Consumer Complaint: How long does it take Wells Fargo, to actually compensate us? We have proven complaint after complaint, along with all the documentation along with the complaints? They keep telling us they have been sent to another division of Wells Fargos criminal enterprise, that decides how much to compensate us. XXXX years of defrauding and theft all we asked for is XXXX XXXX! They avoided prosecution, if they just compensate consumers like us! How long does it take for Wels Fargo to actually accept their illegal wrongdoings and again compensate us for 20 years of theft and fraudulent actions and activities?

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, La. XXXX Wells Fargo Account # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX To : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Wells Fargo Bank , N.A . XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Demand for Mortgage Discharge and Damages Dear : XXXX XXXX : I am writing to you today to demand that Wells Fargo discharge my mortgage and pay me XXXX in damages. On XX/XX/XXXX I took out a mortgage with Wells Fargo for {$120000.00} I have been making my mortgage payments on time and in full, but I was unable to make my payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic and I asked for assistance from Wells Fargo but I was denied and told by Wells Fargo that the only program available was Mortgage Forbearance. At the top me there was a program available called the Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Fund, which was a federally funded relief program for homeowners that was financially affected by COVID-19 who were behind on their mortgages and at risk of foreclosure. But Wells Fargo did not allow me to apply or inform me of the program as a Consumer for financial relief during the pandemic which clearly violated my rights. Wells Fargo never offered me the program even when I sent a letter seeking help and Wells Fargo unilaterally placed me into forbearance without my consent. As a result, I have been unable to make my mortgage payments, and I have been charged late fees and other fees. My credit score has also been negatively affected. This has Violated my rights under every sector of law including the United States constitution I ask that you take this very seriously. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Demand for Mortgage Discharge and Damages Dear XXXX XXXX, I am writing to you today to assert my rights and demand that Wells Fargo discharge my mortgage and compensate me with {$75000.00} in damages. In XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into a mortgage agreement with Wells Fargo for a principal amount of {$120000.00}. I have diligently made my mortgage payments on time and in full. However, due to the adverse financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced significant challenges in meeting my payment obligations. Consequently, I approached Wells Fargo for assistance, but my request was denied, with the bank informing me that the only available program was " Mortgage Forbearance. '' To my knowledge, there existed a program called the " Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Fund '' at the time, which was a federally funded relief initiative designed to aid homeowners financially affected by COVID-19, specifically those who had fallen behind on their mortgages and were at risk of foreclosure. Louisiana was one of the pioneering states to launch this program. Regrettably, Wells Fargo neglected to provide me with an opportunity to apply for or even inform me about this program as a consumer seeking financial relief during the pandemic. Such actions clearly violated my rights. Moreover, Wells Fargo not only failed to offer me the program but unilaterally placed me into forbearance without my consent. Consequently, I have been unable to make my mortgage payments and have incurred various fees, including late fees and other charges. Furthermore, my credit score has suffered negative consequences. This series of events constitutes a violation of my rights under numerous areas of law, including but not limited to the United States Constitution. I implore you to treat this matter with utmost seriousness. I firmly believe that Wells Fargo 's actions have contravened the following laws : The CARES Act The Federal Trade Commission Act The Securities and Exchange Act The Truth in Lending Act The Fair Credit Reporting Act Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:3509.4 Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:3520.1 Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:3531.1 The Fourth Amendment Additionally, I am aware that the following UCC codes may be applicable to this case : UCC 2-302 UCC 2-702 UCC 2-711 I demand that Wells Fargo promptly ceases and desists from further violations of these laws and UCC codes. Furthermore, I insist that Wells Fargo compensates me with {$75000.00} in damages to rectify the hardships it has caused me. Please be advised that if Wells Fargo fails to comply with this demand within 30 days of the date of this letter, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Referring to case numbers : XXXX & XXXX Wells Fargo has chosen to close this case after numerous runarounds and " We are studying your complaint ( words to that effect responses ). '' I am and will continue to pursue this matter through numerous agencies and via an attorney if necessary. Their convenient self serving response includes fabricated paper work contending that the person to whom I spoke did not say that I had to allow {$25.00} to be taken from checking account every month to keep a savings account. Neither of which I have now, by the way. Although it goes back several years, unless is was deliberately erased, that conversation was recorded and could and should be subpoenaed. Wells Fargo has been in the news numerous times regarding pressure on employees to get accounts open and regarding outright fraud. If their responses have not been fabricated, if they were not guilty of fraudulent activity which placed undo financial and emotional strain on me, why did they sene me {$1500.00} and a couple other small payments. Is this how innocent parties act? Their stock holders will be appalled. There was also a ridiculous time-wasting sham of a " mediation '' process they set u with me. The so-called mediator was no more than a messenger boy, not a mediator. He went, so they claim, back and forth presenting both sides of this issue, this complaint. It was my intention to begin a simple savings account at which time I was deceived into believing that regular payments of {$25.00} had to be made into this account. I was surprised, to say the least, even shocked until that wore off and I closed the account. Being on a limited income, those {$25.00} payments appropriated from my checking was a hardship, financially and emotionally. It was at that time that I learned that Wells Fargo fired over XXXX employees involved in this wrongdoing and that they were part of a culture of a scandalous deception in which high pressure tactics were used. These tactics also took place at the companys XXXX XXXX headquarters.

Consumer Complaint: From XX/XX/2023 to XX/XX/2023, a total of 14 unauthorized transactions were made to my Wells Fargo debit card. Four transactions were made on XX/XX/XXXX, each transaction was for {$500.00}, totaling {$2000.00}. One transaction was made on XX/XX/XXXX totaling {$400.00}. A total of four transactions were made on XX/XX/XXXX, one for {$400.00}, one for {$1000.00}, one for {$1000.00} ( again ), and finally one for {$400.00}, totaling {$2800.00}. One transaction was made on XX/XX/XXXX, totaling {$500.00}. Three transactions were made on XX/XX/XXXX, one for {$800.00}, one for {$700.00}, and one for {$500.00}, totaling {$2000.00}. One transaction of {$300.00} was made on XX/XX/2023. This brings the total of unauthorized transactions to {$8000.00}. Im not sure who stole my debit card information during this time ( could have even been at a restaurant, or anywhere ), I tried calling Wells Fargo multiple times and explained my situation and why my debit card was not reported stolen until XX/XX/XXXX. I let them know I was unaware my debit card was being used by someone else, they still are not cooperating and refunding me my money. How am I at fault someone stole my information and was using it without me knowing? I will keep trying to contact Wells Fargo, hopefully we can work something out.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a Wells Fargo checking account on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023 after going through my banking accounts I noticed that the debit card that was mailed to my home address had been compromised because there were unauthorized fraudulent charges made against my checking account at a time when I did not have access to the debit card. I never received a debit card, retrieved a debit card from my mailbox nor did I ever activate any debit cards using any channel. Wells Fargo has failed to provide adequate proof that the debit card used to scam my account was in fact activated by myself. I live in a community housing thousands of people and the debit obviously was stolen at some point. Wells Fargo fraud detection monitor also failed to restrict the card that was not activated by its intended user. I am demanding a refund of the funds stolen from my account totaling {$29.00} The investigation that was completed was not done effectively or efficiently if Wells Fargo can not determine that I did not activate the card
