Consumer Complaint: I was released from XXXX after two years from the XXXX through XX/XX/2023. Opon my release I tried to open a checking account at my previous bank, Wells Fargo. An they told me that there unable to open account. So I tried another bank an the same thing happened. I need a checking account in order to run a business So I tried maybe three more an nobody will work with me. They all point me to some XXXX XXXX website. An also XXXX XXXX has an account set up in an email I don't know. ( XXXX ) that's not me. An they wouldn't let me set up an account either. I only applyed for these banks starting from around XX/XX/2023 through XX/XX/2023 anything before that was not me. I've never used credit. Never had a loan. No mortgages. No student loan. Nothing but one checking account from Wells Fargo that was closed due to no transactions being made due to my absence and incarceration. Please help me resolve the situation as soon as possible ..... Consumer Complaint: The bank usually gets my ssdi payment on the XXXX of every month but the last few months they have told me that the money was in the account 5 days earlier on instead of the XXXX of the new month they said it was available 5 days earlier on the last few days of the month instead of having to wait another 5 days for the deposit to be made. So in example I was told by the banking website from Wells Fargo that on XX/XX/2023 that the money was available then on the XXXX they said that I was in bad standing with no explanation and alot of nsf fees look at the bank statements that I uploaded you will see what I am talking about.

Consumer Complaint: Wells fargo autopay did not activate on a month. This caused my credit limit to be above limit the next month. The case number is Wells Fargo case number : XXXX. The bank can not give me a good answer as to why this occurred. The bank also did not notify me when my credit limit was exceeded or that the autopay would not fire. I am simply reporting as I am worried there is a systemic banking error in their code as other issues have occurred with this bank in the news.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX did not properly process disputes I had on my credit card ( this is going on a year now ). I am pretty sure why, because they knew they were being sold to Wells Fargo. Now Wells Fargo refuses to even talk to me. I had two people supposedly in the XXXX XXXX named XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I have left them both numerous messages over the last XXXX weeks. I have gotten only XXXX responses from XXXX XXXX and when we talked she did not even realize the extent of the complaint and was investigating something altogether different ) and then I spoke with her XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX called me once, gave me her email, I emailed her numerous times with all the details and now XXXX will not email me back. I leave at least a message per week for her to call me. And while she appolgized to no end that XXXX did not call me back and told me that is not how they do things at Wells Fargo, XXXX won't call me back either.

Consumer Complaint: I currently hold a mortgage loan through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IA XXXX I was had automatic payments setup for twice a month. For the month of XXXX partial payment was taken out of my account and added to my mortgage account on XX/XX/14 {$540.00}. I cancelled the next auto draft because I was changing banks. Instead of Wells Fargo applying the partial payment to my mortgage, refunded it to my account or allowing me to pay the remainder {$540.00} Wells Fargo instead applied the payment to late fees without my consent, without my authorization. Those funds that were taken out of my account was strictly for principal, interest and escrow not any late/outstanding fees.
