All three companies are guilty and the Doj is helping them cover it up and steal my money and telling them not to refund it back. You also need to check to make sure this person doesnt already have a first job with the FBI the Doj or Vice Narcotics, they have second jobs. Ive been covering this up since 2016. I want them also charged with the XXXX of my grandfather since they want to help assist. Because thats what this is really about and the use of a video game called XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: ransactions : {$960.00} {$390.00} Merchant : XXXX Gymnastics Reason for dispute/chargeback : services not rendered Explanation : - [ ] I signed my XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter up for competition cheer at XXXX Gymnastics XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX we had a parent meeting at XXXX where the coaches went over what to expect the coming year. They stressed to us parents that it was mandatory for each kid to be there, even if they were sick. They kept telling us that the kids could not miss a practice or be late. Well I had her signed up already when they told us the practice times on XX/XX/XXXX. Practice time for my daughter was XXXX every Wednesday starting XX/XX/XXXX and lasts until XX/XX/2024. XXXX a single parent. I have no help. So, when I get off at XXXX, theres no way for me to make it to any practice on time, which my child would be punished for, for not being on time. I attempted one practice and was very uncomfortable, as well as my child. My daughter told me after that first practice that she didnt fit in with the other girls and wasnt comfortable. Thats when I knew it wasnt just me overthinking. My daughter was set up for failure. XXXX failed to mention having mandatory practices every week. Thats direct discrimination. I told them I was rendering to service. I politely asked for the XXXX back, since I am a single parent and work until 5, I couldnt have my daughter to practice on time each week, and we went to only one practice. We havent received the uniform, no matter practice uniforms, no Pom poms, nothing. The season just started. I paid a large amount because we were informed it would save us 10 %. But didnt know about the practice times yet. When I went to get a refund from XXXX, she said they dont do refunds. She said she would talk to XXXX XXXX because its up to her and see what she could do for me. So I was very hopeful. I called the next day and she said shed call me back and didnt. I didnt want to bother them but i need that money. So I even waited a week snd called back and XXXX then said XXXX XXXX decided not to give me any of the money back. I was in disbelief that a company would want to keep money when I rendered the service. My daughter never really started the team. So I made an appt to talk to XXXX in person. When my sister and I met her at XXXX, I never felt so uncomfortable and humiliated by a group of adults. They were all huddled around XXXX talking about the situation, which she had no business discussing a personal matter with all other employees. They were saying I wouldnt give her the money either Is that her ( pointing and laughing ) you dont owe her a dime dont do it I wanted to walk out but I knew that wouldnt solve anything. XXXX did slip up snd say well it was XXXX decision to not give me a refund. I just felt hopeless. How could a company keep money that doesnt belong to them. I felt defeated and humiliated when I walked out of there. She just smirked the whole time I was trying to explain to her that what she is doing isnt how to handle business. My daughter got nothing from them. I even asked for some of the money back. Im doing this because Im at a disadvantage and my daughter wont be a failure. They should have been more clear before having us new parents sign up.

Consumer Complaint: I wrote a check, # XXXX, for {$160.00} to my XXXX, XXXX in the XXXX. The amount was deducted from my account. Months later the XXXX said that they never received the check and are demanding additional money from me. I try to get the front and back of the check from Wells Fargo, but unlike all other checks the front and back is not posted online. I call Wells Fargo to send me the front and back of the check. They say they will, but over a week later they say the issue is closed and they have nothing to send me. I say that I will file a complaint and if they can't provide the proof that the XXXX deposited the check, then I have to assume that somebody at Wells Fargo deposited the check.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX charged my account XXXX times XXXX and XXXX and XXXX for a total of {$500.00}. I immediately notified Wells Fargo about the fraud and let them know I do not know this company or authorize them. This banker advised me to add this to the claim. I did so. After XXXX weeks, I call and Wells Fargo notified me they refunded me XXXX dollars from XXXX and since there were XXXX merchants in the claim they are only able to deal with XXXX. They advised me to waiXXXX XXXX days because they needed to gain rights to get the funds back. Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo Mortgage is continuing to harm consumers who have their mortgage loans with them. I asked for assistance for one month with my current loan modification payment and Wells Fargo offered me no help only options that would harm me and benefit Wells Fargo. Examples are higher interest rate modificiation which would create a further hardship and put my home at risk of foreclosure and offering me a repayment program for only 3 months which would make the payment unaffordable. Wells Fargo in the past had a deferment program to help mortgage holders skip a month, adding it to the end of the loan as a courtesy to help with temporary hardship. Wells Fargo no longer offers this program. Instead they are only interested in greed. As a consumer I am very upset your agency is allowing Wells Fargo to continue their bad business practices and harming consumers instead of enforcing rule against this bank. Apparently a XXXX XXXX fine is not enough to prevent Wells Fargo from continuing to harm consumers. Please investigate.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Problem with personal statement of dispute
Consumer Complaint: I have tried multiple times to correct the balance/status that Wells Fargo is showing on my credit report with XXXX, This house was sold and paid in full XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is showing the status as " Open/Never late. Deferred, payments begin XX/XX/XXXX '' with an outstanding balance of {$220000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. Neither of this is correct! I filed for bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and the house was never reaffirmed so amount should have been changed to XXXX back then, but it was sold anyway on XX/XX/XXXX which also should have made this balance XXXX! This account is no longer open and payments are not due in XX/XX/XXXX?? This needs to be corrected immediatley, this is ridiculous! I've attached what I could from my Wells Fargo account showing it is paid in full and balance is XXXX. No statements have been available since XX/XX/XXXX.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed a charge on my credit card from XXXX for the amount of {$110.00} charged on XX/XX/XXXX. I have never been or made any purchases from this website. I immediately filed a disputed transaction claim online and Wells Fargo confirmed they were investigating the claim. I received multiple emails from Wells Fargo in the next XXXX confirming they were still investigating the claim. On XX/XX/XXXX, I logged into my account and saw over XXXX charges from XXXX over the past 30 days. There were multiple charges that occurred on the same day. This was clearly a case of credit card fraud. I called Wells Fargo and immediately cancelled my credit card and had all the additional charges added to my disputed transaction claim. Over the next several weeks XXXX reversed over XXXX charges. I assumed Wells Fargo was working with them to reverse the fraudulent charges. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Wells Fargo stating they had completed their inquiry and determined I was responsible for 25 transactions from XXXX totaling {$450.00}. The letter states, " The merchant verified your personal information, which may include name, address, phone number, email, account number or card expiration date. Based on this information, we've determined the transactions to be valid '. I do not understand how this qualifies as evidence that I made the purchases. Most credit card companies would have flagged multiple purchases as fraud immediately. I contacted Wells Fargo numerous times over the next several months asking for evidence that I made the purchases, specifically email confirmations, tracking numbers or proof of delivery. The associates I spoke to on the phone were very sympathetic and requested a review of my case. However each time, I would receive a follow up letter from Wells Fargo denying my claim and continuing to insist I am responsible for the {$450.00}. They never provided any additional evidence that I authorized the charges or received any merchandise from the vendor. I would like to note that I have been a cardholder for over 10 years and have had an excellent relationship with Wells Fargo prior to this dispute. I am attaching the initial dispute claim showing the over XXXX charges from Wish.com as well as the correspondences I have received from Wells Fargo XXXX none of which provide any evidence of why I am responsible for the fraudulent charges.
