Consumer Complaint: I maid a payment to a credit card company, for XXXX XXXXXXXXthe payment was returned to wells fargo bank XXXX and the refused to give me my money back..I have proff that I made the payment, but wells fargo deleted the payment from my checking account, and my wells fargo bill payment, statement!!! .I reported this information to the XXXX police department XXXX while the case was being investergated, by the police depart, the police department investergators allowed well fargo to go into my chenking account ending XXXX and the allowed wells fargo to back into my account, and post two payments back in XX/XX/XXXX for {$790000.00} and ater they sent the statement to the police department they delited those, I can prove that all these transaction, was done while the cased was investergated. i want to file this complaint aganst wells fargo and the XXXX police department.

WF insist they are not receiving payments and have turned me into the collection agency. Consumer Complaint: I received a cashier check from my credit union yesterday, it was a check from selling my car to my daughter. I took the check to Well Fargo band near my house and I deposited it. It was showing a plus right next to the account, the amount was XXXX XXXX Next day, there was no proof of the deposit or any money from this check to indicate a deposit. I went to the bank an $ after XXXX hour, they found it an $ they told m3 there system is still trying to deposit the check and I need to keep checking my account, I bought a car 2 days ago an $ the dealer is expecting a {$15000.00} today. If not the loan is going to be full payment on this car for the amount of {$850.00} a month, an increase of {$300.00} a month because of the bank incompetent. Thank you

Again WF is not being totally truthful like they have been with this entire process. Due to fraudulent activities more then {$22000.00} was stolen from our accounts. Again WF is not honoring their proper business practices This is evident because this site has been developed and judges order for them to repay consumers money fraudulently taken from them.

Consumer Complaint: I received an email from the postal service on XX/XX/XXXX regarding a delivery fee needing payment to deliver my package. I did not suspect any fraud since I've had to pay this fee online before. On XX/XX/XXXX, immediately after seeing this email & paying what I thought was a postal fee, a transaction of {$180.00} hit my bank account ending in XXXX. The merchant in the transaction description says " XXXX XXXX ''. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX woman & I do not use XXXX XXXX, let alone give out my card info on there. On XX/XX/26, Wells Fargo determined this transaction was authorized, & closed my claim # XXXX. When I called & spoke with XXXX at the claims assistance center, he advised me to contact XXXX XXXX. I believe my bank should be contacting this merchant instead of myself. They have not given me any details regarding how they confirmed this was authorized. I also doubt that XXXX XXXX themselves as an entity took my money, so their support center is unlikely to know anything of this incident. Also, Wells Fargo has always alerted me of suspicious activity, even about legitimate transactions. This incident, a merchant I've never done business with charged me for an unusual amount, & Wells Fargo did not bring this to my attention so I could have the opportunity to report this as fraud.

Consumer Complaint: I have a checking and savings account with Wells Fargo Bank. I went online to check on a deposit and on the page with my account summary, at the bottom of the page were " deals ''. My computer was frozen and I tried to unfreeze it and inadvertently hit the " Start '' deal at the bottom of the page. I forced my computer to shut down and went back to the Wells Fargo website and found that there was no way to deactivate this cash back deal. Wells Fargo refuses to remove/deactive the deal. I repeated that I did not want it. And I was told it can not be done. I was read the various terms and conditions and repeated to XXXX at Wells Fargo that I do not want it, that it was activated when I tried to unfreeze my computer. She again said there was nothing to be done. Between chat and calling Wells Fargo, I spent over an hour trying to get this " deal '' deactivated with no success. Let me begin by saying, placing these deals at the bottom of one 's account page and offering no way to deactivate in my mind is dishonest and unscrupulous. I am reporting this as I am furious at Wells Fargo 's actions or rather inaction and will take steps to re route my social security and other linked accounts and close my account. This is unacceptable behavior.

Consumer Complaint: I reaffirmed an auto loan with Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX after filling XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I continued making all of the loan payments on time every month. However, Wells Fargo still removed my auto loan from my credit report and said they would report the loan again to the bureaus once it was paid off. I paid off the loan a year ago in XX/XX/XXXX and submitted a request to have the tradeline added back. Wells Fargo sent me a letter which states that they " asked '' the bureaus to add the tradeline back. However, that doesn't seem to be true. I've followed up several times with Wells Fargo and the three main credit bureaus. Wells Fargo tells me they reported the loan but all three main credit bureaus tell me they haven't received any communication from WF Dealer Services on my behalf. In XX/XX/XXXX I decided to check my XXXX report and found an old WF Dealer Service record which was missing data from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. So I submitted a dispute through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to have the missing months updated. Then the record disappeared entirely. I called XXXX and spoke with an agent who said Wells Fargo 's response to the dispute was to delete the record entirely. I'm baffled at why Wells Fargo would tell me they've tried to add the tradeline back and then also delete the only record remaining. I've been dealing with this issue for 11 months and I'm getting no where. I'm desperately trying to improve my credit score and I really need this loan to be reported on my credit history.
