down to {$0.00} which is why they said it failed the first time now the response is they tried to take the money from my debit card not my credit card. Im so confused and when I try to call you can never get a live agent they just have you fill out a request form. So I called Wells Fargo which is who XXXX is ran by and Wells Fargo stated they have been trying to get ahold of XXXX for months and have filed multiple complaints. I will now get an eviction notice because XXXX has failed to pay my rent with my credit card balance at {$0.00} they have made no attempt to help or even give me definite information on why Im having this issue.

It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Consumer Complaint: I made a balance transfer from a XXXX XXXX credit card to a Wells Fargo credit card. The Wells Fargo credit card ended up having an overpayment and I have been trying to get Wells Fargo to given me the overpayment eithe as a check or as a transfer from my Wells Fargo creidt card to my Wells Fargo checking account. The transfer was made to help pay for bills. I filed a request back in early XXXX ( XXXX I think ) and was told by Wells Fargo customer service that the check should arrive in about 30 days. 30 days passed and no check. I was transferred to the executive complaint group to escalate the request and was told they had 10 days to investigate and respond. In the meant time I had to take out another loan with a different bank to pay bills. That loan has been accruing interest daily so now I have been paying interest on two loans ( the balance transfer and the second loan ). After 10 days, nothing. I called a few times in late XXXX to get an update. Each time I was told they are working on it but was given no material information. Each time We requested a supervisor/manager to call us back. We did not get a call back from a supervisor or manager. I also requested that Wells Fargo waive any balance transfer fee given that they were suppose to mail a check weeks ago. And that Wells Fargo reimburse me the interest paid on the other loan. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that said the complaint was closed with no actions because there was a dispute on my account ( it was for {$100.00} ). And the balance transfer fee and the interest on the other loan can not be waived/reimbursed because we never told Wells Fargo of the amounts nor was a balance transfer fee assessed for transfering the balance. There are a few issues : 1 ) We told Wells Fargo several times that we would not transfer the balance from the credit card to the checking account unless we know Wells Fargo would waive the fee. 2 ) Wells Fargo said they would not reimbuse the interest from the other loan because we never told them the amount. 3 ) After we received the letter that the request was not approved, we tried to complete a transfer using the Wells Fargo phone app. It was blocked. 4 ) we never received a request from Wells Fargo to provide a balance transfer fee amount nor the amount of interest from the other loan. In fact Wells Fargo did not reach out to me at all for any additinal information. This has been a nightmare and a comedy of poor processes.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo did nothing about it even though I had nothing to do with any of it. When I realized that there were suspicious activities on my account I called Wells Fargo it was super early in the morning and I was told by the Wells Fargo rep that a new account would be opened and my account would be flagged and everything would be investigated. This was not my case at all as the days kept going by there were more and more suspicious activities on my account and the money that was for my XXXX kept vanishing before my eyes. As the days kept going on and more transactions were happening within my account I decided to get an update on where my case was. Come to find out the rep I had spoken with did NOT even set up a new account and once that was set up all the accounts were linked to checking and savings and the transactions kept taking more and more money from my hard work money which was all for my XXXX. Not only did I have to postpone my medical because of all of this. There were mobile deposits that I didn't make and to top things off those deposits bounced and I was charged for them all as well even after communicating with the Wells Fargo reps. XXXX, XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21 There were XXXX : XXXX that were completed that I didn't make and I had called and communicated this to the Wells Fargo rep and I was told to trust them that they were taking care of it and that was not the case. Dates : XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21 There were also overdrafts on my account that happened due to all of the transactions that I didn't do. Dates : XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21 There were also transactions to XXXX and XXXX during this time. Dates : XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21 Though out the entire time I kept calling Wells Fargo to get an update and come to find out the account Wells Fargo wasn't doing anything about it they kept sending me from one department to the next and at the end of it all I was told that they would get ahold of me and time just kept going by and nothing was being resolved. Wells Fargo allowed all these suspicious transactions to take place and for me to go broke due to all the fees and all the transactions that kept taking my money. The reps I did deal with were not of any help at all.

Consumer Complaint: There are two aspects of my complaint. 1 ) Wells Fargo is not allowing multiple payments in a single day if they are not from Wells Fargo accounts. 2 ) Wells Fargo has charged me interest on credit card debt multiple times even though the payment is made on the due date. My wife and I have non Wells Fargo bank accounts that we attempt to make payments on our due date, and the Wells Fargo system will not allow this to occur. We have documented this multiple times over the last two months. This is something new as it was not like this previously. It appears to us as consumers that Wells Fargo has created this system in attempt to collect fees when they are not valid. I am sure this is happening to other account holders and they should be informed. Wells Fargo is acting unethically and seemingly illegally by attempting to collect fees when they are not valid. This needs to be investigated.

Consumer Complaint: Purchased a new air conditioner through a company that if I use the manufacturer 's special credit card ( that was to be paid through Wells Fargo ) paid off in 36 months with no interest. The problem is I set up auto payment online with my Financial institution information including my account and routing information. I did have to make a one time payment, 2 days ago, because it was due but auto pay is to start next month. This morning I received an email from Wells Fargo ( not my financial institution ) but the lender that said my account was closed. I called and spoke to 3 different Wells Fargo representatives and they all told me I put my account number in wrong. I told them I had printed all the paperwork and it was correct but they ( WF ) had left off 4 starting numbers. They told me I did it even after I explained I had printed documentation. I took all my paperwork to my financial institution and they corroborated I had completed the info correctly. I then drove to Wells Fargo and they told me to call a certain/different phone number with credit card services. I showed them my documentation to no avail. After I drove home, I called the " certain number '' and they told me to go online again and fill out the information again. I am not going to do that because now I don't trust Wells Fargo. I am so frustrated.
