Consumer Complaint: This complaint against Wells Fargo is specific to recently received mail from Wells Fargo relevant to an account which should be closed. And to the fact regarding a phone call to Wells Fargo on XX/XX/2023.in regards to this. Yes my account balance should be {$8800.00}. However in my call to XXXX with the Executive office on XX/XX/2023, she stated that my account balance was only {$3500.00}. On XX/XX/2023 as validated on the record and on my paperwork from Wells Fargo, I requested to XXXX with the Executive Office to immediately close the account and mail a cashiers check to my home address. She confirmed this would be done. For some unknown reason if this account was not closed on XX/XX/2023 as instructed, confirmed, and on record, any transactions since XX/XX/2023 would be fraudulent and at the expense of Wells Fargo. As per recent account paperwork, it seems as if somehow this account remains open. But then again, NOTHING SUPRISES ME WITH WELLS FARGO!!

Consumer Complaint: I got a flyer from my school about job opportunities through XXXX. And the person in charge of this job offered me that I have to do specific daily tasks as a personal assistant, which involved sending money to foster care people for children, school supplies, or surgery. That person sent me checks XXXX times, and all the reviews got returned after a couple of days. On XX/XX/2023, I filed a fraud complaint with my bank, and they didn't take much action. I'm a student, and I don't earn that much to provide for myself, and when I asked if the bank would provide or help me with protection money, it seemed like they were not going to do it. They instead asked me to file a complaint with the police.

Consumer Complaint: My bank account is closing my account at Wells Fargo because of faulty checks that I wasnt aware were faulty someone on the Internet scammed me saying that they needed model pictures and theyre going to use me they were going to send me the money first and they sent me a check for XXXX and then a check for {$400.00} and I cash those in and now my bank account is close my account because those checks were faulty. And now the bank returned those checks and now I have a negative of {$350.00} my account that I have to pay back. I dont know what to do I was not aware that the checks were faulty

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, an unauthorized debit was withdrawn from my business account at Wells Fargo in the amount of {$3500.00}. It happened again on XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$4100.00}. My bookkeeper noticed the charges and asked what they were. After researching, I was unable to determine where or what the debits were generated. I contacted Wells Fargo customer service about the issue. I eventually received a letter from Wells Fargo stating that " too much time had passed before you notified us. '' They stated that they needed to return any unauthorized payments by the second business day after the transaction! WHAT?! What busy business owner looks at their bank account daily? This is Wells Fargo, AGAIN, ripping off their customers! I have called, and FAXED, over and over and over and over and over... virtually no response! Wells Fargo sent a letter ( uploaded ) with a number to call the " Merchant. '' It was a FAX number! They can not name the merchant or give me a phone number. It's a fraudulent debit, caused by their lack of security, and I have to " eat '' {$7600.00}! This company is a disgrace. You would think that after all the fraud they perpetrated on their own customers that they would get it together. Who would deposit their hard earned money in a bank that is NOT SAFE?? I've notified the Texas Attorney General, we'll see if anything happens there.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed all of sudden one day I was unable to access my online banking ; I contacted the bank asking why is it asking for a security key they offer online when I never purchased one. They apologized stated they would remove it. I questioned how someone would get access to the new ssn the state has given me but they stated they didnt know how. Weekly I would go through the drive through requesting a copy of my statement and the lady asked me to come in to show me how to use online banking telling me how important id theft victims should really look into getting the security id Wells Fargo offers. I was able to get online and tried ordering one... never received in by the 5 week i called ... keep in mind the entire time I was able to access the account. I called to see where the device was being even this time I didn't get charged for the device nor did i receive it yet. The first time should have been a red flag being the fee for the device was never taken from my account and this time I actually ordered the device and never was charged. They told me when I called you have to have a cell phone, I told them I only use a landline for the time being until the investigation was over with the organized financial white collard crimes being done against me and my XXXX kids fraudulently. And to be verified my online account was block to visit the branch. So, I did and spent almost 3 hours there. The branch manager mentioned someone asked to remove my drivers license dated XXXX she asked if I done that I told her no why would i do that. I showed her the letterhead from the State of SC showing Im a victim of crimes inviolving financial crimes and other related issues, I showed her the DMV reciept and report given to the inspector general, a letter head from SSA show both social security cards and how not to use the old one. She placed the DL back on the accont after trying to order me a new debit card 4-5 times due to it bouncing back it wouldnt send me one out. I noticed once actually ordering the card and i requested expedited I just today received an email showing it was just shipped. I noticed, after the manager spoke to multiple departments nobody could figure out why the security key is popping up again... i was checking my email and noticed my card was being charged at a XXXX the day before for {$100.00} and it wasnt me so when trying to access online banking it asked for the Wells Fargo security key once again. I was told the security key was probably intercepted and has a reverse engineering done to it to send agencies and banks in circles, there are smart cards people are using XXXX enabled and XXXX enabled devices now to steal people identities ... my identity isnt being taken serious like it should. My life depends on the agencies and companies to do as the Federal government states. The security key being linked to a company or corporate account is grounds to figure out IP addresses devices, mimicked IP addresses, is this inside jobs being done. How is it that the new print out shows my card listed as a prepaid debit card but its not, the overdraft protection was removed and XXXX XXXX transfer funds via virtually and alot of other things checked off that I stated i didnt want any parts of. Attached it shows WellsFargo being apart of Corporate Fraud on my XXXX account its attached it wants me to give my employee ID which I cant because I dont have and that I didnt authorized the secret activity partaking using my kids and I identities. I showed the branch manager my sister was using my address according to vital records... .coming from the detective over my case. The child support payments have decreased since banking with Wells Fargo. The XXXX was changed for me but what about my children. Link Below Is Proof the security key that was suppose to be XXXX and removed never was due to transactions being made without consent, username and password changed without consent, unable to get into the online banking, the numbers in the account has changed even the signature stated the teller at the drive thru Saturday... .My computer shows my IP address 12 times replicated under a different port but the same IP when I raned a cmd prompt. I dont know much about whos hows whys but there is a reason im a target and the State knows and if not this would explain the XXXX and XXXX languages on every new device i get and also, the data breaches and compromsied tax information and my kids information. The hackers are changing our PII to undermind the system : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: This problem was over my bussiness account with Wells Fargo bank, I was using my personal checking account to deposit or receive payments and then transfer to bussiness, the bank give me a {$20000.00} cash deposit monthly free of charge, then will be charging for every {$1000.00} cash deposit after, first XXXX months I was getting charge a little to much to keep the account going, so I instead stared getting more cashiers checks paying with cash and making more deposits into my personal checking account and transferring the money to the bussiness account and summited the payments. Suddenly they frozen all my accounts, without a call or a letter in advance, I had to make late payments, pay storages, pay for every rejected payment, I was suspended from several bussiness because the payments wasnt completed or rejected, it was XXXX when they frozen the accounts and hold the money, today is the XX/XX/2023 and they still dont close my bussiness account, still not receive a letter from them, how can they still in bussiness when they always working with the costumers money.

