Consumer Complaint: I am complaining about A Wells Fargo Branch MANAGER, I went to the branch in XXXX on XXXX to find out that My ATM card was expired, I asked The BRANCH MANAGER to order for me a replacement, AFter the branch MANAGER looked at my account he told me I need to set an appointment to meet with a banker to order a replacement ATM. card. Because I have been for over than 35 years a customer of Wells Fargo and i never heard such lie before, I asked why? the manager told me that The Banker will be discussing my options for my accounts and Will be ordering the ATM. card for me right away and told me do not worry about the appointment I will set you up with an earliest appointment possible. The branch manager did not tell me that I can also order the Replacement ATM card online and over the phone and been dealing with a branch manager the manager should be able to order the replacement card. So I stepped out of the branch and before i go to my car I ordered a replacement Atm card by calling the 800 number of wells fargo and it did not take me more than 30 Seconds. That illegal behavior of the MANAGER brought to my memory what I want to share with you now : CFPB Orders Wells Fargo to Pay {$3.00} Billion for Widespread Mismanagement of Auto Loans, Mortgages, and Deposit Accounts Company repeatedly misapplied loan payments, wrongfully foreclosed on homes and illegally repossessed vehicles, incorrectly assessed fees and interest, charged surprise overdraft fees, along with other illegal activity affecting over 16 million consumer accounts WASHINGTON, D.C. The banks illegal conduct led to billions of dollars in financial harm to its customers and, for thousands of customers, the loss of their vehicles and homes. Consumers were illegally assessed fees and interest charges on auto and mortgage loans, had their cars wrongly repossessed, and had payments to auto and mortgage loans misapplied by the bank. Wells Fargo also charged consumers unlawful surprise overdraft fees and applied other incorrect charges to checking and savings accounts. Under the terms of the order, Wells Fargo will pay redress to the over 16 million affected consumer accounts, and pay a {$1.00} XXXX fine, which will go to the CFPB 's Civil Penalty Fund, where it will be used to provide relief to victims of consumer financial law violations. Wells Fargos rinse-repeat cycle of violating the law has harmed millions of American families, said CFPB Director XXXX XXXX XXXX The CFPB is ordering Wells Fargo to refund billions of dollars to consumers across the country. This is an important initial step for accountability and long-term reform of this repeat offender. It seems wells Fargo manager and management did not learn after the XXXX XXXX DOLLARS FINE. and they still trying to scam the customers and trying to open more accounts for the customers for the managers and employees benefits. I filed complaints here about this issue but the persons who answered the complaints seems to be not a Wells Fargo employees they seem to be working as subcontractors from the comfort of their homes without any supervision or management. because I asked for a manager and supervisor several and the answer was the same WE DO NOT HAVE MANAGER OR SUPERVISORS. Those contractors are labeled as ECMOs They can not do more than copy and paste answers to complaint and they can not do an investigation or find a solution but they can lie. You want to read lies? just read the answer of the ECMOs after you file a complaint. Because all the above mentioned issue. I am posting this complaint again till a REAL Wells Fargo Bank MANAGER deal with my complaint and find me a solution. Here what I want : 1- WHY DID THE MANAGER AT THE BRANCH TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT TO SIT WITH A BANKER JUST TO RENEW MY TELLER MACHINE CARD? It must be a hidden reason that benefits the banker. 2- DOES THIS MANAGER THINK I AM STUPID TO TELL ME THAT HE CAN NOT RENEW MY CARD ON HIS COMPUTER? XXXX HOW COME WHEN I WENT OUTSIDE OF THE BRANCH AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE XXXX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RENEWED MY CARD IN XXXX SECOND PHONE CALL? 4- WHY THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RENEW A TELLER MACHINE CARD? 5- IS WELLS FARGO HIRING MANAGERS FOR THE BRANCHES WITH NO EXPERIENCE SIMILAR TO THE ONE WHO JUST ANSWERED MY COMPLAINT AND LABELED AS ECMOs? WHEN THE BANCH WAS EMPTY OF CUSTOMERS EXCEPT MEWHY THE MANAGER COULD NOT RENEW MY ATM CARD ON HIS COMPUTER?, 6- WHY HAS WELLS FARGO REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE THIS POSSIBLE MISCONDUCT? I will keep posting this complaint till my issue is read and solved by a REAL Wells Fargo manager and not by those subcontractors who are working per diems from the comfort of their home without any supervision or manager and have no authority to investigate and find a resolution.

