Consumer Complaint: This is a way that in this case Wells Fargo Bank, steals property that was in a contract that has, a non assignment or conditions on assignment, clause in it. Wells Fargo Bank uses mergers as a method to steal property. I the buyer and the seller of property, signed a contract, with conditions on assignment. The conditions were, that the contract could be assigned, but only, if I signed and accepted the terms of the, new contract. So per the conditions of the contract the seller and me the buyer, we assigned it to a lender, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had their agent, sign to agree with. all the conditions in the contract. Let 's say. XXXX XXXX is the first lender that signed, agreeing to all the conditions In the contract, then XXXX XXXXl, breaches the contract, when they are taken over by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ignores the contract, then XXXX is put out of business, and is taken over by Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo Bank, claims, ownership of the original contract, the one breached contract, breached by XXXX. But Wells Fargo Bank, " makes a material change in the contract, and anybody that knows contract law, knows that when a " Material Change, is done to a contract, that not only, allows the other party to the contract, not to have to do anything more, but it makes the whole contract " void '' and this is the law in any state inthe United States Of America, if anybody wants more proof, one question, why would Wells Fargo Bank, file a law suit, not under the name, real party in interest, ( Wells Fargo Bank ) which is required in any court, but Wells Fargo Bank, claims they are now XXXX, but Wells Fargo Bank, files the case to take the property, Wells Fargo Bank, files the case under the name of XXXX, who not only was out of business at that time, but XXXX XXXX never had the, contract assigned to it. By this way of stealing property, nobody 's property is safe when Wells Fargo mergers with another company.

On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted an extra payment of {$3000.00} to pay down my Wellsfargo XXXX XXXX Visa Signature Credit Card balance. Once this payment was submitted my credit limit was dropped {$9000.00} without notice or any explanation. This result has put my livelihood at risk. This is one of the major ways I pay for my child 's daycare and everyday expenses and it comes after making a very large payment of {$30000.00}. At the same time of making this large payment to Wellsfargo and Wellsfargo decreasing my credit limit, it also caused my daughter 's daycare payment to decline and me having to come out of pocket another {$1100.00} days later. I have never been late on a payment. I have always been on time and paying more than the required minimum balance often.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23, I visited the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, DE XXXX location to deposit cash. I was given a receipt for {$1500.00} cash deposit. After I left the bank, the branch manager called to tell me that a mistake had been made and that I would only be credited for {$1400.00}. This, despite the fact that I was given a receipt stating a {$1500.00} deposit. The manager explained that after I left, the money was recounted and they discovered their " mistake ''. I asked why I was given a deposit receipt before a final count was done and the manager was not able to give me a satisfactory answer. I asked if he could prove to me that the teller had not pocketed {$100.00} after I left the bank. He did not offer to review camera footage and did not offer me any avenues to dispute this issue. I am disgusted with how I was treated by the staff at this Wells Fargo branch. In addition to having to navigate this stressful situation, I had to take time off work to return to the branch for what was their " mistake ''. I will also be reporting this to many local news outlets.

They are engaging in criminal fraud against my statutory right of redemption of my property. I wanted to get one document notarized so took an appointment ( on XXXX XXXX ) for my local branch : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX United States Appointment was on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. Triple digit temperature ( XXXX degree F ). Reached on time, but nobody available till XXXX. Finally I went with XXXX for notary. Upon checking my documents, he told me that it can not be notarized. I asked why? He said that it will be conflict of interest for Wells fargo to notarize the documents as it was a Complaint to State commission of judicial conduct. He said as this could be sent to court that's why he is not notarizing. He called in his manager- XXXX XXXX. He told me the same reason - I provided my reasoning that notary just says that I am the one who is signing in front of authorized notary and nothing more than that. Moreover by looking all over the documents and copying them ( you are violating the very confidentiality of the documents ). I told him that during XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX - I got one charge being notarized in the same wells Fargo branch and currently it's a lawsuit in court. XXXX said that i was not the manager at that time. Another issue - this wells fargo branch - manager keep on changing so rules keep on changing. XXXX XXXX stated that I can go to XXXX and get it notarized. I told him that XXXX charges {$6.00} for the very first page- it's just one page but both didn't budged. I said that i want to make a complaint. From XXXX till XXXX XXXX- XXXX XXXX the complaint and didn't showed mem what he has written ( that means - his own version which may be totally biased ). Last name- XXXX means somebody from XXXX. XXXX folks just hate XXXX so that might also have played in here. XXXX XXXX XXXX tried to stereo type me further that if there are some lease documents then they could have notarized. I simply told him that what if the tenant and landlord has any fights and then go to court. In that case that notarized document is also some court document. Moreover just because I am an XXXX origin person doesn't mean that I am XXXX and always going to live in apartment - that's a totally bad analogy with bad taste in my mouth. I was very clear that both XXXX and XXXX are making up the rules on the fly and definitely not convincing. XXXX minutes for complaint filing and not sharing with me the contents of the complaint is definitely not transparent. Moreover this is a second time- this particular Wells Fargo denied notarizing the document - I end up going to XXXX and pay them {$6.00} this time. When one makes the online appointment- they clearly select the reason - notary - why this Wells Fargo scheduler doesn't tell them what they can notarize or not? this way - customers don't have to waste time and money. Both XXXX and XXXX XXXX are so mean and insensitive that they didn't even offered me water in this scorching heat - triple digit temperature where I end up spending XXXX minutes of my time. Consumer Complaint: Last XXXX I filed a complaint regarding Wells Fargo Bank. The problem involved a refund being posted as a payment, resulting in my payment due being shown online as {$0.00}. Shortly thereafter, I was charged interest on my account because I had not made the full payment. That complaint ID is XXXX. I stopped using that card with the intent of closing it once I had changed all automatic billing and the billing cycle had closed. I made my final payment on XX/XX/23 and had a balance of {$0.00} on my credit card account. However, when I checked online today, I have an outstanding balance of {$21.00}. Yet, no charges have been posted since I paid off the balance. I called WFB today and asked why I have an outstanding balance. The person told me, " We're having issues and someone will contact you in XXXX business days. '' At the risk of sounding cynical, I think the only issues WFB is having is when someone actually checks their banking records and notices that the bank is posting charges or doing other things to increase the bank 's revenue. As I said in my previous complaint, I think WFB is intentionally defrauding customers- again. And this time, I captured the screen shot, because I remember them stating last time that I was wrong, even though my calls are made " on a recorded line ''. Of course, they would not provide copies of the calls where I was told that the refund had been credited as a payment.

