For example on XXXX I was charged a fee of XXXX dollars for supposedly having insufficient funds but I transferred the money from my savings to my checking account. This has been an on going issue for years and every time I call them to get answers they always say that the money was not transferred and that the app is different form coming in and making the transfer. Wells Fargo has an extra day grace period and they are still claiming that my money was not transferred in time. XXXX XXXX owes me over XXXX in lates fees because this has been going on for years.

I don't have any contracts with Wells Fargo auto and I demand that they remove any encumbrances or liens from my property if there are any. They are attempting to steal my vehicle by theft and violate my rights. I have been a victim of identity theft in the past and this seems to be one of those situations. Part of the scam included my former bank Wells Fargo until they closed my accounts on XX/XX/XXXX, taking funds from my checking, and savings accounts and also taking funds as a cash advance from my credit card account. I have received a letter from WF dated XX/XX/XXXX in a packet of about 20 pages and stating the obvious but totally failing to address my most important concern accepting an extremely large deposit that in turn was used for wire transfers. However because WF did not put the deposit on hold, the wire transfers were made thinking that the funds were available, but they were not and WF determined that AFTER the wire transfers were made. I think that WF should have put the deposit on hold and advised that the funds would not be available until a certain date, especially since I had been a customer of WF for almost 30 or more years and had never made a deposit of such a large amount, should have been a red flag to WF. In addition, WF should have been suspicious of so many wire transfers as my current bank was and also my current bank convinced me that I was a victim of a scam but that did not happen until XX/XX/XXXX, and I reported to the XXXX XXXX Police Department on XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I am banking with Wells Fargo since 2007. I have XXXX businesses as well and all of them are with Wells Fargo. My spouse also have an account with Wells Fargo. In total we have XXXX account with them and XXXX of them have my XXXX attached to them. I tried to call them today ( XXXX ) to upgrade my account to Premium account as I have considerable deposits with them. I was told my account could not be verified as my SSN was incorrect on file. They have mixed my spouse SSN and replace that with mine. NOT sure when it was done as the SSN verification is in person and we have to prove my SSN by presenting the physical card. SO it is definitely an issue with their internal IT systems that overwrote my SSN. Not because of this I can not make any change to the bank accounts. I asked for a appointment to meet the banker to close this issue as soon as possible. But they dont have anything until for a month and I have to deal with this issue. THIS is not acceptable as its a problem created by them and I believe this is bigger than my problem alone and they are mixing SSN numbers of people. I have over XXXX USD worth credit cards with WF across perosnal and business and they are putting the responsibility on my wife if I dont pay.. this is against law and they are not taking care and resolving it quickly. Their solution is to use the mail and resolve it which will take more than 15 20 days and multiple follow ups.