Consumer Complaint: THERE IS NO OPTION FOR " MORTGAGE TRANSFERS ''. XXXX XXXX ( owners : XXXX ) IS acquiring my mortgage from WELLS FARGO BANK! Serious problem? XXXX XXXX committed fraud using MY information back in XXXX to try to create a " fake mortgage loan ''. It tripped up an ID Theft from the OPM ( Office of Personnel Management ), so I had to extend my ID Theft & Fraud protection. I reported this incident to the XXXX XXXX Sheriff 's Office. The Economic Crimes Division forwarded the report over because there were multiple victims. XXXX XXXX was FINED. The Federal Judge ordered 'NO CONTACT ' with its victims. SEE THE PROBLEM? I had to breach the " NO CONTACT ORDER '' to contact XXXX XXXX and their response was basically " OOPS ''. I have touched bases with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Wells Fargo Bank to get them to stop the process of my mortgage to a Company that had COMMITTED FRAUD! They are implying " WE CAN'T ''. Yes they can, and bad enough, how many victims are going into the very system that committed FRAUDULENT LOANS? I know I can not be the only person! In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( since XXXX ) can not have any relations with me due to their corruption and money laundering ( I believe it was ) - PERMANENT NO CONTACT. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX can not have any relationship with me because they made multiple fraudulent reports and handled the case badly even though they had terminated 4 of their Fraud Team Members. The order was given- NO CONTACT. There are several others Banking and Mortgage System which are defunct today due to Federal Arrest and Jail, so I do not need to list those defunct companies. WHAT PROTECTION DOES A CLIENT WITH A MORTGAGE HAVE WITH A " NO CONTACT '' ORDER BY THE FEDERAL JUDGE? TO A JUDICIAL SYSTEM - BOTH OF US - XXXX XXXX AND MYSELF WOULD HAVE TO GO TO FEDERAL PRISON FOR UP TO 20 YEARS when I am a victim. YES, I am fully aware mortgages gets tossed around to and fro for years. My original Loan Provider was XXXX XXXX, Wells Fargo acquired the mortgage since XXXX. THIS IS HOW LONG I'VE BEEN AN OUTSTANDING CLIENT WITH WELLS FARGO. So what the ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? I am not going to jail because of the ability of tossing Mortgages around. Bad enough I only have a few years left on my mortgage and the PRIMARY reason why Wells Fargo was doing this so they can " cater '' to the minorities, and believe it or not- I am a minority?