Wells Fargo also failed to place my payments in its appropriate accounts which always had my account in default and always in foreclosure status. WFC never applied my mortgage payment accordingly and always had my escrow in a negative status. I am reposting my Complaint again till a Real Wells Fargo manager deal with my issue and find me a solution. For the last 2 years Wells Fargo is refusing to follow the laws and the regulation and my account preference regarding my Mailing address which is a po box . and Wells fargo is still insisting to mail the letters regarding my account to my Residential address, even though. my account and my profile preference are indicating my mailing address to be the po box . and even after more than 75 complaint, TILL NOW Wells Fargo is still insisting that I do not have the rights of having the po box solely my mailing address and they are still mailing the letters related to my account to my residential address. The So called XXXX s who are answering my complaints are refusing to address this issue properperly I think because they do NOT have any experience in customer service and they do NOT know how how, they are not telling the truth and at many answers to the complaints The so called XXXX put in writing misleading statements that they updated my mailing address to be the po box but those statements are false because right after every misleading response more letters from Wells fargo was mailed to my residential address. Those responses by so called XXXXs who seem to be in fact sub-contractors who are getting paid by the number of replies they perform to the Wells Fargo customers are misleading and most of the responses from those who are working from the comfort of their homes without any supervision and not under any management and are labeled as XXXXs, are just a copy and paste answers and at most cases, the answers have nothing to to with the subject of the complaint. Till now Wells Fargo is still performing this illegal act by not obeying the laws and regulation of the US government and still not following my account preferences even after more than 10 misleading letters I received from those working from the comfort of their homes XXXXs stating that they updated my mailing address to the B.O.BOX, But till now Wells Fargo is still mailing the letters to my RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS Wells fargo is still ignoring the civil rights and the privacy rights of the customers and o myself. We immediately ( in seconds ) tried to stop the transaction by following the protocol as instructed on Wells Fargo and XXXX site to stop the transaction. Neither WF nor XXXX stopped the transaction. We called and spoke with customer service, filed a report and still no help or support was given. It was deceitful for Wells Fargo to have us call them when they had no intention of supporting us. We were never told that we would not be protected. I followed up with Wells Fargo regarding Regulation E The Electronic Funds Transaction Act ( EFTA ) and Regulation E for electronic funds transfers ( EFTs ) involving consumers and governing transfers by mobile phone apps like XXXX or XXXX. Wells Fargo continued to refuse to protect us. XXXX kept referring us back to Wells Fargo. XXXX should not be allowed to do business without a stopgap and Wells Fargo needs to protect their customers. Thank you. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I work for a company for which I paid cars for them on XXXX, because of that, they usually let me change their check on my account. So this time I deposit a check of about XXXX dollars into my account, and paid cars with some of it, there was no problem. Then I came back for a cashe check to pay for other cars, the teller told me that I could not use the funds that I had, when I asked why they told me it was because of the check, so I told to myself everything going to be ok because it wasn't fraud. The same day, minutes after, I received an email from wells fargo, that they are closing my accouny, I called them to know what will happen with the money, they told me it is going to take 7 business days to return it. 7 days pass to a month, I call them, the person over the phone told me that they return the money to the business who wrote the check. So my boss went and talk to the owner of the business, and he went to his bank to know if he received it, or when he is going to receive it, his bank never received any money. So I went back to my bank and told them that the money was not returned, they told me, the business owner ( the person who wrote the check ), me, and my boss ( the person 's the check was written to, need to go to the bank together to verify that the check wasn't fraud, we did all of that, but since then, we have been going back and forth to the same result, no check, and at the and they told me wells fargo has the money. The last time I called them, the guy over the phone was very rude and hanged up on me. So please help me. So in total they XXXX rom both my saving and checking account, because I already had money on my account.

Consumer Complaint: Hello. I literally came into a branch on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with someone about making sure my account didnt get closed. I called customer service and they said the account never got unlocked. So now Im here waiting 5 days for my paycheck to get deposited into my account because of Wells Fargo XXXX up. I need my money and I had called wells Fargo 2 times Wednesday XX/XX/23 at XXXX and then at XXXX to find out where my check was. I now I have to wait XXXX more days to receive my paycheck because again of Wells Fargo XXXX up. This is complete XXXX! I called and spoke with a XXXX of customer service XXXX and she started cursing me out. Saying I never called, Im just lying then why do you guys record your calls? Because you can go back and check them! XXXX XXXX and I cant go longer without my paycheck! And Im not paying the overdraft fees in my account because of you guys XXXX up! I had already asked about getting them waived and I was told yes and then all of a sudden no. I shouldnt have to wait this long for my paycheck!!!!
