Consumer Complaint: When trying to resolve my previous complaint, the customer service agent was not helpful. They called me, but just to immediately say there was nothing that Wells Fargo did wrong on their end. The agent 's inflammatory tone combined with a mocking : " I'm sorry you feel that way '' indicated that they were not willing to listen, empathize with the situation, and help resolve in any capacity. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have ever banked with.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo sided with a fraudulent company that I bought a flight ticket from. A business that was charged by the department of transportation for mistreating their staff and people with handicaps poorly. After banking with them for almost 20 years, I now realize they will never change. They will continue to be a shady institution that steals and cons their clients. After everything I went through with surviving XXXX. XXXX, Loosing my job, I have to deal with the emotional stress of dealing with this business. They garnished 2 weeks of my wages, to pay off what they owe to the 1000s of people they scammed. XXXX, I will be posting complaint after complaint. I will continue to look for additional information to support and corroborate my complaints against Wells Fargo for EVERY year, that I've banked with this scam of a bank. When the opportunity comes to take legal action, I WILL. Sooner or later... I won't ever forget, how your bank has treated me and other clients.

Consumer Complaint: I want to file a claim against wells fargo. I filed a claim against XXXXl for XXXX and they agreed to pay back XXXX of it. Wells Fargo had issued a credit for XXXX already. Instead of them applying the XXXX that XXXX refunded they wants to unexpected withdraw XXXX from my account saying the refund had nothing to do with that claim that was filed. It doesn't make sense to me and they hindering my lively hood. I honestly think this issue occurred on behalf of them opening 2 claims due a representative submitting the first one incorrectly

Consumer Complaint: I originally had a XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card with XXXX. XXXX quickly transferred over this card to Wells Fargo. XXXX did not give proper notice over email that automatic payments would be discontinued and the card would fall under Wells Fargo. Therefore, payments were missed for the month of XX/XX/2023, as automatic payments were discontinued without proper notice. I had paid every single month on time previously. As a result, my credit score dropped by XXXX points. As soon as I realized what had happened, I called in and paid my balance in full. I have always paid on time, but because of the poor partnership between XXXX, Wells Fargo, and their customers, a good-standing customer such as myself, who has paid on time every single month, was punished. I want the drop in credit score to be taken off my credit report, as it is not a reflection of who I am as a customer. I will be buying a house with my fiance soon and this drop in credit score has affected my ability to purchase a home.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022. I called to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for a discussion of mortgages, but did not authorize a mortgage application nor a credit check. I repeatedly and expressly forbid a hard credit check to its aggressive agent. I already knew my ( high ) credit score. I learned later that despite my warning, Wells Fargo committed fraud and identity theft by processing a hard credit check without my permission, through XXXX, which produced published harm to my credit score. When I complained, the Wells Fargo " Executive Offices '' unilaterally denied any wrongdoing. Wells Fargo seemed to be fully aware of the their wrongdoing but instead, denied it in order to protect the resulting benefit to itself. More specifically, the agent benefits by processing as many mortgage applications as possible. XXXX says it only allows their clients ( Wells Fargo in this case ) to make determinations and final conclusions in response to consumer complaints. Again, this results in the automatic denial of any fraud or other wrong-doing.

And everything was confirmed on my part by way of communication with the Preservation Department that I agreeing to pay the required monthly amount. However on today XX/XX/2023 Wells Fargo appeared to have reneged on its oath because they had their XXXX XXXX XXXX send me a Court Filing Notice Stating that my property is still in Foreclosure and will be up for XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023. However when I contacted Wells Fargo on today about this matter I was told that in some states such as Pennsylvania they can not stop Foreclosure and they will not inform the individuals working for them to stop their constant harassment. Then to add an insult as youll see they purposely mentioned my late mother XXXX XXXX XXXX name on the document. This particular third party is working with Wells Fargo and illegally with my Step Father XXXX XXXX to whom hasnt been seen since XXXX knows when and he didnt even attend his wifes ( My Mothers ) Funeral
