Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: 1. On XXXX I went to my local WF Branch and received assistance from XXXX XXXX [ because only 7 days earlier I suffered a XXXX XXXX XXXX as a result of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX ] related to a charge from the prior billing period, so the dispute was timely, and 2. On that same day upon arriving home, or very shortly thereafter I sent three ( 3 ) emails with attachments evidencing my claims and disputes of the {$120.00} charge to XXXX XXXX XXXX [ hereinafter XXXX ] who DID NOT Perform as it related to the Service of Process upon a SPECIFIC & Particular Address as ordered per that Federal Summons, did not return the Proof Of Service, Did not serve the Complaint ( 40 ) pages, Did not serve the Discover including Requests for Admissions and Interrogatories and finally never returned a single document required by Law and Rule including the Proof of Service wherein XXXX must certify when they received the DocumentProcess and what they did with it, and 3. My payment receipt also indicates the address upon which the process was to be served being XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a County of XXXX, and 4. ON SUNDAY at or about XXXX { I am unsure about the precise time but either way it was an irrelevant and provocative call } a Day which even FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE & LAW dictates no process be served Wells Fargo called this complaining party on XX/XX/2023 ( some 94 days after I filed the dispute ) with an accusatory tone and set of provocative assertions that had the evidence already submitted by me months earlier been viewed or even looked over the called should've have known the assertions were not the best evidence, were beyond the time for any response of that merchant and were manufactured for an unlawful purpose as I had spent nearly an hour previously explaining the F.R.Civ.P. and the documentary requirements, the idea that XXXX could somehow assert that I refused to have the process served elsewhere is not a factual contention that can be viewed as anything but a joke. The receipt for payment gives the address for service, the Proof of Service Document requires that XXXX answer questions even if Service of Process did not occur and why said was not performed, and 5. On top of all that I supplied XXXX with a prepaid Priority US Mail return address envelope. The problem XXXX has is if the execute that Proof of Service ( under Oath ) as required and have lied well than a Court of Law will not act like Wells Fargo and subvert law and rule. 6. Attached is 4 sets of documents 3 were previously sent to Wells Fargo by Email on XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 the final attachment shows the ongoing " fraudulent address updates that correspond with the fraudulent actions of XXXX & the decisions of Wells Fargo and are " new '' evidence showing a family with XXXX XXXX children, XXXX of obvious school age have other family members in XXXX a state where I first encountered the XXXX Family and the Gentlemen with the undisclosed Criminal Record writing Mortgages for the now defunct XXXX organization. 7. Apparently dispute # XXXX was closed by the u7nprofessional employee who last phoned me with the provocative, unlearned and accusatory assertions because I tried on XXXX to supplement the dispute but those email submissions bounced back as undeliverable. Noting I told the Wells Fargo employee that ( a ) he just awoken me, ( b ) that I had a XXXX from the XXXX XXXX, ( c ) that I was unprepared to respond to specific and particular assertions andor questions more particularly those that had already been addressed and fully evidenced, ( d ) that at that time I was unwilling and unable to again teach an ill-informed individual the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as they relate to the fiduciary duty of XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX, financed by Wells Fargo. From XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I made timely payments even though I was laid off due to Pandemic related cutbacks. I was only late a few times due to layoff. I contacted Wells Fargo after I used all my savings and retirement and still unable to obtain employment due to significant competition and my age. I asked Wells Fargo to help me given the unique circumstances but all I was told is that I need to make the approx XXXX payments or face repossession. I managed to find some aid but the assistance was one payment. In XX/XX/XXXX I called Wells Fargo to inform them I was beginning to receive contracts jobs and would pay what I could. I pleaded with them to work with me and reduce the loan interest percentage but I was denied. I only owed XXXX on the loan, the car had low milage and in excellent condition. The car book value was XXXX so I had equity. I contacted Wells Fargo in early XXXX pleading with them that repossessing the car would be detrimental to my ability to continue contracting and seeking fill time employment. I live in a rural area and live alone. I asked to speak with management but still was told there was nothing they could do. I received multiple letters stating Wells Fargo does not want to repo my car and wants to work with me to keep me in the automobile. I called but received the same BS. I came across the law suits and having gone through a repossession many red flags were raised. The car was picked up mid XXXX and still have not receives any documents regarding if it has been auctioned. I have missed numerous jobs and my credit is shot all because of the friggen pandemic and the difficulties of finding a job. I even applied several time at Wells Fargo but never considered.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, my child received a text from Wells Fargo asking if a charge was fradulent. It, in fact, was, and we responded accordingly. Wells Fargo cancelled the debit card, said a new one was in the mail, and asked my child if he wanted the new number updated in his phone 's apple pay. My child said yes because he was on a trip and had no other card. on XX/XX/XXXX, over {$5000.00} was taken out of my child 's account through transactions in the XXXX. ( my child was in the US at the time ) He did not authorize any approvals and did not even have the account number of his new debit card. We called Wells Fargo and they cancelled his card and reissued yet another card. We did not update the XXXX XXXX capability and changed all system passwords. They said it would be 10 business days to received a response and return the money back in the account. Later that day, they called us back on the 15th and asked us if we had called Wells Fargo from a number that was not associated with our account. We said " no '' and they said " it is likely that your Wells Fargo account has been infiltrated and someone has your account number '' they closed the previous account and opened a new one. We did not give anyone passwords or click on any kind of phishing scam. We waited ten days with no response regarding the claim. I called up after ten days and received a response that " all charges were approved '' and the bank determined there was no unapproved charges by us. Even though they had contacted us regarding fraud twice in two days and had not done anything to resolve the situation appropriately. Now they will not tell us why they denied our claim, how someone hacked into the wells fargo website, nor how they think this is not something they are liable for. I have spent almost 20 hours dealing with Wells Fargo and have received virtually no logical answer and have been told that my case is closed and no one will look at it again, respond to my questions, or address in the future.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I was texted and called from Wells Fargo 's phone number from a scammer who had my online username, full name, phone number and bank account balance. I was told my debit card was declined at a XXXX XXXX in Texas and asked if I had authorized this. He then said there was a wire trasnsfer of {$4000.00} initiated and asked if it was authorized. I, of course, said no. I was then sent several verifcation texts from Wells Fargo 's phone number and was asked to text my password as well. This ended up being a scam. The scammer trasnferred {$4000.00} ( plus wire fee ) of of my checking account. I called Wells Fargo while it was pending and asked them to reverse/and or freeze the transfer. They said that they would initiate an investigation and let me know in about 10 days what they had concluded. Despite this being a fraudulent, unauthorized transfer, they have sent me a letter denying my claim. If the bank is federally insured, why am I not getting my savings back?