I called and it turns out when they asked me to go paperless LIKE ALL MY UTILITIES, PHONE, CREDIT CARDS, ETC. I thought I would receive any email with the bill. Wells Fargo said that it was my job to go online to their website and see my bill. This was not my understanding when I signed up per their request. I thought they would do what all other companies do. They told me I owe late charges. I spoke to four individuals supposedly going up the chain and all of them told me they would not waive the fee because they waved one ( IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM AROUND 15 YEARS ) in XXXX. They waived it because the payment I sent in was a day late. I MAILED IT A WEEK EARLY AS I DO WITH ALL MY BILLS INCLUDING ALL THE ONES, I SEND WELLS FARGO. When I called them to ask for proof of the late payment as NO OTHER PAYMENT, I MAILED WAS LATE THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT SUPPLY PROOF-I HAD TO TAKE THIER WORD FOR IT. This time since I DID NOT RECIEVE A BILL AND CAN'T RECALL THE NEED TO GO ONLINE THOUGH I WAS NOT AWARE I NEEDED TOO IT WAS CLEARLY ALSO THIER FAULT. I have gone back to paper affective immediately, but this really bothers me. They are trying to collect more money most likely due to my low loan rate and great payment history. By the way I immediately went into my checking account and paid it will on the line with the last supervisor. I gave her ( XXXX is her name ) the reference number as well. This account was supposed to have had a {$320.00} sign up bonus after direct deposits of {$1000.00} being made to the account within 90 days after account opening. Having met these terms and not receiving the bonus, I contacted Wells Fargo once by phone with no results and then through XXXX. The response from XXXX told me to call another number. When I called they told me that I was not eligible because I had received this bonus in the last year. I asked her to send me a copy of my other account and when that bonus had posted. That bonus for the account was posted on XX/XX/XXXX and it was closed a couple of days later. The terms for the new account very clearly stated that you were not eligible to receive a bonus for opening a Wells Fargo consumer checking account within the past 12 months. My account in question was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and since this is past the 1 year date of the last bonus received, I should be eligible for this bonus.

Consumer Complaint: In late XX/XX/2023 I had fraudulant activity online and notified my bank WF, they did their investigation and gave me back my funds and I was sent a new card. Then I received a call from a " Wells Fargo Fraud '' agent as that is what it said on my caller id and they stated we noticed that there was a fraudulant activity in XXXX store in California. This " agent '' asked me if I was in California I said no I am in Georgia and I still havent received my new debit card. Then they were able to get into my account. I was told to not open my account as they were going to watch it and in XX/XX/2023 they tranferred {$2000.00} from my savings to my checking and went to the bank in FL and withdrew the money and then two days later went back and tranferred {$1900.00} and withdrew it at the same bank. Once they called me again and I didnt answer I went to call the bank and looked up the number to call and thats when they informed me that they never call people and screamed and she helped me pull up my account and all that money gone. I went straight to the branch to file numerous frauds and complaints and even went to consumer and still not getting my money back. I even opened up a police report so they can pull the cameras and prove that it was not me.
